  1. QFT! You got what I was going to say in one! :p
  2. Congrats! The whole thing looks beautiful! especially Mokong. :p
  3. The Resident Evil 5 experience with my friend was awesome. Especially the end boss. So many great moments! You know what the most exasperating one was? in Chapter 5 me thinks when you have to turn the mirrors of sunlight. He kept getting in the way somehow. :p
  4. 2D platforming is great but it is dying! I think the fact that people are making Braid and Megaman 9 is a good sign! even more so that they were very much warmly recieved. It shows there is definately a market out there for 2D games. I know I still love them. They can still look as godly as any 3D designed game as well graphically and to me they have more charm! Just look at Warioland Shake and Muramasa. I think the DS lends itself well to reviving the 2D genre as platformers are good for quick bursts of play and it is much easier to just pause and play while on the move! However it is criminally underused for this purpose and often the focus is on providing shoddy 3D graphics which lack charisma. Take a look at Metroid Prime Hunters. Graphically impressive for the DS to pull it off but at the expense of fun in my opinion! They should have created it in 2D, vastly superior. Super Metroid is still one of the greatest games ever made! I just want a new 2D Metroid... Also the VC on the Wii and such offering up the classic sonic/Donkey Kong/Super Mario games helps keep 2D on the radar as everyone remembers how good they are and gets new people interested at the same time. As for a gimmick/hook I don't feel it needs one if the platforming is solid and fresh such as New Super Mario Bros, who got it right (even though that is 3D..sort of) However it does help as they have been out for many years and many 2D games have been produced and some of the most quality games have been 2D platformers and so to stick out of the crowd a hook could definately help to get people interested such as Hatsworth which is a good direction to take, It is a quirky experience that has that Retro platforming charm to it! There are definately many steps in the right direction. I don't think they will be going down just yet!
  5. I remember trying to break the ice at school at a literary society... We had to link our names to the alphabet for example: "Hi I'm Oliver and I'm Optimistic" It got to my turn and I said: Hi I'm Nicholas and I'm on Narcotics.... It definately broke the ice! :p Welcome again, I just felt like telling a vaguely relevant tale!
  6. Sweet Niblets! I'mma need a picture of you dressed like that. I'd be happy to help! I love that santa hat smilie, so cheerful and innocent! ____ Today has been good. My hair was looking highly erotic today. Went to a Spring Buffet thing for a few hours loads of tasty food and played cricket with my nephew out on the fields. Another lovely sunny day. Then we watched some home videos and then this evening I've just been listening to music, Watching Prison Break, Hannah Montana and American Dad! I'm just glad I don't have to go to school tomorrow but disappointed that there will be no post! I'll think I will watch a movie.
  7. Hannah Montana: The Movie. Luckily I shaved as I must've looked under 15 as I got in on a child ticket, no questions asked! I loved the movie. Twas light hearted good fun! I enjoyed all the songs (particularly Butterfly fly away) and laughed out loud several times, Miley's dad was hilarious in the film. It felt a bit rushed at the end but everything was wrapped up nicely. Only complaint is that it needed more Emiy Osment, not nearly enough! her chemistry with Miley is great when on screen. I also almost had tears in my eyes at one point. :p (end of revolving door scene) Is much better than I expected! Lovely and relaxing on a Saturday afternoon! 6 Bears out of 7.
  8. Welcome! : peace: Always great to have new members!
  9. Today has been incredibly relaxing. Some Revision in the morning then rushed out of my Pyjama's for an appointment at the bank where I sorted out some Finance. (well my Mum did :p) I just nodded slightly and got distracted by my wallet. I had more 50p's than I thought! Then went home had a tortilla, then whisked off to the Cinema. Then had a fabulous walk home in the Sun! This evening I've had Chinese which is always welcome and been watching TV!
  10. Pretty much what I'm doing now but wearing a festive hat.
  11. Me fail english that's unpossible! OMJ, I forgot about Muesli! That is usually in my cycle as well but it is often forgotten about sitting in my secret muesli pot in the cupboard! Haha! I rarely have Juice or a drink in the morning, It just doesn't sit well with me. I strangely do on Holiday though.
  12. I did not expect this... Bye Jordan. *hugs and pugs*
  13. I'm with ReZ those machines are Godly. I literally stood there and felt the awesomeness upon my hands. I even washed my hands again just so I could dry them! :p
  14. If you have to comprimise then the sex becomes like a table? A smooth surface with rough edges... or something. I'm not really sure! :p This. (bit in bold) Yeah that is what I'm like at the moment to a tee!
  15. @Lettins. (can I call you that? too late... :S) Ocakes, NAAAAAAICE one M8! : peace: To stay vaguely on track, my day continues to be good albeit slightly distracted!
  16. Unlucky Letty. *hugs and pugs* What is this applying for Uni or something? sorry I'm not actually sure.
  17. Yes Flinky. Breakfast is awesome! About the Tea I always forget the Tea. I ask for it reguarly but I must have tea block or something as I NEVER drink it. I've forgetten each time. I don't think I've had a cup this year as a result!
  18. Crunchy Nut is great! Also I have a bowl of cereal every evening before I go to sleep! When on Holida is changes though, I like a continental breakfast complete with croissant. Yum! *High Five* Except I love Milk on my Cereal! I eat it really quick so they don't get soggy! Though I also like it RAW! (as it were) Haha! b...b...b..but breakfast is the most important meal of the day... *waggles his finger* :p YES! YES! YES! I used to have that all the time. Thanks for reminding me. Except mine was more bran than Sultana's so I quickly rectified that with my sultana pot.
  19. It is near me... one case was found in my town!
  20. Haha, It does a bit yeah.

What can I say I am a Coolness Bean as well! :p

  21. Twas..the night before last, And in Coolness' house. Not a creature was stirring. Except for a mouth... CRUNCHING ON CHEERIO'S Upon my 3rd mouthful of the Delicious O's I thought to myself and proudly held the spoon in the air. I could make a thread of this! Okay so it phased me the other night that I go in weird circles of cereals. I eat only one for a few weeks (currently Cheerio's) then change again. Last week it was those big Shredded Wheats and before that it was months of Weetabix! (or Tesco's wheat biscuit alternatives!) It then struck me that I don't know what my fellow KNEE's have for their breakfast and whether I'm missing out on some Godly creation or cereal and wasting my time on these Cheerio's. Now on the odd occasions I do have a runny boiled egg with toast but I'm not mad about fry ups! Nothing arouses me more than a good bowl of cereal in the morning, that usually surfices. mmm.... I'm also one that if I wake up at say 10 I will have breakfast and like an hour later I will have lunch I have to stick to this otherwise the world WILL implode. So what do YOU have for breakfast? Do you enter weird patterns like one cereal for a few months or have several on the go? Are you more of a leftovers from the night before person? or maybe a BIG fry up dudette!? Or perhaps you don't have breakfast at all?
