gaggle64 Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 Is there reason why Hollywood hasn't made a major blockbuster about the civil rights movement?
dabookerman Posted March 19, 2006 Author Posted March 19, 2006 What a sad little life you must lead. no, it is one of the greatest moments in footballing history even tho it isnt a WORLD highlight, as if you showed that to some american dude, he wouldnt know what it was, that still dont mean you call someone else sad

Dan_Dare Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 I think people are mistaking 'iconic, legendary moments in history' with 'events that happened recently and were photographed. come on guys! we wan't the big moments!
dabookerman Posted March 19, 2006 Author Posted March 19, 2006 if we were to talk about some legendary moments in history would be this. the greatest jump in history take it away bob and one for the books jesse owens stands on top of the podium in an arena surrounded by evil, and he triumphs thus pissing hitler off
gaggle64 Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 This was a pretty tragic event in formula one. A lot of safety, car and track design rules were changed drastically after this. Some people still believe Ayrton Senna was murdered. I recall watching the whole thing live. He was a legend of his time. You can see footage of the crash here.
