Beaten the main game, sans chaos emeralds and frankly, I'm not liking it. It has numerous control issues which make it somewhat of a chore to play. I'm not going to get the future installments

Many times, I home into a spring and it makes the spring noise but Sonic just stays on the floor where the spring is. It's ridiculous But I guess it stays true to Mega Drive Sonic as those always had control glitches

After 45 mins, I gotta say I'm not that impressed :/

Am quite skeptical that this game will live to the hype...reading the reviews, I'm slightly hopeful but review content isn't matching the scores they give it for the most part

Nintendo have just announced that starting this Friday, October 15th, a new WiFi event will be running in America and Europe to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the release of Pokémon Gold & Pokémon Silver. This WiFi event will allow for the download of a Mew. This Mew is Level 5 and has no special moves and doesn't unlock anything further within the games but comes in the Cherish Ball and is the first event Pokémon with the Premier Ribbon. The ribbon, like the Classic Ribbon, prevents it from being traded on the GTS. It will run from October 15th 2010 to October 30th 2010.

Just saw him for the first time. He's adorable. He even participated in a mexican wave

Simpsons has been getting better the past few years. Closer to their prime than they have been for quite a while

Clearly, Banksy is using it as satire for how the workforce is in the east.

If you're desperate for food, there's always wildlife. That's how we used to live. Don't follow the Tesco ideals and believe that we only have to eat what we get in shops...go out and be free. Get some rabbit!

Just figured I'd post this :P My sister gave birth a few hours ago to my first nephew, who they've called Tristan. First new addition to the family, poor kid...born into madness. In an effort to get my sister back for the torment when we were kids, I've planned to get Tristan addicted to penguins. My sister hates them. Bwahahaha:D Any of you have recent additions to your families?

I've been there. As many of you know, over the last few years I've lost 9 stone and until the end of last year, I didn't update my ID. It was getting to the point where nobody was accepting even though you could tell it was me easily. At one pub, a wetherspoons, they refused to serve me and even had the managers follow me until I left while I waited for a friend who was in the bathroom. I was not happy at all.

I don't know why, but I've always preferred the All Stars versions...they've always felt more complete
-
What I don't like is when places refuse to let you purchase things if people who are with you lack ID. I believe that is wrong. You're entitled to purchase whatever you want regardless of who's with you. I've read of instances where supermarkets refused to sell people alcohol because their kids (who were like 12/13) were with them. It's getting ridiculous, especially as it's not illegal for kids to drink alcohol. Illegal for them to buy it yes, illegal for a person to buy it for them, yes. However, if you purchase alcohol for yourself and then later decide to give it to your child then it's actually legal. People just blur the law and blanketbomb

Yeah I always get ID'd. Most people think I look 16/17 despite the fact I'm 24.

When is it ok to start thinking about christmas?
Serebii replied to Rummy's topic in General Chit Chat
I agree. I'd love to go to New York around Christmas...they seem to manage the whole thing -

Actually, the current Christmas is based much more on a pagan festival than the birth of Christ. Especially as the church moved the celebration of Christ's birthday to December 25th in the fourth century. -

January 15th -
It is a shame that it doesn't include Mario 64 or Mario Sunshine OR have updated versions of the classics, but still.

I've seen four different ones this evening

You can use statistics to prove anything you wish. Please, don't insult my intelligence. Governments use statistics like that all the time. How many of those deaths were elderly? Had pre-existing conditions?
-
That's incorrect. The only deaths attributed to swine flu were in those who had severe pre-existing respiratory and circulatory issues, elderly and there were a couple of cases of pregnant women dying due to it. There is also the fact that all cleaning supplies kill 99.9% of all bacteria and people aim for completely immaculate sterile houses which prevent the body from building up immunities.

Easy. The one time I had a flu jab, it made me worse and fucked with my asthma more than not having it. Therefore, logically, I will go without
-
I don't do needles. Every year they say "Joe, get a flu vaccine", just because I have severe asthma. Fuck that
