I'll watch SD tomorrow. Watched Raw today and it was glorious. Man, they have really improved the product, great stuff...

Well, I don't think it's such a weird thing. Just like with real life, you remember certain memorable moments, not everything in perfect detail. More important is the general vibe crammed in your head: was it a good or a bad experience? For example, Wind Waker: I remember certain parts from here and there, but more than that, I still remember the moment when I went to pick it up from the post box. It was early summer and a lovely blue sky, the game arrived one day early, and the sailing and exploring was just great fun. With San Andreas, I remember certain songs playing at certain parts as I made a custom 90s soundtrack for the PC version. Same with Vice City and V-Rock. So personally, I'd say it's the opposite. You remember the moments that matter. Although I do have memories of bad games too, so it's not only positive stuff...(Zelda II I'm talking about you)

I hope the whole game is tinted gold. "This is the Dark World, but it looks golden because...you know, money is evil and stuff."

@Dcubed It's a multiplayer party game, of course it could use online! So streamline it a bit, make the waiting shorter or let everyone move at the same time or something. Or alter the minigames so that everyone has something to do every time! Yes, but you could still play with your friends. I don't know about the 3DS voice chat, is it totally crap, but they could include a proper working TEXT CHAT. Like, you know, any PC game since the friggin' 90s. My memories of Mario Party games are that it was fun to play with others. Thus I'm wondering why hasn't the series evolved to fit the modern online culture, to let us have the same fun with people that are somewhere else? The technology is there, just look at other companies. Also, if the traditional format is too slow / cumbersome, change it! That's evolution right there. Same with Nintendo Land. They went for the asymmetric gameplay gimmick, but turns out it did not have the drawing power like motion gaming did. In Japan, local multiplayer might still sell very well, but in the West, people do want online. It's been right there the whole time, yet Nintendo won't budge or want to see it. Well, their choice, but again, personally I have no reason to buy a local-only Mario party game when I can buy dozen other games that allow me to play them online with friends / random people.

Well...the name is a bit messy, but you really can't call it the 3DS without the 3D, can you? As for the machine itself, it might actually be a good idea since the 3D effect is more of a novelty in the games anyway. It does look a bit stupid though...

Got interested in this as well, but now I'm not sure which version to buy. The loading times sound stupidly long on the Wii U... Anyway, how long is the campaign? I've never played a SC game before, but I can totally see myself liking this.

Wow, quite polarised views on this. Is this so different from the previous games? I've only played AC1 (ok) and AC2 (great so far).

I guess it's sort of like burning, as if I were getting a severe cold in my throat at that moment. I remember one spring I experimented with running with a scarf and a warming collar on my throat area, and it did help a bit. Although I still had to stop every now and then to not overdo it...

I have to say, all this positive feedback has made me rethink of maybe buying this game after all. Really enjoyed Bayonetta, and it seems this is the same kind of wacky action mayhem as well...

Like I said, just opinions. People get knocked down by life, and that affects their expectations of certain things. Yes, too much cynicism can be deadly and paralyzing, but I wouldn't go for "all enthusiasm" either as it detaches you from reality. Like or hate, people feel different things. Why sugar coat it? If people think Affleck sucks as an actor, then so be it. Haven't seen many of his movies so can't really say. Also, don't care. A new movie is a new movie, and a new chance for all the participants.
