Just got the button for Floor 8 yesterday and looking forward to exploring it - many regard this as one of the best floors. Lately, I've been spending half an hour on the game, clearing a floor in that time. But I'm not inclined to explore another floor right away, I feel that this game is best when I don't play it too much. It IS a bit rinse and repeat on each floor in some way and it gets a bit boring in the long run. I have stumbled upon some gems that I cannot get (one in in a cage hanging in mid-air has frustrated me a lot) and I do enjoy the puzzles when they are there.

Yeah, the coin collection gets tedious rather quick, unfortunately, and I find myself also just checking rooms and sucking everything up just for the sake of it and not because I enjoy it much. Still, I do enjoy the puzzles the game offers, and I find the game really charming.

Yeah, I agree. It's a good trailer with almost no Dynamaxing-stuff in it, very much contrary to the previous three trailers or so... I really wish they hadn't included that in the games, it really puts me off.

I guess you mean the dark lamp or rainbow lamp or whatever it's called - the one you activate with X? Because the flashlight can also be activated with R - and I don't understand why they didn't turn on the dark lamp with L as well as X. Seems a bit weird.

Yes, and I totally agree, the books are really, really good. I'm looking into getting The Book of Dust which is a follow-up but I'm waiting for the third book to launch. Since GoT and The Kingkiller Chronicles, I have learned that I need to wait reading great books until they are done.

I like the concept and had a little interest in it, but it also reminds me of Costume Quest and while that wasn't bad it was clearly not targeted at me or someone with a lot of experience in the genre. It seems that this is probably the same, then. Thanks for your impressions.

I was disappointed when I found out that ScareScraper doesn't support local play on one Switch. So went on and tried the three minigames and... Yeah, not doing that again. Of the three, only the coin collecting one was a little fun. Otherwise, I'm enjoying the game and have just got Gooigi.

It's a bit funny. I work on a Danish Nintendo site and we get a lot of games for review. But even though we have a very good track record, deliver quality reviews, and meet the required standards, we don't get Pokémon before it's out. So it baffles me if random Youtubers get the game before then.

Can you play local multiplayer right off the bat in this?

Very good trailer. Enjoyed it. Is this story different from the books? It seems like they are mixing things a bit and tell some of the story before Geralt met Ciri? I'm about halfway through the second book - haven't read so much lately as games have taken my time but could probably finish the second book before this show airs.
