  1. I'm pretty sure it's just a matter of people constantly playing the game and in turn having no time to post here. Whenever I'm online I see at least 4 people playing this game...and then I remember that I can't afford it right now...and I die a little inside
  2. Put some more time into Final Fantasy VII. Reached Disc 3, I'm pretty sure I could take on what I assume is the final area, but I'd like to get the trophies out of the way first. Gonna take some serious grinding, though. Thank God for that speed 3x booster. I've used it for at least 80% of my playtime. I find the game speed to be a little slow without it. Played Steins;Gate for an hour yesterday. It's a little boring since I've seen a few episodes of the anime. Just a matter of pushing through until I've reached the point at which I've stopped watching the anime. The lady and I started playing Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime. I'm not that much into it but she seemed to enjoy it so I'll keep playing. It's nice to have a game that we can play together at the same time that she enjoys. We still have to tackle that challenge in The Witness, though It can wait. Edit: The Platinum for Final Fantasy VII is mine. : peace: What a wonderful game. Truly revolutionary for its time.
  3. If you have a US PSN account the current Humblebundle might be interesting. The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 Red Faction Super Dungeon Bros Deponia ArcaniA: The Complete Tale Battle Worlds: Kronos Destroy All Humans! Destroy All Humans! 2 Legend of Kay Anniversary MX vs. ATV Supercross Encore Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition Darksiders Warmastered All these PS4 games for $15 (which is approx 14.11€, not sure about the UK price). Remember, you need a US PSN account (or any of those listed here) to redeem the code. It appears to be only ONE code. I read that it's safer to redeem it via the PSN store website because it includes some PS3 versions, too. This should prevent some issues. I think I'll buy this sometime next week. Not interested in half of the titles, but it seems worth the price just for both Darksiders' games and the PS2 classics.
  4. Soundtrack is available on Spotify : peace:
  5. So...Final Fantasy VII just got a little more confusing. Quite the plot twist...
  6. Well, I obviously read it wrong... Mr Shifty looks cool. Sweet music, too. Might pick this up on the PS4
  7. Super Mario Sunshine Remastered
  8. I love stealth stuff so the game's right up my alley Really hope my mate buys it. Would love to play the campaign with him.
  9. All I see is a lot of Platinum trophies
  10. Managed to made some progress with Final Fantasy VII. Finished Part 1.
  11. Everything seems to be as expected and exactly as I wanted: Old school gameplay and I'm very much looking forward to play it The performance issues, though...I really hope they get patched. I guess it's a good opportunity for Playtonic Games to learn from this.
  12. It's beautiful on the Vita. I should really play this... Bought it a long time ago for 8 bucks and started it many times but never played more than 5 hours... Tempted to get Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth (Vita) for 9.99€ and Sniper Elite 3 Ultimate Edition (PS4) for 11€. I might just go for only one, though. People need to buy Downwell...it's well worth the full price (£3.99) and at £1.69 it's an absolute steal.
  13. Meh, already have the PS3/PSVita remasters so there's no need. I should really give them a go... Will probably still buy them when they're on sale, though
  14. I've been enjoying it a lot more, too. I guess I'm just used to more complex JRPGs and Chrono Trigger seems to be very simple. Apparently there isn't a lot of plot in the first few hours It's basically a matter of: What's going on, why did he do that, who is he, what's his goal, etc.? Looking forward to seeing where it's all headed. Still a shame that I know that one thing, though...Should've just played the game before the internet became easily accessible
  15. 1) Scarecrows: I have some standing around but I didn't actually think about their placement...it seems to work, though. My crops stay alive. 2) Watering: You just have to deal with it...it's annoying at first but when you manage to upgrade your watering can it'll be a little faster. I'm in my second year and have a gold watering can and it's still annoying to water all my crops...I have started to craft some sprinklers, though, but mainly in preparation for a huge money maker. The last few ingame weeks have basically been: Water crops, harvest when available, sleep. In one year I should be able to make some big bucks. (I won't spoil how) 3) Dying crops: No idea why some of your crops still die...maybe your scarecrows aren't placed properly. If it happens during fall then it's probably lightning strikes that destroy crops. Lightning rods are your friend. 4) Feeding animals: Grass, trees, stones, etc. spread from spring to fall. Not sure if there's a way to accelerate this. In winter grass disappears. 5) Money: It will come. With a little planning you can min max and make big bucks very early (you have to rely on a guide, though). That's not necessary, though, as you can't lose. Enjoy the game and figure out stuff yourself Unless you want to swim in money
  16. ...he said and decided to finally continue Final Fantasy VII. Managed to get one particular trophy which requires a lot of specific dialogue choices. Thank God this is over and I don't have to pay attention to it any longer... Two missable trophies left for which I will consult a guide and after that I'll play the game at my own pace. Need to read up on the story so far as it's been 1 1/2 years since I've started my playthrough...and because it's my first I don't remember any of it. Sadly I couldn't avoid one big spoiler so I know one thing that will happen. Anyone who frequents video game sites can't avoid that spoiler, I guess
  17. Really like it, but everyone I've played against seems to have spent hours on building a deck (or used a guide...). It took me 20 minutes to build a deck I think is good but everybody online has decks that destroy me... Hope it'll be much different in the full release when you don't have access to all the cards immediately and matchmaking is more balanced as a result.
  18. I think I won't play this any further...it's an okay game so far but it doesn't really grab me after the initial impression...I guess I'm not in the mood for a classic JRPG Maybe some other time I'll just play some Modern Warfare Remastered and GhostRecon: Wildlands - Coop until Yooka Laylee is out.
  19. It's so bad but in a good way The game's almost out Hope I'll get my copy on release day but I kinda doubt it. I guess they'll ship it the day before release and it may take some time until it arrives in Germany
  20. Will do : peace: But for now it's time for Chrono Trigger. Started it 1 1/2 hours ago and couldn't put down Can't believe I never played it. Seems to be great, but combat is a little on the easy side. Thinking about it I've actually never come across a difficult JRPG.
  21. It really is. I started it this morning and couldn't put it down. It has become one of my favourite games, too.
  22. My first video game ever! And that comic strip describes it perfectly Such a weird game...but very fun. It had some awesome tunes, too. Was in the mood for a SNES game and decided to play Mega Man X. Never played it before and holy smokes...what a freaking glorious game. Good old Mega Man gameplay but everything cranked up to 1000 :awesome: Awesome graphics, great music, cool enemy and level design...Enjoyed it very much, even though it was easier than the NES games. Started and finished it today
  23. Completed the tutorials, played a match against an AI and lost. I need the full game. I need it now!
  24. Good times ahead. So many new games and some classics remastered, as well : peace: The PS4 might be the best console purchase I've ever made
  25. Started Shadow Complex Remastered on the PS4 two days ago and finished it just now. A fun, little Metroid-style game. Nothing spectacular but a nice game to play after the recent games I've finished. Won't bother with the Platinum, though, because I don't think I'd enjoy the trophy hunt with this. March is reaching its final hours. I've finished 6 games, all of which I've enjoyed. Time to choose my GotM
