    Yeah, I think people seem to put far to much empashis on going to University nowadays, especially with so many graduates ending up working in Spar when they graduate. Not that i'm saying going to uni is a bad thing but so many people seem to go now just for the student lifestyle and not the actual learning. For me it just seemed illogical to go back to school and be left with a big debt for the joy of it. I've definitely learned a lot in the last few years that I wouldn't have done had I went to higher education.

    Rafa seems to be a little stuck in his way for my mind. Don't get me wrong great coach but he has two guys in Babel and Kuyt that made their names as strikers for their old clubs (Ajax and Feyernoord) and he's playing them on the wing. He's gotten rid of some decent strikers over the years in the hope that Torres can play every game, and now he's left with N'gog.

    I've got the first 2 seasons on DVD and quite enjoyed them. I keep meaning to get 3 and 4 but haven't got around to that yet.

    I have no idea really, just kinda said to my mum to suprise me. I'll probably get money from the rest of my family, which is fine by me. I'm just kinda hoping for a good time with the family with plenty of nice food to eat.

    Been listening to John Mayer's new album, Battle Studies. To quote a much maligned phrase in here; it's stunning. Didn't think it was possible to better Continuum but he managed it. Any one who releases a single solely about getting stoned deserves praise in my book.

    It whores out Explosions in the Sky, that should be enough. Let alone that it is awesome. Trauma This my favourite show of the new tv season. It's all about emergency response to various types of incidents from minor to plane crashes, it's also got a great little ensemble cast. It looked bleak though when NBC decided not to order any more episodes. Thankfully they've now seen sense and ordered some more.

    Friday Night Lights Loved as ever, I really want to be on the end off one of coach Taylors speeching. The ending of the episode did shock me a bit and judging by the promo for the next episode (in 2 weeks), it's gonna be one of the best ever episodes.

    I've never thought of Henry as a cheat and I still don't. Read his statement on SS.com, he makes all good points. Yes, it doesn't make it anymore better for the Irish fans but come on did they really expect FIFA to replay the game.
