He's selling the No Land Beyond sniper rifle which @Daft got... which I believe he said is pretty shit! Weapon upgrades include; Suros Regime, Red Death, The Last Word, Thunderlord, Super Good Advice, Hawkmoon, Gjallarhorn PSN is still down anyway I think...
