I did have God Eater 2 preordered but it wasnt getting the most positive buzz before it came out so I cancelled the order. I think I'll probably get it on Steam when it has a decent sale price.

I've just had an anxiety attack at work. I've been really depressed lately due to work issues and fear of going back to being unemployed but its starting to affect me at home and in places with large groups of people now. I couldnt get myself to go into the staff meeting. I have basically been forced into a job that I never wanted. I want to quit but I am petrified of going back to my old pathetic unemployed life. I am looking for work elsewhere but I cant just live like this while I hope someone will want to hire me.

Just finished my Voyager rewatch. Really enjoyed going through it all again. Need to decide now which show to move onto next. My new Next Gen blu rays would be nice but I do like watching all this on Netflix so I can watch in different places easily so I might go with DS9.

I dont use my Wii U with a USB HDD but thats because I never trusted Nintendo's account system enough to buy games digitally.

Three more One Piece volumes. Been getting through that first one too quickly.

I'm getting through these One Piece episodes a lot quicker than I expected to, might have to order the next few collections later.

Downloading games is a lot more common place these days as well don't forget. A lot of people prefer to use the digital market instead of buying physical media and games can easily go up to 50gbs. I understand the limitations given how Nintendo are supposedly designing the NX but 32gbs is a ridiculously small amount of space given the world we live in. Hopefully as people have said, they'll be able to run games from SD cards but I still dont like the idea of having to buy more memory straight away.

Vic Mignogna is a really good Captain Kirk (much better than Pine) but all I can hear is Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist doing a Kirk impression lol

Are letters of resignation still really used these days? I have mine more or less ready but still havent pulled the trigger yet due to no job to go to. People seem split between a talk and an email will do or going the full resignation letter route. I could have punched our Head's PA today. She was jokily talking about my new role in Marketing (which she knows I never wanted) and I was just getting more and more angry. Its mostly her fault that I'm there because she could handle being Head's PA and Registrar (because she's crap at her job, the last women did it just fine) so they split her job and I ended up with double the roles and no pay changes at either end!

I thought I heard somewhere recently that it originally was a new IP that they decided to slap Metroid onto? Maybe I'm thinking of something else.

I'd say it probably is a good time as its another soft relaunch. Quality-wise I still dont think its all that good though. I was excited by all the Rebirth stuff but after that calmed down I found myself dropping books.

My uncle works for EA and he said its definitely coming so dont worry.

Been watching Fate/Zero. It's taking me a while to actually start telling a lot of the male characters apart but I'm getting there. Don't think I've ever had this much trouble in an anime! The animation is pretty incredible though, some of the best I've seen in a series.

I just prefer a lot of the things from the GC version. The gridded nature of the world instead of rolling and the holidays especially. Im sure a lot of it is down to nostalgia and the fact that it was my first AC game but I'm pretty confident that I'm right and you are all wrong :p

I hope the Virtual Console gets more fleshed out as well. Loads of us have said it before but it would be great as a subscription service, possibly tied into and online charges if they come. I was talking to someone on Neogaf today about Animal Crossing and it made me realise just how much I would love to be able to play the Gamecube version again.

I think I signed up for whatever new account system Nintendo have now but I cant remember. Is whatever that is ready for the NX and actually an account system we would be happy to use?

We've just managed to get conversation going in here and only after a load of trouble that would most likely carry on in the main thread. I think this thread has proven its need. EDIT: I mean I wouldnt have felt comfortable posing the failure question I did in the other thread because I would expect it to get moaned at immediately for being negative instead of the "what if" that it was meant to be.

I think all 3 are going to be on Steam sometime in the next few months.
