That other pinball game is out. Same deal. Haven't checked it out myself yet. Presentation and options-wise, this already is a big step up from The Stern pinball games.

Bewildering grace has only been bewildering to me so far. The few times I used it, I got hit with debuffs..

The new Link is nice (I forgot he was wearing his traditional outfit, I never use him). But I'd love a new cup. One based on Mario Odyssey would be nice, so they can replace the cup based on Super Mario 3D World.

I've come across only one so far, and that was right when I just started out. So I was in no position to do anything about it. I blinked and I missed it. Ophelia's followers are sometimes used for (side)quests yes, but you can also summon them in battle, similarly to Primrose.

Next one without items? They feel to random to me. I don't even know they work.

If those axes / swords / spells don't break their shield, than those moves are wasted.

Change of plans, I'm there at 21:00 / 21:15. Maybe I'll do some practice matches first. I need to get a feel for the controls again, and I've never even seen that items mode.

I actually do use the analyze skill. I love getting a free reveal, but it doesn't reveal everything in one go, so analyze speeds things up. It also reveals HP. You also don't have much of an option with bosses. I prefer not to "experiment", and waste my time doing things that aren't effective. And expecially with bosses it's nice to know the remaining HP once in a while, though you have other less reliable methods for that. As for Tressa.. I love the hired help skill. In fact, I love all the "recruit npc's" skills. I actually wasted a lot of money in the forest area where you get H'aanith, by constanty hiring the dude who hits all enemies with an axe. A lot of forest enemies were weak to axes, and this usually cleared all of them in one go.

Cyrus is the one with the lower encounter rate support skills, you may want to start with him in that case. Though like I said, you need the experience (and gold by the way) eventually, but this gives you more control over when you fight. Like I said, it's the only support skill I'm not using myself. You can fast travel out of hairy situations. I mean, I presume, fast travel is also something I haven't used myself. You can also skip the chests to reduce encounters even more, but the downside to that is obvious. There are many sidepaths leading to chests, but mostly you'll know when you're on the main route to your destination or one of those sidepaths. Though so far, I can't remember getting something exceptional out of them.
