I read another couple Ray Bradbury books not too long ago, The Martian Chronicles and The Illustrated Man. They're not quite up to the standards of Fahrenheit 451 but still really enjoyable reads, each of them are more of a collection of short stories that intertwine into one long one. I loved the ending of The Illustrated Man! I've also picked up the books of the Black Magician Trilogy from Trudi Canavan. Yet to start but I'm looking forward to reading them, they were a "Wasterstone recommends" spur of the moment purchase, as were Fahrenheit 451 and the books of Feist's Rifwar Saga which I absolutely loved.

I am hoping you boys do it, it'd be awesome for us both to be in the final!

If Sturridge was on the pitch both teams play would have been effected. Sterling wouldn't have been in the positions he was in and so in turn neither would have the other midfielders as they've been accommodating positions that would be different to the usual ones during play on the pitch. As a result Chelsea would have played different in reaction to this. Liverpool might not have created the chances they did with a change, they may have created more yet they may have created less too, you may have scored but you may not have done to, we just don't know. It's wrong to say you'd have "definitely" won because it's impossible to say. Although, Chelsea were always winning that no matter what. :p

Balotelli gave away the ball to Hazard who immediately won the free kick which led to Ivanovic scoring after losing Balotelli as his marker. Balotelli was our best sub, haha.
-
You never know, that was my point. It may have been different, but he may have fluffed the chances too or Courtios may have been equal to them and made the save, you just can't say.
-
I'm certain you wouldn't have done and I hope Costa doesn't get banned. :p
-
Well it looks like the Lance will still be my favourite weapon... it has a jump attack that leads to mounts... SO GODLY...
-
Costa was unlucky not to be awarded a penalty but he was lucky to have not been sent off. I was listening to it on 5 Live and my heart was in my mouth at times! Haha

I'm looking forward to sinking my teeth into this and I'm really looking forward to using the Kinsect Glaive, I think it looks to be a fantastic weapon, bridging a gap between Long-Sword and Hunting Horn. I must say, the Charge Blade looks to be amazing too...

I like the changes, they all appear to be improvements from what I'm seeing. This being my least favourite home console Zelda title (I still love it of course) just means I may well appreciate it more... could I perhaps prefer it to Wind Waker after these changes..?

The new anime and manga thread! [Use Spoiler Tags!]

If there's a manga I'd like to see an anime of, it's Gamaran. If they got the animation down it'd be a treat. -
I know it's late but here's my suggestion and reason behind it: 2 female cats... 2 female black cats... Black cats are said to be witches cats... Witches... Computer game witches (specifically 2 of them)... Koume and Kotake, the Twinrova sisters.

I seem to be on an anime blitz as of late. Just started watching Noragami, 5 episodes in and I know I'll keep watching, it's got me very intrigued. EDIT: Well I've done it again, I should be asleep but couldn't stop watching. That's Noragami finished now, I really enjoyed it, even if it is short, and the fight in the final episode is pretty good. -
I'm not booking any time off but I am looking forward to the game for sure!

Just watched the movie Sword of the Stranger, thought it was great. The animation is superb and the final sword-fight is incredible! I've just watched Tokyo Godfathers too, it's a good little film, well worth a watch. -
Crazy stuff today, great for the competition though. I hope that the last of these silly losses and conceding a lot for us!

And some people may complain that Mario is colourful, they've every right to do so. People complained that they didn't like the look of Wind Waker because of it's visuals, for example. Of course it's brown because of the tone they want but that tone isn't appealing to me as result is all I'm saying. Welcome to opinions FFS.

I like the idea of the setting but there's just so much brown... it kind of puts me off a bit, I don't like the look of it as a result.

I experience this and have done recently... I still am to some extent too. I find it happens a lot when I'm playing a certain game for a long time or if there's an excess of games for a particular genre that I have to play through. Destiny. I played this game a lot over a couple/few months. It was great at first but fairly quickly became VERY repetitive and started to grate on me. When the DLC came out, I felt it was so heavily overpriced for what the content was, it immediately turned me off and I just couldn't be bothered gaming. Platformers on WiiU. SM3DW, NSMBU, DKCR:TF, Rayman, Sonic LW... the platform is over-saturated with them. I've not purchased DKCR:TF because I can't bear to think of having yet another platformer. I got rid of Sonic as it was so pants and yet that I've still got the Mario games and Rayman just put me off playing them. Then there's the upcoming Mario Maker, Yoshi, Kirby...not to mention a host of eShop games. The thought of playing a platformer just puts me off at the moment... but not just of playing platformers, it's putting me off gaming in general. Then I look at my backlog and think "crap, I have to knuckle down and get finishing some of these". I do want to but I feel meh about it, so I can't be arsed.

So here's what you do in No Mans Sky (I love the sound of this more and more)... http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2015-01-22-so-what-do-you-actually-do-in-no-mans-sky It should lay to rest your fears of it not being too big @Ronnie. Although it sounds like meeting up in-game and exploring together will be quite difficult...

Especially Nintendo's board, they're out-dated dragons with a backwards view on gaming these days. They're detrimental to company and industry!
-
I'd disagree with this, I think Chelsea made themselves look ordinary. No high pressing up the pitch, our movement and passing wasn't as good as usual and the biggest thing was that we sat back more than we have done recently which allowed you to play in front of us without being harried.

Aaaaaand that's season 2 of Psycho-Pass done. I enjoyed it but not quite as much as the first season. It's still good though. -
That's only if you take on the wrong enemies at the wrong time. What I love about Xenoblade is that you can be a low level, say 20, and there are level 80 monsters walking about the place, even in early areas. The thing is, you're so insignificant in comparison to them that they don't see you as a threat and carry on their business as they would, ignoring you. It's only when you're in a certain level range of them that they are threatened and may attack, but they can still be avoided. You're only slashing away for ages at an enemy if you decide to fight an enemy that you don't have to at too low a level. It's brilliantly done!
