Isn't surprising really, the ballot is about to end/already has ended, isn't it? So it shouldn't be a surprise that some space for new characters is being made. Time to squish that 3DS character select screen!

Time for GIFs! Remember when Tony Hawk games used to be really fun? I miss this series...

Awww... Molgera Theme from Wind Waker is nowhere to be seen... That's a pity. In fact, most of the music used are from other stages in Smash... Stages are still great though! And that Mario Maker title remix is dope!

World 5 is up now! You must have JavaScript enabled on your device to view Miiverse posts that have been embedded in a website. View post in Miiverse Previously, you could do all my levels without running, but after 4 worlds, I think it's time to start forcing the player to run! There's a Mystery Mushroom in every level (Except 5-2, for certain reasons, that just has a 1-up).

That's all well and good, but I genuinely enjoy the Battle Maison. I enjoy the variety of Pokemon the CPU throws at you instead of the boring same old, same old you see online. You get BP very quickly if you start racking up the wins. Getting BP after every fight is a godsend. Still doesn't excuse Game Freak from not including Emerald's Battle Frontier.

Every damn time...

So no maxed out stats right from the get-go? That's a shame, I always thought it was funny that having a Kecleon was proof that you've done everything in a Mystery Dungeon game. But I guess that affinity chart thing provides an easier way to get Kecleon, so it can't be ridiculously broken anymore... Anyway, enough of that. Back on topic!

Wow, such pessimism. You can always play it on your own. I think it looks completely mad and awesome, seems there's some kind of Shadow Battle mode. Which is brilliant! Can't wait for @Dcubed to be a jerk to me and random N-Europe member. Shared heart meter be damned, he can't help himself! The lure of the hole is just too much! But let's take a moment to mourn over the one Link everyone likes. Here's the moment where Purple Link found out it was 3-player.
-
If that was true, you'd like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon and Grumpig. ...Or I would hate them... Oh wait, it's been over a week! I've been meaning to ask two very important questions about the latest one... I've been on a media blackout since it got released in Japan, but I need to know this.

Afraid not, decorating my house, while nice, was never my favourite aspect of Animal Crossing. So I'm not gonna drop money for this, not when there's Etrian Mystery Dungeon and Project Mirai still to buy. Although I do hope they take some of the convenient decorating they have here and apply it to future AC games. Here's hoping.
-
Yeah, I tend to play it for about half an hour every day. Whenever you have a Pokemon ready, you just let me know, and I'll tell you when I should be online next.
-
Uh-Oh! Someone opened the Reyn door! Not that you'd ever want to... British Reyn is truly the best side character to listen to in the history of RPG's.

I only found this to be an issue when the platform I'm on is as low as Propeller Knight's platforms. Any higher and I could get myself out of any pit by using the Vat arcana. I always keep it ready when playing through a level. If the knockback is truly driving you mad, you could always buy the armour that prevents knockback. There are plenty of ways to circumvent it.
-
Awesome fanart, huh? You can find that particular artist here. So, I also finished Shovel Knight: Plague of Shadows a while back as well.
-
No, you're right, the knock back is worse, but to compensate, Plague Knight can save himself with a well timed Burst jump or double jump. It was intentional to make Plague Knight more scarier to maneuver and force the player to re-think enemy placements and such. They nailed it in my opinion! Here's a cool little trick! If you don't use the float Burst jump, you can actually get 2 Burst jumps before hitting the ground! And if you're really good, you can even manage three! Combine that with the Vat arcana and who knows how far you could go?
-
Nah it's just you, they were always a bit crummy, Rummy.
-
Strange, it's almost like they chose the one 3DS Zelda game I don't actually own. But how would they know that unless... they spied on me! I'm telling you guys, they know everything about me! Seriously though, if the downloadable versions get cheaper as well, I may jump on that.
-
Best description ever! 10 outta 10! Would describe again! At least it didn't take as long as Cave Story 3DS eShop...
-
I use my 3DS tons! I still boot up Pokemon ORAS now and again. I've got a lot of Pokemon I want to train. Shovel Knight got a bit of revival thanks to Plague of Shadows. And I don't forget I can go more than a few days without dipping into Theatrhythm. I also may have started Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity again to get me hyped up for when I hopefully get Etrian Mystery Dungeon on Thursday. WiiU generally gets turned on when I feel creative and want to make levels on Mario Maker. But I definitely use my 3DS more. Helps that I absolutely despise Splatoon.
-
SHENANIGANS! Only joking, I couldn't resist.
-
So while I was reading through your post, I reached this part and instantly thought, "Ah, he hasn't done Propeller Knight yet, that'll be fun to see what he thinks of that." And lo and behold, there it is. Giggled a little. I totally agree though, Plague Knight just can't handle Propeller Knight well. It is by far, the hardest boss in Plague of Shadows. I found that Lob casing/Spark Powder/Impact fuse did a lot of damage when he was in the air, and Orbit/Sentry/Normal worked wonders on the ground. Oh, and Leech Juice, lots and lots of Leech Juice.
-
You could always ask someone who has far too much BP in ORAS to burn to teach them to your Pokemon for you. Someone who is a bit mad when it comes to training Pokemon. Hint, hint.
-
Coins are carried over from previous attempts/levels when someone is doing the 100-Mario Challenge, so that wouldn't work there. Keep that in mind.
-
That's quite a good idea. I wonder if I could use the fact that Ninty are blatently spying on me to get them to think about it more. *Ahem* It would also be nice to create your own '10-Mario Challenge' worlds with 8 of your own uploaded levels for people to beat.. with no skipping stages! Quickly, keep an eye out! See if they're there...
