1405 XP to Level 11!! ... Sigh. Getting only 90 XP a week, this is going to take a while! Although I got a Diamond the other day, I won't be getting one again. I spent 2 hours getting it. All was OK, I got it. So, a couple of days later I tried again at another challenge, got Diamond after 2 hours only to see that I'd lost it three hours later and at that time I just couldn't get it again. It seems that Diamond is only given to the 20 best people in the world, can anyone confirm that? I got a 23rd place in that challenge and only got Gold (I was at an 8th place first). This is both awesome and sucks at the same time as the number of total players increases over time. Luckily, getting Gold is only a matter of playing for about 5-10 minutes on each daily challenge. However, doing challenges over and over again easily nets you 10k Lums so I'm currently at 850K lums so only about a week away from 1 million Lums!

I like this workout but the push press is limiting the other lifts big time, unfortunately. -- I biked to work today; 2*21.5 km and then + 5 km getting lost. But good exercise and nice weather albeit a bit cold in the morning.

Girlfriend went to India today, not due back home until 20th January. That's gonna be weird. On the plus side, I get plenty of time to play through my games, read A Game of Thrones, and then I'm going to visit her over the Christmas holiday.

Bummer, just found out that the 'Arrow'-skin for Green Arrow is not available through normal means. Damn. Other than that, having fun with the game though I haven't spent so much time on it.

You shouldn't eat more than one egg a day. Something about the cholesterol. Also, sausages are not good as they are mostly fat and bad meat. Eat chicken and fish instead.

Got this today via one of the numerous "this is by mistake free on XBL if you live in this obscure region"-tricks! I don't like the method but I liked getting this game for free so I'll buy much of the DLC.

Try eating less then. I normally eat 2-3 hours before workout and then grab a banana just before going out the door to the gym. That works for me.
-
In most cases: Yes. However, I have had the problem that I got a bit dizzy and felt a bit bad after hard cardio because I had too much food in my stomach. So, do you eat too much prior to exercise?

I defended and passed my Master Thesis in Mathematics today so I've officially graduated from University of Copenhagen! Then I started my new job as an IT Developer last Monday.

Completed the "Living Dead Party" world tonight. Boy, that was underwhelming. It was hard as fuck but only because they blurred your vision so you could barely see what was going on. I don't like that kind of challenges. :/ Other than that, I've now completed all new levels, going for the Origins levels now. Also, going for Gold in every challenge (succeeded so far) so I'll get to level 11 and 1,000,000 lums in no time! Or...

The invasion-mode is not a mode, more like extra content on existing levels. But yes, good news for those getting this version! I opened up for the Party of the Living Dead-world yesterday. That is awesome!

It's usually more of a psychological thing, I think. But yes, each to his own; it works for some people.

Stretching before workout? Nah, why would anyone do that? Just warm up for a bit and get the blood flowing. Besides, stretching is useless when it comes to DOMS (pain in muscles the day(s) after a workout). At most, stretching helps on mobility which is needed for some lifts like the squat. As Raining, I'm hypermobile in most of my joints so stretching is also totally pointless for me. It feels good sometimes, though.

Why is that a major downgrade? Maybe it's just me but I use the Home for four things: Return to Xbox Home, see Achievements, see Active Downloads, and sometimes turn off console.

Then do 15-20 minutes of cardio and two of the compound exercises, JonSt mentioned. That could be squat + pull-ups on day 1, deadlift + bench press day 2, shoulder press + lunges day 3, rest as needed but at least every 4th day. In terms of numbers, do ~10 reps for 4 rounds the first 3-6 weeks. You may add weight as needed but not too much. Then move down to 8 reps with noticeably more weight for 4 weeks or so, until you are ready to move down to 4-6 reps per round which is where you gain serious strength.

Woah, you've collected 1,000,000 lums and reached the final level of Awesomeness? I heard those take ages! I'm about halfway through the new levels and done about seven Origins. Taking it a bit easy.
-
How do you steer Rayman in the Murphy-sections then?
-
I'm actually also very curious about this as I play the 360 version. So, anyone?
-
Indeed, found them after I'd posted; did two of them. I didn't find them THAT challenging; in fact, I mainly died in the first one because I thought you had to kill 60 enemies while getting to the goal. After that, it wasn't too bad and then I didn't die getting it below 40 seconds in the second one. But they were fun as hell!

I got the third place on the daily challenge yesterday with 512 lums! But I cheated - we were two people doing it. Still, awesome to see my Gamertag on the screen for everyone to adore. I miss the time trial on levels that Origins had. And also, having to play all the Origins-levels is a bit harsh when I 100%'d Origins when it first came out. Furthermore, it's easier than Origins and you can almost clear the game by walking through it - especially the Murphy-levels. But I like it, there is so much to do and doing the challenges is awesome. I like them and the idea very much! Furthermore, my girlfriend likes watching me play it as it's nice and colourful so she lets me play it today!
-
Yeah, I got that feeling from seeing the release trailers and watching some reviews. It's too bad as I was actually inclined to picking it up - just because it looked like a decent Turtles game with nice combat.
-
I got the game yesterday for Xbox 360 and the box has a funny mistake on it. In English and Norwegian it says that it supports up to 4 players, whereas in Danish and Swedish it supports up to 5 players. I think this is quite funny. I'm getting a friend over tonight to play this gem and we're both really looking forward to it. Problem is, we have very different playstyles - while I'm a collectionist he's more of a sprinter.... And I bet he'll slap me on purpose to cause my death!!

Ditto! It was awesome. Sublime entertainment. However, I do think that there was too little Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl in the movie. Also, I'm glad they removed that scene in the comics where The Motherfucker destroys an entire neighbourhood.

Yeah, I have this problem too. I feel awful on rest-days.

Or anything else from Malrun. Try finding Trim the fat from them also, it's great.
