  1. Don't say they are making more. I pretend all the others after Band Camp don't exist, it was a good spin-off. Eugene Levy i believe has nothing better to do i think. I may check it out, if a new movie comes to the cinema.
  2. It won't work for long. Not for the average person anyway. People will go else-where unless they are subscribed to a particular news page already.
  3. Soag sounds like my Dad, he always reminds me how many shopping days are left before Christmas. First-time the reminder comes in is on Christmas Day itself.
  4. ^ I stopped liking the American Pie series since Band Camp. That, in my eyes was the only good Straight-to-DVD one in my eyes. You Only Live Twice Sean Connery's 5th outing as 007. This time, 007 travels to Japan to try and prevent a war breaking out between Russia and America, only to discover and old enemy is leading a third country into fuelling the hatred between Russia and America. A good movie, one of Connery's best in my eyes. 9/10
  5. I've got a picture of last years works tree, i would have a new picture of the tree from this year but there be a slight hitch, i have no job!! As and when i find this photo, i shall post it.

Ebuyer is a good place to find a copy of 7, £89 for full version of Home Premium.
  7. Parents asked for my list today, 1 week earlier than expected. Only added one more thing to my original list, which is Two and a Half Men Series 3. I did see my sisters list to get ideas for shopping, 5 things on my list and 10+ on her list. I bet she gets all of it, and they miss 1 off mine. I even began my Christmas shopping today, with purchases for my Dad from me and one from my Mum (she pre-payed me). And something for my Sister.
  8. Made a few purchases, all of them are presents for the family. The first is a sword letter opener, the next is a leather coin holder and the third a cd
  9. I love Jelly sweets, these always go down well at Christmas and i believe they go well in any hamper. Meats inc Ham, Turkey and Beef are good additions. A Christmas Pudding, Mince Pies, Festive Cakes, Spirits, Various Sweets etc always go down a treat.
  10. Christmas for me is much more than just the present giving. I find one of the best things about it is spending time with the Family, and with Family members you don't often see throughout the rest of the year. So many great memories i have, too many to list unfortunately. I have spent the past 2 years i believe going out on Christmas Eve, watching the shows/bands they have on at my local, having a laugh with my mates and all that. Christmas Day itself is all about the Family. Because it is the only day where i spend much of the day with the Family talking to them (rest of the year is usually 3/4 on my own and 1/4 with them, reverses at Christmas) And as today is the 1st December, i officially allow the playings of Christmas music (this is when i allow myself to listen to it). As Flink said in an earlier post, it's the only time when i also allow repeats of "Band Aid" and officially get away with it.
  11. 2-2 draw today, not too bad i thought. Nice to see my new Forward score on his debut for Recall as well. I am pleased.
  12. I don't think it took this long to re-do both the Banjo games, but i suppose it could take longer because PD used the Expansion Pak.
  13. Had an interesting day, had recorded last nights TG but my sister was at home all day, which meant the Sky+ was unavailable all day. Lucky i have I-Player installed on both the PC and the Wii so at least i could watch it upstairs. Also had to wait for the Shower bloke to come along and fix the door that my sister broke 1 week ago (pity she wasn't charged for the repair(s), should have been). And i also had to run after the delivery bloke who brought all my Mum's shopping back to the house (she bought too much as usual), he went to the wrong house.
  14. I watched this as well last night, pretty darn good movie. Moving in many places and enjoyable in many others. I couldn't imagine John being played by any other character, he was portrayed brilliantly. Child-like mind, and such a soft person being the size he was. I'll give this movie a 10 as well. Other movies i watched. Bride of Chucky First Chucky movie i've seen, to be honest even though it was a bit funny in places, i didn't enjoy it too much. Lets just say it was trying slapstick in a horror movie, which isn't a good thing. 5/10 Ghostbusters II Sequel to the 1984 classic starring Bill Murray, Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudzen and Sigourney Weaver. A darn good sequel, which in my eyes is a rare occurrence. In some places, you do feel sorry for Winston. I'm giving this a 9/10
  15. One of my best players is injured after playing cricket. He's out for 5 days after 3 teeth were knocked out. Damn it!!!. On a plus side, i have purchased a new forward.
  16. Fair enough. Same as you, i'm not sure how the gaming calender works either.
  17. Anyone know when Perfect Dark is coming out, all i see is Winter 09. Which only leaves 1 month.
  18. Had an excellent night last night. Won 3 games of Snooker in a row, all 3 coming back from behind and winning on the last few balls on the table. We are thinking of making a new rule at the club "if you fall asleep, it shall be at your own risk". Reason for this is because somebody came in completely drunk, bought a beer and fell asleep in a chair. As he was going bald on the top, someone kindly decided to "cover" this up by drawing a penis complete with hair and sack in the gap. Unfortunately the guy who took the pic hasn't uploaded it on fb yet, so i cannot prove it. It was bloody hilarious though.
  19. "You know, once i get out of here i;m going to give this place a raving review. En-suite bucket, mystery tour(s) and total security at all times!!!"
  20. Diageo, the phone is calling you. Sorry, i cannot revive the dead baby.
  21. Just bought out of some spare cash £22 inc delivery (the pair)
  22. If Ninty did bring a new Wii out in 2010/11, it would only be a HD version of the console i personally believe. They could bring a more powerful Wii out, but what would be the point. Currently, the Wii is selling well (not as good as it has been in the past) mainly to families, pubs, clubs etc. Also to the avid Nintendo fan(s) like me and many members upon N:E and across the world. Would these families be prepared to purchase a newer model of the Wii if Nintendo bought one out??. I personally think they wouldn't straight away.
  23. Nice posters, tis a pity for me. I got a few movie posters but none of the gaming ones up. i think i got a few GC ones dotted about somewhere, must take a look.
  24. Brithday wishes to the one and only Nintenchris. Have a good one, despite the weather.
  25. Pulp Fiction Stars John Travolta, Samuel L Jackson, Uma Thurman and Bruce Willis. Excellent movie by Quentin Tarantino. Always love this line from Jackson The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee. 10/10
