Yup, Witcher 3 sets the new benchmark for open world games. Totally packed with meaningful content and a great story.

Well hand over your weapons and ghost, buy a few engrams/legendary pieces, then I levelled stuff up very quickly by infusing 290+ bits of hunter equipment I accumulated over time. Got to 300 in practically no time. Save up your blue engrams too!

Anyone wanna do another raid this Friday night? I have a 300 alt who could do it. Shall we say 8PM? Let me know if there's any interest.

Once you get to light 290 raids really are the way to go to get your light to 300, as you can get 300+ light weapons and equipment that will quickly push you up to light 300 and beyond (as well as letting you get a 310 artifact through doing a quest from completing the raid). Once you reach light 300, any exotic engrams you decrypt (from Xur or using 3 of coins) have a chance to come out as 310 light armour/weapons (as well as 290, which they can still decrypt at), which can then be either equipped or infused into legendaries. Better to get past light 300 before going infusion mad, in my experience. You won't know what you'll want to keep until then. Also once you are light 290 you are easily good enough to take on the entire raid.

Yeah by the sounds of things all the sort of important stuff that was DLC in the first year and cost a lot will now be free. All superficial, cosmetic stuff will be DLC. Definitely a good way to go, seems they've listened to feedback about costings!

Had a pretty nice week off, had a friend over from Manchester and spent a lot of time in London. Also had my 42-inch Bravia TV replaced for free with a 48-inch as there was a problem with the screen, and they didn't have the original model in stock. Definite result! Glad I went with John Lewis.

So Iron Banner is back on Oct 13th and trials later in the same week (Oct 16th). A number of changes to both modes too. @Zell and @Shorty, lighthouse lads assemble. You good for that date?

Seeing as I think you guys finished the raid this week I'll start another King's Fall signup for next week. Not going to be around this week so would really love to get in on some more raid action next week. Let's say next week on Tuesday, 8PM (let me know if time is doable). Light 295+ ish is preferable. If anyone wants to do another one Sunday day 8PM with possible conclusion on Monday 8PM I'd put myself down for that.

I won't likely be able to raid before Sunday this week but am definitely up for raiding next week!
