Never been to a coffee shop though, I strictly drink coffee only. Well, when I'm not drinking that I'm drinking coffee, but...yeah. Like I said, they'll bring you whatever you want, regardless of whether you want milk or not, so just ask for no milk to save the hassle that will no doubt ensue should you pay them with cash. I mostly hate everything that they make costa/starbucks etc, so the hot chocolate is the only thing I am able to drink.
