1) Shaft. Nicknamed "Alistair", Shaft recently discovered that he had a brain tumour, which was really, really sucky; but Shaft is so strong, powerful and awesome that he battled through and flipped off Cancer. Shaft likes Iron Maiden, looking up Peach's skirt on Double Dash and wearing hats of varying nature.

 

2) Reverend God. Nicknamed "Phil", Reverend God is one of those really, really quiet blokes who reserves himself until a killer moment and then says something absolutely hilarious. Enjoys inventing really bad Supervillains, Pro Evolution Soccer and reserving himself until a killer moment and then saying something absolutely hilarious.

 

3) Master Splinter. Nicknamed "Luke", Master Splinter never stops talking about Metal Gear Solid, which is brilliant, and in addition, is the king of innuendo. Loves talking about the sex lives of our guardians, making reference to "Solid" and "Liquid" snakes and tying his tie around his head in order to become "Solid Snake".

1. Chris. Chris is awesome. Chris does everything and anything, if it doesn't harm in any way. Chris and I do stupid shit all the time like taking trips to France because we're bored. Chris shares my sense of adventure, and love of all things stupid.

 

2. Jennie. Jennie and I have a strange relationship. At times we're friends, then we're enemies, and then we're almost lovers. 2 years of this, and we always come crawling back to each other. Let's just do it already. Yet we remain just innocent friends although we both want something more. I don't understand.

 

3. Rafe. Rafe is my witty partner in crime, almost like Kenan and Kel. We're always devising plans to make money, and most of the time we just piss each other off since we refuse to take each other/ourselves seriously. We love each other on the inside though.

In no particular order, I got love for all my badboys. WILD BOYS!

 

1. Fred

 

Fred is pretty up himself and is too competitive on games. He does however know that I think the world of him regardless, so I can slag him off as much as I want. He's knowledgeable and articulate, and never seems to be in a bad mood. He has recently discovered a natural ability for "wheeling and dealing" which he uses to full effect. His blagging skills are second only to my own.

 

2. Pat

 

Pat is the best guitarist in the world, and the best beatboxer in the universe. Aside from his natural talents, Pat has exceptional taste when it comes to a lot of things, and always treats others courteously. He is also well-spoken and well-expressed. Pat does however hate not getting his own way.

 

3. Joe

 

My mate Joe can come across as reserved and timid, but the real Joe has a keen wit, a mastery of hospitality, and is a party animal of the highest calibre. His opinion of himself is far short of the mark, once he realises what a quality old boy he is then he can come out of his proverbial shell a bit more.

 

4. Lewis

 

Lewis has a tendency to be easily offended, however, this is most likely down to his emotional depth, from which he draws a great deal of creativity, thoughtfulness and a wicked sense of humour. He doesn't always express his opinions, but when he does they are both valid and thought-provoking.

 

5. Beage

 

Beage knows how to party, You always know when Beage is about that there's gonna be a riot. Unfortunately, that isn't nearly as often as it should be, as he can be withdrawn, but as long as he has someone to confide in he can go about being the awesome person he is without demons hanging over him.

 

6. Ben

 

Ben has cool down to an artform, he is at times hilarious, at others scathingly sarcastic. Ben is dependable, and is as always as well prepared as a finely marinaded set of chicken thighs, he is also a connoisseur of many things. Ben can be moody, but more often than not he can bring a smile to my face. Also, Ben is generous, almost to a fault.

 

7. Mike

 

Considered and focused, Mike knows what he likes and he's not afraid to like it. This guy's one bad motherfucker at Halo, in fact, he is, along with Fred, the best gamer I know. He can also emit a loud, high-pitched noise that sounds awesome on drunken walks back from the pub.

 

8. Charlie

 

Now in residence at Plymouth university, Charlie may be gone, but his impact on the group is not forgotten. He was often distant (pioneering the "disappearing act"), but when you got inside Charlie's head it was clear that he was an intelligent and emotional individual. The funkiest bitch about, and a god at slap and pop bass.

 

9. Aaron

 

Aaron is a new addition to the group, but he has quickly settled in, and has offered his own unique stylings to the mix. Will always buy me a pint when I'm short of change, which is saintly. Also introduced me to the massive "Hood Of The Living Dead".

 

10. Paul

 

I don't think Paul likes me that much at the moment, possibly because we have a habit of polarising, but I know issues can be resolved. Paul is the most adult of the group (but by no means the oldest) and seems to attract ladies like mosquitos to a rotund, sun burned tourist in the Seychelles.

John AKA 'Jolly Green'

Really, really tall and has a ponytail. He likes to annoy people by singing songs from Transformers and Grease the Movie. Owns a Cube, an Xbox and a DS. Plans on owning a 360 and a Rev. Has a very fat balck cat called Claudie.

 

Jonny AKA 'Martian, Baldie, C-3P0'

Very irritable and hates Grease and Transformers. Has all current Gen systems and a DS, doesn't plan on owning a PSP. Me and John annoy him constantly.

 

James AKA 'German Porn Star (Appeared as Sister Sexy in Porno Nuns), Klingon Opera Singer, The Egg'

Canadian and is always losing track of his own conversations. Also very irritable and will always hurt me and John. Owns only Nintendo systems.

1)'Taliban'; Nicknamed by his dad because of the fact that in 2001, decided to grow his beard properly(only guy I know to have a beard at the age of 11) and looked exactly like one of the Osama's buddies. All around dude. Been best mates for nigh on 9 years now. Funny as hell, full of bullshit most of the time, but knows exactly what to say to make me laff. Could never stay straight faced in a class room at seniors when my teacher did something(usually something only we'd pick up on), as If i looked over, he'd be looking back, and i'd piss myself.PES god; fucking toughest opponent i've played, slaughtered everyone at the College PES tournie(well, apart from me, I only lost 2-0).

 

2)'Beanie'; My other best mate. Met her about 4 years ago in my first job, and despite the 6 year age gap, we got on like a house on fire. Funny, sweet and one of the most important people in my life. Likes Pokemon, especially Pokemon Pinball, and all around fan of shite music....my taste has never rubbed off on her.

 

3)'Nugget'; Nicknamed after the shape of his head(well, I thought it looked like one, and when I called it him, it stuck with the rest of our group). Speed Demon; destroys all at racing games, plus is a F'in maniac on the real road. I can't stand being in the passenger seat with him at the wheel. Good taste in music(listen to WWIII by KMFDM-rocks to high heaven) and a great drinking buddy....I still have the pic of him throwing up outside of a bar after drinking way too much guiness...too bad I'm the sort of guy to wet myself over stuff like that than seem concerned and helpful...ROFFLE!!

[Charlie]

1) Andrew. Half Thai, half Scottish. Likes the Xbox and doesn't stop talking about sex and how he apparently got laid when he was 14. Really cool guy though.

 

2) Gavin, aka Mikey (because he looks like Mikey out of the kds program "Recess"). He;s really cool and funny. Supports Dumbarton FC and is always fun to talk about football with.

 

3) Archie. Probably my best friend ever. Although we have different friends in school we do loads together (not THAT, you sick people) outside school. He loves SSBM (although he isn't that good at it). Many people make fun of him because he's small AND ginger. Also called "Archie.....bald" (by my sister when she was 2 or 3 years old), we all used to call him Archiebald too.

"Work Friends"

 

People I met at Woolworths, although only 2 still work there. Great bunch of people, all so nice and friendly (well one isn't kind of, but in a lovable way). One has kind of become my best friend cause he's cool.

 

"College friends"

 

People in the year below me at college (well my old one now) who I met April time. Theres a big group of em, round 9ish. Crazy silly bunch of people who made the bus journey more amusing and are now people I see in the pub every once in a while, despite the fact only one is 18 and just turned it too.

 

"Older college friends"

 

People in my year at my old college. Mostly girls (in fact same applies for all groups) and they were nice but didnt spend a great deal of time with them. Go to the pub with them at times when they all left for uni and such.

 

"New college friends"

 

People from my new college. All fun people, crazy as hell some of them but make art more amusing.

 

Oh and Mike, who doesn't fit into any of those categories but I've known him since like year five when we used to go round each other's houses and play the N64.

I guess my 4 'groups' of friends would be: Work mates, Uni mates, School mates and the Halo crowd.

 

My two best mates are Andy and Pabs. Pabs is black, and we are both comically racist against each other 24/7, we can get into some pretty hillarious arguments over the phone (Just ask the Halo crew). However Pabs can't drink due to his religion, and thats where Andy comes in. It's his 18th tomorrow night, we'll all be getting hammered without Pabs being there, which is a shame, but life. Andy's a person I can tell anything to, I love him (another nudge to Halo crowd).

Jonny a.k.a. "Nobukado" - Adoring fan of the Metal Gear series and active socialist. He enjoys video games, Warhammer (all varities) and deep philsophical cognintation. His icon is Che' Geuvara and his favourite band is The Manic Street Preachers. He wants to help the world some how, but doesn't know how. Usually wears a surplus army jacket and Che' style cap or Che' patterned head scarf. He is also a big Arnold Scwarzanegger fan and loves really bad kung-fu films. Enjoys traditional Japanese culture and artwork.

 

Ricky - a.k.a. "Rikmaru" - Currently a major fan of Japanese popular culture, particulary of the most recent manga craze Naruto. He has a great deal of artistic talent and particulary enjoys drawing manga style characters. Sports brilliant blonde-hair and blue eyes. He hopes one day to become a cartoonist, possibly in association with his even more talented friend Kieren. Prefers the humourous music of comedy performers such as Weird Al' Yankovich and MC Paul Barman. Usually wears a light comfortable shirt and Naruto bandanna. Particulary enjoys the Mario sports games. Uncanny, Ninja-like ability to sneek around without anyone noticing at all.

 

Martin a.k.a. "The Martinist" - A more mysterious member of the group, he's one of those cool guys who just likes to go with the flow. Is soon leaving school and intends to attend flying school. Hopes one day to become an airline pilot. Remains surprisingly well taned throughout the year. Sometimes quite quiet. He enjoys video games across all formats, but is a particulary big Burnout fan. Also enjoys the Love Hina manga series. Usually wearing a dark t-shirt and comfortable shoes. Damn proud to be Scottish. Damn proud.

 

We all like Halo and Halo2. We all also like Nintendo. We love to play Halo2 and Super Smash Bros. together. We also like amusing flash cartoons - the "Decline of Videogames" series in particular.

Jake-me and him lol well we dont like "hang out" a lot but during school were just a couple of perverts who walk around beween classes having contests on how many asses we can touch w/o getting hit haha but its pretty fun

 

Jack-this guy is fricken short but hes still my friend lol umm well theres not a whole bunch to say bout him but that hes been my friend since like 2nd grade haha

 

Kyle-just fun to chill and chat with when theirs nobody else lol-and is like the only kid good enough to actually play a game of Hackysack with lol.

 

Patrick-my fricken bodygaurd haha but this guy is big! but hes way cool he'd kick all your asses in halo and he helps me pass all my classes at school haha

 

Shun-HAHA i hella almost forgot bout him. this kid is WAY cool! i love chilling with this guy hes hilarious and hes good at Basketball so we play basketball together too which is fun

Adam

Probably my best mate at college, he's got quite a screw loose somewhere. He's "alternative" as he says. He always likes to talk about how much he fucks his girlfriend which to be honest, doesn't help me. Since I haven't had a girlfriend since i was 14, he also likes shite computer games and i've been weening him into genius ones .

 

Danielle

My best friend who's a girl. Known her for about a year and abit now. Shes alot of fun and you can take the piss or just crack a joke about her and she'll laugh too. Great fun.

 

Old school mates:

Liam aka "Sir T". My best-erest mate who i've not met via the internet. I've known Liam since i was in year 3 at primary school. I love the guy, he's hullarious. We have the same taste in games and we get on too well.
