Jimbob Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Sweet......... Contemplating upping my order for £10 more.
EEVILMURRAY Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 I'd argue it's really lacking Bat-Nipples:awesome: I hope so, since it was Joel Schumacher's Batman which had the nipples.
LegoMan1031 Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 ShopTo have got another edition of this, the steel book edition! For £40. Why couldn't they have included the steel book in with the collectors edition if they are not increasing the price for it! I want that figure though so collectors edition it still is! http://www.shopto.net/XBOX%20360/GAME%20HIGHLIGHTS/XB2BA26-Batman%20Arkham%20City%20Two%20Face%20Steelbook%20Edition.html
EEVILMURRAY Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 (edited) How many special editions does this game have? Nice video on that link: Solomon Grundy... Born on a Monday. That's cute. Edited August 11, 2011 by EEVILMURRAY
LegoMan1031 Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Well there is the standard edition, the steel case one (both same price at £40) and the 'collectors edition' for £60. HOWEVER there seems to be various dlc skins going about for the different batman costumes etc. I now ShopTo have one and i am assuming that other sites have different skins as exclusive to them (my pre-order is with GAME but i don't think they have the dlc skins included). EDIT: Slight error on my part, just noticed that the 'normal' edition is every so slightly cheaper than the steel case one.
Dog-amoto Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 Mr Freeze trailer How many villains are in this game??
Jimbob Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 I'm sorry............................... i just came!!!. I see this time around they are pulling all the stops out for this game. Just hope they don't ruin it!!!
The Bard Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 God, Kevin Conroy's voice makes me tingle in my giblets.
Jimbob Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Like i said, Rocksteady sure do look like they are pulling all the stops out on this title. I mean, if a 3rd is made, i can't even begin to imagine what they would do with it.
Dan_Dare Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 Alt skins for The Boy Wonder, too. Happenstance will enjoy the Red Robin suit (#2)
Happenstance Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 Does look pretty good. He does look a bit too big but I guess being a cage fighting Robin or whatever they said he was will do that to you.
Shorty Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 It's Unreal 3, everyone's arms are twice as big as their head.
Dan_Dare Posted August 23, 2011 Posted August 23, 2011 Well it's the animated series, innit. It's not exactly designed to fit in with the rocksteady art design
Ellmeister Posted August 23, 2011 Posted August 23, 2011 Well it's the animated series, innit. It's not exactly designed to fit in with the rocksteady art design I'm talking more about his proportions, I am aware of what his animated clothing would look like. He looks too fat and bulky, I doubt he'd be much use in a fight to protect Arkham! They can at least make that fit in with the rocksteady art design
Dan_Dare Posted August 23, 2011 Posted August 23, 2011 Fair enough. I suspect it's just down to having to make the skin for a model that's actually a fair bit bigger than intended.
Magnus Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 (edited) Avoid Kotaku and Destructiod. Trust me. That's good advice in general. But yeah, I feel like Kotaku is pretty much just trolling its readers at this point - got to get those page views somehow! Edited September 30, 2011 by Magnus
Happenstance Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 Games Radar as well, one of their tweets was a spoiler, although theyre now saying if you read the full article then its not but I cant be arsed.
bryanee Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 Apprantly the Australian OPM have reviewed it and given it a 10/10, not sure if its true though.
Jimbob Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 GAME reduced the cost of the collectors edition, think i'm now paying £50 or something. Which ain't too bad i don't think. Can't wait to get back into Arkham.
