Why has today turned into one of those days where I feel like crap for no particular reason? It's been a relatively good day...then one person says one thing, which gets you thinking, and boom. 3 pint sized vodka cokes later...

Its not that I'm not interested...just not as interested as she is.

Okay, I need a ruling N-E. I'll try and say this in as clear a way as I can. Basically it was made clear in the last few weeks that a friend of mine is interested in me. It ended up we kinda had a thing about 3 weeks ago when we were out in a group and we ended up alone at some point. Then last week she asked me to come out again with another couple, and again we ended up alone at the end of the night and events transpired. Now the problems: she has only recently split up with one of my mates. They were together for a good 2 years or so. I'm fairly certain that me and her getting together would raise a few eyebrows. I haven't spoken to him about it, even though I know I should. But regardless of what he says, there will definately be whispering behind our backs about it. I find myself somewhat torn. I'm not particularly crazy over her, and I was kinda almost involved with someone else which has now kinda tailed off, but I could probably revive if I wanted to. She seems to be way more interested in me than I am of her. I'm moving in September so it would only be a shortlived thing (although she has already joked about moving with me, which somewhat scared me :/). Basically, there are a million reasons not to get involved. But the selfish part of me is saying that I've been single far too long, and here I have a girl who is clearly very interested. After being so frustrated about things never going my way the last year or two, I now actually could have a relationship. And yet I'm unsure. It just seems like I would only be doing anything because I want the physical stuff. It seems like the reasons not to are too great to be selfish like that. Or is it me being silly, and I should do what I want? It seems kinda unfair to her for me to be going into it not sure when she obviously is; but then is it more unfair to turn her away? I can't decide. Seems like either way there are problems, as it usually seems to be. TL;DR - girl problems on the internet? no wai

I got mine from Shopto today. Only played the first 5 stars or so, I'm away out tonight I think, but I've got a totally free day tomorrow to really give it a work out

I started learning the guitar just under a year ago...I'm ok, mostly chords and whatnot. Never had a lesson though. I generally just pick it up and mess around with it every now and then. I want an electric guitar now though. I've only had my acoustic about 3 months :X

So is anyone here going to Rage Factor this weekend? I'm setting off on an 11 hour coach journey on Saturday night to get there. Lounge around London all day before the gig :p And then slumming it overnight at the coach station until 9am for an 11hour return journey :X Should be worth it though! Oh, and these guys are supporting. I think I'm looking forward to them almost as much as Rage.

I know someone who works at a 3 shop near me and they have just informed me that they can get me a HTC Desire for £22.50 a month, 24monthcontract, unlimited texts/internet, 500 minutes. I was resigning myself to the Desire being out of my price range, but I think I might just have to have me some of that Only problem is I need to wait til they get one back in stock!

I feel like the £5 will go further in my pocket than in the pocket of the multi-national corporation for which I work.

At work today my boss accidentally gave me £5 too much change (I'm a pizza delivery boy, I get the money from the door, give them change from a float, then cash off at the til. Give my float back at the end of the night and keep any extra I have (ie tips)). I handed over two notes and he assumed it was two tens, but it was a ten and a five. I decided not to mention this to him and pocketed the fiver as a tip. Does this make me a bad person?

This is my plan, but I'm doing it in a couple of weeks for the RATM gig, so I'm holding off on booking it until I see how that goes first. So long as I have no problems I'll book it when I get back.

Yeah I don't see the big issue about this. And I don't understand the point of a "Quit Facebook day" if its not intended to make a point to them? If as you said its a personal thing, why not quit today, just in case they "make it impossible" to delete your account between now and then? Its all nonsense.

Read on another forum about a guy who put £250 on blackpool to get promotion at the start of the season, and just won £26,500 for it.

The penalty was unnecessarily harsh. Make it enough to put him back to the place he would have been originally. Clearly Mercedes weren't trying anything sneaky, theres no need for him to lose all the points he had earned over it.

Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter...

Eenuh, anything above 10C is summer in Scotland. -
Pretty sure learning Prayer of the Refugee on the guitar isn't the ideal way to prepare for my Maths exam tomorrow but its definately much more satisfying.

Well to be fair, an average one hour episode of anything has about 18-20minutes of adverts...a two and a half hour with 50minutes of adverts seems reasonable.
