  1. Seems that way to me as well
  2. Depends on what part of Cardiff it is. Easily accessible via the Train Station and can get wherever you need to go to from Cardiff. Aberystwyth seems a good place for a meet. I just need to get some money together so i can go to a meet wherever it may be

Coolfunkman had a problem with some of his games earlier in this very thread.

You watch a few years down the line, Microsoft will attempt to put this same EU Directive into place over Google, because Internet Explorer wouldn't be market leader no more.
  5. How about Wales. Meet in the lovely capital of Cardiff.

Yup, they've been too interested in getting the Lisbon Treaty sorted. Obviously i won't see it as i am using Firefox and Opera.

But by the time this update comes, i don't think many people will change from Internet Explorer to another Browser, they'll be too comfortable with what they have.

I think i shall this time. I have no idea what made my PC completely mess-up. It wasn't meant to be there, Wikipedia has something about it And to be fair, Microsoft could be done for this. Because at the moment, it looks like this EU regulation was all in vein.

There is a default Admin account, but Windows wouldn't allow me to activate this account for some bizarre reason. I'm using the Premium version of Windows. I've just about got everything back the way it was before the mess-up as such.

I made a tad mistake. I changed my account to standard after setting up a new account as an Admin. As soon as i did that, the whole PC stopped working near enough. It wouldn't let me access the Admin account or anything. I just had to repair Windows, and lost all my programs. At least the back-up i made Friday is restoring all settings and files as i speak.

^ Basically, Microsoft telling us what to do as such. I wouldn't have thought having the main account as an Admin account would even make the system vulnerable. It's funny really, if Microsoft want us to use a Standard User Account then why set the account as Admin upon Windows Installation???

I hate IE all-together, this version in particular pains me the most. God bless alternatives like Firefox and Opera!!!!
  13. It does look better indeed. Was a bit of a shock to see it central. Still, the forums could do with the same treatment. Well done Shorty (or Shortster, depending). Nice work.
  14. Haye only won by 2 points according to Sky Sports News. 116-114 then it was 2 tie scores at 114 each. Nice to see a Brit win the Title again, 1st since Lewis.
  15. It works no problem, make sure you get the 2010 version of it though. 2009 has compatibility issues.

I should know, i'm using Windows 7 with Kaspersky Internet Security 2010

  16. Windows Firewall is decent enough as a free firewall, as it comes with Windows (located in the Security Centre). If you don't wish to use this, then as a guess i'd go for the one that PC Tools offer

I'm not all hot on the Firewalls as such, as i use Kaspersky Internet Security, which is an all in 1 Security pack. It's a pay per year one.

  17. I couldn't agree more. Re-name thread Forum Telefail!!

Nope. Internet Explorer is all over bug-filled. As long as you have a decent Anti-Virus/Internet Security package you should be fine.
  19. The Accidental Spy Stars my favorite guy from Hong Kong, Jackie Chan!!. Pretty good film, based around America and Turkey. Some pretty impressive stunts, including
  20. I know 3D could be the future, but some people just won't want to wear 3D specs to watch TV. Now, it is like "sit down on sofa, turn TV on, enjoy" But 3D, it would be like "locate glasses, sit on sofa, put glasses on, turn TV on, attempt to enjoy". TV is meant to be a relaxation thing, but 3D will make it not as relaxing no more. At least allow manufacterers to master HD, they still ain't done this yet. HD is not standard, and as soon as it is then i guess 3D will be next.
  21. I'd rather watch X-Factor while gouging my eyes out than having to endure watching Mamma Mia again. Anywho, this weeks cheap as chips purchases. Both came to £8.50

I'm guessing Internet Explorer is all you use. I feel sorry for you, it seems you know what a bad browser looks like.
  23. It makes me laugh. I was trying the other day to purchase This is It (the single now). All places want you to buy the whole album, all i wanted was 1 song.

Do you wish to tell this to the people at PC World???. You tell them this, and they will go into some sort of spasm. I've left, so i don't know if they explode or not. PC World are always hell-bent on near enough giving Norton away with EVERY PC they sell. Even with PC repairs (they always set the O/S back to default, causing more hassle for you) you can put a safe bet on that Norton will be on once you get the PC back. Jeez, do PC World bum the people at Norton. It is only those who know about PC's who don't buy Norton i've noticed, and it's probably most of the ones who buy Norton use Internet Explorer as well.

And i know that all too well. Curses Norton *Shakes Fist* I also blame PC World for selling me Norton, i've had bugs and viruses slipping through thanks to this program. Hence why i changed. At least Kaspersky is 100% compatible with 7. And it even comes with a Browser thingy, which checks all URL's of all the sites i visit. Blocks them when they are hacked and untrusted. Edit: Just discovered that 7 can download all of my videos and pictures from my phone. Vista didn't quite do this.
