This is turning into the new General Retro Thread...disappointment everywhere.

Increased Deadlift to 55kg 5x5 today. So even after a week and a half long break I didn't need to de-load for this exercise I tried doing Shoulder Press with 35kg for the second time. It was ok. Third set was 4 reps, the others 5. The last was a little meh regarding my form so...but still after the long break it feels good that I at least improved a bit

Yeah, reviews are universally praising this game so far. Damn, might just buy this day-one First full priced game this year for me, then.

I despise Sevilla. There's nothing wrong with an aggressive way of playing but the constant tackles whose only purpose is to injure a player are fucked up. This is gonna be a long second half...especially if we score a goal. Juve 2-0 up...holy hell

Proper nervous about tonight. It will be a dirty match again. Really hope Sevilla doesn't play as unfairly as last week (diving and brutal tackles), though...but I doubt this will happen. Let's just hope Vidal, Lewy and Ribery stay calm as they have a tendency to retaliate with equal measures.

Well, that went better than expected. Managed to actually increase the load for squats - 55kg 5x5 Had to decrease the weight for Bench Press by 5, though. I noticed during warmup that it would probably be a good idea to de-load - 40kg 5x5 But I did set a new PB for Pendlay Row - 40kg 5x5; it was very tough. Had to increase the rest time to 2:30min after each set, but I did it Now I am fucking hungry. I reeeeaaaally have to increase my calorie intake but it's so difficult for me. I'm sated quite quickly. Well...I just have to force down the pasta and meat

Here's what I'm playing right now: Styx: Master of Shadows - a stealth game. I don't care much about the plot and setting (it's set in the Of Orcs and Men universe) but the gameplay is pretty great. It's quite difficult which is always a plus. Wolfenstein: The New Order - with Styx: Master of Shadows being a very slow-pace game I needed something more hectic so Wolfenstein: The New Order seems like a good fit. So far it's a great old-school shooter. Sniper Elite 3 - needed another coop game to play with my mate after we've Platinumed Ghost Recon: Wildlands. As we both like stealth games Sniper Elite 3 was the perfect choice. The controls are a little clunky at times but the gameplay mechanics are incredibly fun. Not sure if we'll go for the Platinum for this game.

I'm in a similar situation. Haven't been able to go to the gym last week because of no free time and now I'm sick. I hope I can go tomorrow morning...will definitely have to deload and see how much weight I can lift.

Looks like it was well worth it trading in my old PS4 and paying 100 bucks for a Pro. Even though I don't have a 4k TV the supersampling visibly improves image quality. Tried it with Styx: Master of Shadows, Wolfenstein: The New Order and Fortnite. Sony is at the top of their game this gen!
