I remember finding the Scary Movies amusing as they did appeal to the randomness of our humour. I'm pretty sure that whole thing happened when Brenda rides in on Jigsaw's tiny bicycle, despite her dying previously, or something. In hindsight, I love.

Yeah but I hear stories of how people are laughing in the cinema, because of the film. I've never actively laughed because of a gag in a film, I don't think. A gaspy gigle at best, usually just a smile. Only time I've been in hysterics in a cinema was when Chair did his infamous laugh in the middle of Scary Movie 4, and then kept laughing, because he was laughing. Then the rest of the cinema laughed at his laughing, including us. And then during the last Indiana Jones film. A truly hialrious cinema trip, but not because of the film.

Loved loads of stuff. Off the top of my head; Batman The Animated Series (I had good taste back then too) Spider-Man, X-Men (and then casually watched the other marvel shows, but they were crap) Animaniacs/Pinky & The Brain Sharkey & George Street Sharks Fat Dog Mendoza Arthur/hey Arnold etc. What was that one about a school, which had a Rhino as the janitor? A supervillain lived underneath the school, IIRC called The Phantom, but it was pronounced Phanthom. I loved that.

By short, I mean short, relative to me. To make it clearer, I can finally use wax on my hair.

Rom-Coms mostly have the same plot. Meet, get together, then they have a really pointless/overworught break-up that would be simple to fix if both characters weren't so pig-headed. Big slushy scene, then back together (poss. Marriage). Makes them a bit shit/throwaway. I realised that in general I don't find comedy films truly funny, because I find stuff a zillion times funnier with my friends. I can guarantee that with my friends at a serious film, we'd be more likely to end up in fits of hysterics than at a comedy. We have our own humour we apply to people (in life or on screen). Most comedies don't appeal to my humour. Also, most mov ie comedies seem to rely on slapstick or gross gags which *suprise* more often than not aren't funny.

I got my hair cut SHORT. *audience clap/gasp* For the first time in...3-4 years? It feels brilliant. I feel like a lesbian who's finally come to terms with her sexuality and just chopped all her hair off.

Surely it's the colouring book that's to blame? HATE those ones with shitty brown paper that absorbs the ink too much.

Talking of popular electr-influenced music, I can't decide if I like In For The Kill by La Roux. I like elements, but it doesn't live up to it's potential. Hmm.

I just don't want 30 year old actors pretending to be 16 or whatever ridiculous age they're meant to be, sleeping around (but in the same circle of rich friends) and generally being rubbish. X-Men is nothing to do with that. It's not just just "teens with powers!111". This First Class just seems like a cash-in on Twilight.

The third movie, while having positives, destroyed the franchise. Not because it was awful, but it's plugged any possible follow-up being made. Story and character wise. I blame the pointless deaths in it. Especially Cyclops. The worst thing ever. I know it "had" to be done, but still. Beurgh. Not too keen on the idea of mutant Gossip Girls, tbh. I'd prefer they actually adapted First Class, a total reboot, using the original characters. Or..y'know...you could just watch X-Men: Evolution... :p

When will they put Season 4 together? OR will they just milk the teet dry? The teet being my wallet. I'm desperate for Series 4...not seen any!

Ben annoys the fuck out of me, I love that Alan obviously can't stand him either.
-
Brilliant episode. Bit of a shit ending though. In the real world, (as Alan actually said) those in charge of finance would get the chop. A.K.A It was Yasmina's fault. Both Ben and Paula were doing other essential jobs, while she sat on her arse beside Paula, letting the mistakes happen.

How? I need to gather money to buy something when I see PJ Harvey.
-
That's lovely. But I need to save my money this month. I have £12 to my name.
-
That's complaining for complainings sake. It's not like there's pros and cons to piracy vs. seeing the film on screen. One is shit and just...bad, one is brilliant.

It was better than the video and the guys hair suggested it would be in the first 20 seconds. I don't get the singer though. It's like she's in the wrong band/music video. She kept striking "sexual" poses.
