Owen Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 I was really surprised aswell.Seen that money was off my account and the only order I had was this. Finally Owen our long is is over I know! The wait has been long! I just hope it keeps me glued as i have a very little attention span. lol I saw the advert yesterday and it made me want to play it!
Domstercool Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Lol!! 8 months it takes to get here and they can't even spell You on the world map correctly, it's always spelt wrong!!!
Zelda_Rulez Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Was that even spelled correctly in the American version then?
Domstercool Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 God knows, but that takes the piss, you see the map every mission, you would of thought someone would see it in testing. Says different in the japan version.
Cube Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Lol!! 8 months it takes to get here and they can't even spell You on the world map correctly, it's always spelt wrong!!! Yuo would also think they they would change the spelling of the name, too.
Hero-of-Time Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Just got out of bed ( been on nightshift ) and Trauma Centre was waiting for me, Gameplay does it again!
Owen Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 Gameplay didn't do it for me! (Although not there fault). Theres a postal strike going on apparently their end, and now a 24 hour nationwide one starts from 7pm tonight. So i'm not expecting this till next week now.
Guest Stefkov Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 This is already out! I never got a chance to get the ds version. Ach, I need this.
Zelda_Rulez Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 The store where I preordered didn't send it yet. Maybe later this afternoon, but probably tomorrow.
Hero-of-Time Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 ^ So... Is it good? Not really sure as I just put the 1st mission on yesterday to see the spelling mistake. It didnt tell me what the controls were for selecting various tools and I spent ages trying to click on them using the Wiimote like a mouse, I had to use the nuchuck!
Zelda_Rulez Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 My order was shipped just now. I hope the post will get it here tomorrow, I can't wait as I haven't played on my Wii for a while after finishing Zelda.
ShadowV7 Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 I love this so far. It's amazingly addicting and I would recommend it to others. To bad they haven't done much over the 9 odd months.

Read the review on Gamecentral today, and they said that the game told you exactly what to do before you did a mission controls wise, and that the only thing you had to worry about was accuracy and speed. Think I'm gonna wait a while for this, unless the sequel get's a quick release.

That's not totally true, there are ones where you need to go and do it yourself with no advice. Also you need a lot of skill for some of the missions even if you do get told what to do.
Mokong Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 Hopefully i'll pick this up tomorrow...forgot to pre-order (with the 9 month wait almost forgot the game was coming at all ) but i'm sure they'll still have a copy or two left by lunch time.
ShadowV7 Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 Damn i'm stuck on 2-1.I just don't have enough time to remove them all.And I refuse to go down to normal mode. I love hard games like these,it keeps pushing me
Guest Stefkov Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 I saw the advert in the break between House (good place to put it). Advert was well done, made me want it
EchoDesiato Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 I saw the advert in the break between House (good place to put it).Advert was well done, made me want it Holy shit. Now why'd you have to put the idea of a House game in my head? Now I'm disappointed by the fact that such game will never be made.
Hero-of-Time Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 Played on this some more last night before going to bed, really starting to like it now. I managed to get to 2-1 pretty fast but then im playing on Normal difficulty. I love pushing the limits on the patient. One of the operations requires you to pull glass out of the guys chest and refused to inject him with the stuff that stabilizes the patient, he was very close to dying but I made it in time. Also, using the electric paddles is class.
dazzybee Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 Cancelled my choices order as they are awiting stock!! Its £35 in Game, anyone know how much it is in Tesco - they are often £30 thats all, prob gonna pick it up on the way home. Or Toys R Us, anyone know?
Zelda_Rulez Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 I just got the game in the mail. I'll play it this afternoon.
steggy Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 Just phoned my local Asda, it's £27.71 there. I'll probably pop by later to pick this up. Been waiting ages. The thing is I've been waiting for a time with no games out so I can send my Wii off for repair, will have to try and fit it in between this and Super Paper Mario.
