You got me worried then that my Odeon was going to have added 2D showings for Thursday as well and id end up regretting booking the crappy 3D one. Doesnt seem to be the case though. Theres talk of trying to get a multiplex in town soon, I really hope they manage it. Preferably Cineworld.

Panini release some Marvel trades over here and tend to do it earlier than the proper Marvel ones. I stopped using them mostly because they don't release all stories, just the big ones. I wouldnt expect them to release the second volume of Venom so you'll probably have to wait for the proper Marvel one. Also, did you guy see that DC have dropped Titan for their TPB distribution over here? They're going direct with Diamond now selling the US ones to stores so hopefully that means we will start getting trades the same time as the US.

Just used Comixology for the first time to buy the new Smallville Season 11 #1. I could see myself buying single issues again through this if I had a tablet to read them. If they'd just bring out the Kindle Fire over here id be sorted.

Yeah plus you cant really update Magnetos origin like you can with others. They have shifted Iron Man's from one war to another because the backdrop of when it happened didnt really matter but Magneto is stuck with WWII, just like Cap.

No this was the first official Marvel release of the paperback for Venom volume 1, the one written by Rick Remender. There was probably a Panini/Marvel release of it that would have come a month or so before and if theres a Hardcover then that would have come first as well. Unless you are thinking of an older Venom book, with Eddie Brock still as Venom maybe?

Forgetting for a minute that you guys enjoy the movies. Do you actually like Bruce Wayne or Batman in these movies? I thought Bruce was good in Begins but didn't care about him in Dark Knight and Batman in both for me has had no character.

Surprised you are enjoying Teen Titans and Superboy, theyre pretty much panned every issue. Very overwritten with characters explaining way too much that we can already see on the page. I enjoyed them to begin with but at the moment im only still reading them because I like the characters and cant get them anywhere else for now. If this "Robins" book does end up coming out i'll probably drop them.

I dont really have a problem with the costume, just looks to me that her Catwoman will be one that doesnt take herself too seriously. As for the movie itself, im not especially looking forward to it. Both the previous Batman movies I have thought were good movies and I do enjoy them but not nearly as much as other comic movies. I think it almost feels as if they take themselves too seriously and while taking that style has proven successful it just leaves me a bit "that was good but at the same time meh"
