  1. I really don't know yet what my plans are for the summer. I've got my MOT and Tax due in June, so I bet that might cost me a bit. My school are also doing a holiday club thing, so will have to find the dates for those as well, since I'm on standby for that. I'd love to go, though. One request though: Football. Would be awesome to get a little kickabout going.
  2. I've only just recovered from whatever was floating around my class. Don't you get ill. Bad stuff: I've just put my bedsheets and stuff in the wash, and now it doesn't look sunny outside. This is bad because these are my only bedsheets/duvet covers. FUUU, British Weather.
  3. I've downloaded this for the VC and have been playing it through. I've had huge Metroid cravings recently. The level design in this is superb. It's brilliant how the game is all "linked" together. Also, it's really satisfying. Can't believe this is nearly two decades old. I'm in Norfair at the moment and have just got the Ice Beam. Yeeeeah.
  4. You maniacs.
  5. Happy Birthday, Cube.
  6. Are these people who have no control over their limbs? Possibly BreakDancers, perhaps?
  7. I'm trying something a bit different now. I'm basically trying to do as little different types of exercises possible, but going for higher weight than I have been. I feel I may have been overtraining somewhat, so trying something a bit different. Especially as I feel I've hit a wall, so trying to change it up. So, today, I just did: Incline Presses Pec Flys Some Tricep Pushdowns Dips Even then, I only did 2 sets on the dips. Trying to make the workout as compact as possible, but I was knackered after the flys and presses. Barely had the energy for the pushdowns. That was it. I'm up to 18kg free weights on the pec flys. I'm struggling with the presses, but managed to do some sets with 26 and 28kg dumbells.
  8. I've been sat in the garden, playing guitar and reading Maus in the sunshiiine. I wore nothing but my shorts either. Fuck yeeah, nekkidness.
  9. Shabbaising was had by all. It's strange, Other M seems to fit really nicely with this game, and then Fusion with Other M. It does really well to bridge that gap. That first cut scene right at the beginning of Super seems to work with Samus' personality in Other M. I love that title screen. Reminds me of Alien3's title screen for some reason.
  10. Wii Points. In order to download Super Metroid. Also bought a pizza from ASDA yesterday, as well as: Haven't had it yet. I'm waiting for the right moment to open eet.
  11. Good post, dude. Also, you can save time by opening one before you have sex. So, open it, and then put it on the side ready for use. That's usually when you're in that "oh yeah, this is definitely going to lead to sex" mood. "Do we have to open a condom?" "I've done eet already!" "My hero!"
  12. A 2-0 at Stamford Bridge would have been superb, and 1-0 is still a great score-line to come away from there with. Considering our record there. I've got a feeling it'll be a very, very nervy draw. 1-1 or something. I can see Chelsea scoring, but I can also see United doing the same.
  13. Rather than acting like arseholes, shouldn't Sega be giving these guys jobs or something. Because they've been able to deliver something that the fans want, which Sega themselves haven't been able to do properly for a lengthy amount of time. Also, 8 years on one project is dedication. The fans respect this. They don't respect Sega churning out game after game with little care in each one.
  14. I'm surprised that there are still females in your land who are able to still walk, after you've had your wicked way with them. You filthy, filthy Danish pastry.
  15. Yeah, I've seen that one, but I've never seen this one before. It looks like he was having a bad day in both videos, though. As for today, a decent performance I think. 2-0 is a good scoreline, but really the team could have got more. Anderson looked good, but he needs to make the most of his chances. He had an awesome chance to get a goal when the score was 1-0 in the first half. You never know, in other games, that game might have finished 1-1 and that miss could have been costly. Nervous about the second leg against Chelsea. Mainly because it's a game where we should see it out, having the advantage and all that. But, football doesn't work that way. Look at Inter getting hammered by Schalke.
  16. I'm secretly nervous about this, with it being my first mafia. I feel like a virgin all over again!
  17. HOT. I love the contrast between your photo and Caris'. It looks like he's thinking "shit, it's the sea, howdidIgethere!?"
  18. I like to think that in an alternate universe somewhere, the horses bet on which human is going to win the race. Neeeeeeigh. I've never bet on this, usually because I'm skint and I'm not really a gambling man. So, I put on imaginary money, and if my horse comes in then wohoo. And, if it falls at the start, then it's just imaginary money, so there's plenty more where that came from.
  19. Screw you, bitches. I'm playing Super Metroid tonight. Goodnight, N-E.
  20. I saw this earlier today which cracked me up.
  21. Got to work earlier today to find out that a good friend who I work with had suffered a heart attack and died yesterday afternoon. His wife has came home to find him in the garden on the floor. Horrible. It's a shame, he was in his late 50s and seemed in great health. At dinnertimes at work, he'd always be on the same table as me and a small group of us would have nice conversations. In truth, it hasn't sunk in. A week ago, we were eating dinner together and cracking jokes, and now he isn't here.
  22. Earlier in the week, my friend who I work with asked me to do a favour for them. She previously worked at an activities centre, where her fiancé now works. On Friday morning, some of the trainee instructors were holding a free Sailing lesson, in which they would be assessed. So, they needed volunteers to be taught by these instructors. I said I'd go, with another friend from work. It was at Calshot, which I've never been to before, but luckily I found the place ok. It's quite neat how it's all set out. It used to be an airbase, and the hangers are now used for different things, such as housing boats, the inside has been used for rock-climbing, etc. The guy who was going with me didn't turn up, which was a bit shit. But, I had a fucking brilliant time. Looooved going out on the water, especially in that lovely weather. Got to play about with the sail, as well as manoeuvre the boat, and a few other things. Unfortunately, I was only out there for the hour instead of all morning, because I had to get back in time for work. I was gutted, could easily have spent the whole day out there. I want a boat now.
  23. That is very kind of you. However, I will decline, because I'd be too afraid of losing it, or being slow at sending it back and stuff. Also, when I play it, I kinda want it to be my own copy. I have a thing about seeing my own progress on the save file. Thank you, though. That's an awesome thing to do. OR ELSE: That's amazing. Haha, I used to watch Seaquest DSV or whatever it was called as a kid. I loved it.
  24. I want to track it down, but...two things: 1. It's fucking expensive. I want to get the box as well. I don't have the box for Fusion. 2. I'm hoping that on the 3DS, we'll be able to download GBA games. ...you never know.
  25. The ideal football game would have the presentation and licensing from FIFA and the gameplay from the Wii versions of Pro. I keep getting tempted to get a Pro for the Wii, but I'm a bit picky when it comes to teams. I like having all of the current teams and leagues, and stuff. I want to play the Milan derbies, take on the world with West Brom and struggle with the Orient.
