fex
I believe its called Holophonic sound. And god knows why they dont include this in films etc. I think Pink Floyd have used the effect on one of their albums there is a better example with matchsticks here
Jav_NE
They had this at Universal Studios, or was it MGM studios, i cant remember. It was all an audio experience and getting your hair cut was one part of it. Its pretty cool. Cant remember what else they did, though a fly buzzing by each ear seems to ring a bell. Rummy
I heard this about a year ago now, pretty amazing, damn brilliant! Though it has its flaws and that, and as far as I' heard they haven't yet managed to develop an algorithm to transform the sound for both left and right ears consistently, or something? The easiest way to make it is just have a dummy head with two mic's hooked up where each ear is?

It's used a lot in theme park attractions. In fact, it's a vital component of Stich's Great Escape! in Magic Kingdom in Florida, and other similar things like that. EEVILMURRAY
That is pr0. I shall be showing my family this tomorrow. It's just a shame he didn't do/say more things other than "I'm moving to your left. Now I'm on your right."

EDIT: Oh you have press play at that point....why? it was already playing...ok doing it now EDIT2: Haha, that was cool, at the end when he talks to your "ear" was awesome
ShadowV7
I had that aswell, I kept refreshing and everything untill I just pressed the play button again and it worked fine after that Pretty cool this. Only downfall was that it was shorter than I thought.
