  1. Oh don't worry, I based it on his standard performance too.
  2. I think you are so very, very wrong, and that time shall prove this.
  3. Shocking that Demon's / Dark Souls and Xenoblade haven't been mentioned much. Games or the generation.
  4. Heh, so probably only 9 installs of the same size to fill up a 500GB. Bit silly to come with only 500GB then.
  5. It's also one with virtually no use to town (if you are town) now that you have revealed it. Mafia would just avoid you from now on.
  6. I never cop myself first night, if the Mafia somehow find out you targeted yourself N1 then they know you're probably one of two roles. Vote: Cube If there is another (functional) cop out there then he could throw us a bone. Oh, we all know what ReZ thinks about those. :p
  7. I don't have anything interesting from last night.
  8. Good idea! I think maybe alternating one person to check on the chat regularly for interaction with viewers, maybe even get some teamspeak-esque shenanigans going so people could comment on the gameplay/whatever is going on too. Generally having a cam on you all at all times, then maybe having a few cameras on gameplay footage would be good. Maybe you could also incorporate some sort of game trivia/quiz for viewers to take part in (announce ahead of time what time this will take place) to get the viewers in (and donations). By this I mean asking viewers tough (or not so tough) questions and people can answer for fun/bragging rights. Also would be cool if you had a Q and A round, e.g. "Viewers, what is your favourite game moment/etc" and let people chime in with their thoughts, which may spark you guys to comment with your opinion on what they said. Basically I think interaction could really bring in the viewers and keep them there.
  9. 2 - Radiata Stories 6 - Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance Was going to say that the pink thing might have been Sophie's pigtails before, not sure why I didn't. Edit: didn't see Ell said the KH one already.
  10. Yeah but I get the drivers licence expiring - you may have lost your marbles since way back when you first got your license or sustained some kind of injury that makes you not drive well. Or in the case of a country club license you could have not paid your membership fees. But with a driver's licence purely for age reasons...your age is never going to change. Even if you were almost a vegetable, so long as you're above 18 you're still allowed to buy alcohol.
  11. Weird, if a game wasn't good (well, according to him) why would you want it do well? If it doesn't do well then they won't spend time and resources making a sequel and maybe spend it on better things.
  12. That's cool. Shame they made the trophy this way though.
  13. BASCHE LIVES! (Kudos to whoever gets the reference)
  14. Oh the irony. Have I just killed myself? :p
  15. I think most games are reduced in price when sales fall below a certain threshold. I'm sure Nintendo game sales fall below that threshold, just that they aren't as bothered by it. I mean, it's not like a lot of Nintendo games still around full price even chart each week/month/whatever.
  16. Admit it, you can't truly believe I'm Mafia if you're hammering a lynch I started and championed. Unless the hammer is something else entirely.
  17. Thanks. I actually feel a bit bad for campaigning against you, unless you're just joining my lynch now because you know more than me, heh. To everyone else. I tried to stop a lynch on someone I felt very strongly was town, to the point that I had people switch to voting Magnus instead. Given that if I was Mafia I would have known Dedede was town, I might have protested against his lynch but would not gone anywhere near the same effort to stop his lynch (since I would have inevitably wanted it). Endless meta-ing aside, the way I've behaved just doesn't add up for a Mafioso. I'd like to say I'm sure Smeagol is Mafia, but really I'm just going on balancing - target switch and redirector on town's side seems very unlikely. The Mafia would be at a considerable disadvantage.
  18. You're entitled to it, just like I'm entitled to point out how ignorant and short-sighted your comment was. You simply cannot claim that I am more use dead than alive based on a role. To do so is to ignore the player entirely.
  19. Why would Day 1 games be cheaper in any format? Even Steam don't usually sell a game just released at a considerable discount. What I was really getting at was that most first party Nintendo games hover at or around RRP even for years after release. Not true with Sony though - in fact Sony's games often find their way onto Plus giveaway content rather quickly. It sure is with the 3DS. It's doing very well with the 3DS, so in that respect it's in just as good a postion as Sony are with the PS3 who do it already. Heck, even look at the Vita. That thing is not doing well commercially, yet often has heavily discounted games on PSN or giveaway content in Plus. It's more a case of Nintendo won't than can't. I actually disagree with that Nintendo games keep their value - it's more that Nintendo choose not to lower their prices. Sony could do exactly the same if they really cared to. The argument that the games themselves keep their value cannot be true - game stores are littered with copies. It's not a case of there being limited copies of their games (e.g. like Twilight Pricness Gamecube) thus they retain a high price. Nintendo just choose to keep the price high since they still sell enough of them to be 'content'. I prefer Sony's strategy because surely a year or so after the release of a game, the sales of the title are hardly going to be spectacular. Even timed sales to get bumps in sales would be a good idea (often Sony does do this kind of thing). Just leaving a game for years at a price just seems really unambitious to me.
  20. To all the people here, read it. Freaking well read it. I posted one small post before this saying saying how I didn't have a clue what was going on (I was re-reading my PM at this point). Cube then posts saying what happened to him - at this point I immediately confirm that the same happened to me. Now think about what you guys are saying. For this part is important. Since not one person has accused Cube of anything, I am going to assume you all believe he has been manipulated by the Mafia. OK, good. Now tell me, if I am on the side of the Mafia, that would mean I had a hand in Cube's actions. Why then, why oh why - would I immediately chime in with the confession that I did the same thing as him? God why? What do I stand to gain from this? Other than for people to go 'well that guy is suspicious for having done that, let's vote him LULZ!' The same goes for confessing to having targeted Rummy on N1. It just makes no sense why I would keep confessing these things. Even if you meta and say doing unlikely things is the most likely outcome (which it usually isn't, actually), at the very least I am going to get people checking me out at night, which I wouldn't want if I was Mafia. I am actually wanting people to check me out here. Oh yeah, that decidedly common bandwagon of supposed Mafiosos rushing to declare who they killed last night. And linking my situation to another Mafia is entirely relevant. Your claim was that I am more use to the game dead than alive. In the example of the FFXI Mafia, I showed that with no results whatsoever I caused the lynching of the entire Mafia team. That pretty much shows how short-sighted it is to base my usefulness solely on my role. Active players are the lifeblood of the game, regardless of role.
  21. I find calling me dodgy a bit rich. What did you hope to achieve by starting a massive argument with me? Why would a townie want to make the rest of the players in the game give up the will to read/take part? It was all based on something ridiculous (please explain the problem you had with me again) right after you falsely accused me of targeting someone. Paranoid cop is indeed pretty useless to town, but just as useless to Mafia. And I would strongly disagree that my death is better than me living. In the FFXI Mafia I took down you and all your buddies without a single cop result, even though I actually was a cop. :p
  22. Just since you like to do this to others. The vast majority of those are not 'your claims'. Yeah, like...no offence, but returning to a topic without having read most of the day then placing votes is just irresponsible town play.
  23. Ha. Haha. What? You know literally everything about me. My character, targets and role. I can't remember if we still have a role cop, but they're free to investigate me. And I had said earlier on how I thought my role was probably useless, so it isn't a case of me just making something up today. Contrast this to you - other than today I have no idea who you've targeted. I also came out with my info today almost immediately, after a token 'I am thoroughly confused' comment given what happened to me. What I find dodgy is DuD's several page antagonising of me (over what I'm still not sure) even after falsely accusing me of targeting somebody else. Hilariously, the foundation of his argument with me was that I didn't pick up on something soon enough. And then he totally mixes up his info. That argument seems to have put people off reading/posting/taking part. I actually do trust you since I really doubt Mafia would have any reason to come out straight and say they killed someone, unless they somehow knew somebody tracked them. For once I agree with you, Moogle needs to appear. For now though I'll stick with Smeagol - I still don't buy that there'll be a target switch and redirector on the same team.
  24. All three together for £14.99 from Play.com.
  25. Hey Serebii a lot of the information here isn't correct. Sony actually prices games pretty well online (apart from immediately released retail games). Compared to the eShop the prices are very good.
