Super Smash Bros Melee 30. The Legend of Zelda: Collectors Edition 31. The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker 32. Wario World 33. Wario Ware: Mega Party Games Thats likely to be it really, I've given most other big titles on the system a go but none have really been keepers for me, there's just a few more I'm going to consider picking up before I stop getting Gamecube games and those are. 1. Donkey Kong: Bongo Blast - If it gets released here and turns out to be good, also will depend on how much money I have and what other games are available at the time. I might get it but to be fair I probably won't unless it turns out to be the best Nintendo racer since Mario Kart 64. 2. Donkey Konga 1/2 - Neither have much/any appeal to me as single player games, however purely for multiplayer (My Cube is very much a party console) I have considered picking them up. If DK:BB turns out to be good then I will have to buy some more Bongos and as such I may as well pick up Donkey Konga 1 and 2 as well 3. Kirby Platformer - If this is still in the works for Gamecube, gets released here and is anything like the quality of the Dreamland games then I'll be getting it. I think all/most are doubtful. 3. Mario Baseball - I've heard loads of good things and it does look good but I'm not a huge Baseball fan (I love Football/Tennis hence buying into those sports series') and with Wii Sports coming out that'll probably satisfy any cravings I have for a Baseball game so its highly unlikely I'll pick it up unless I see it on the cheap. 4. Mario Golf - Same as above really substituting Baseball for Golf. 5. Super Paper Mario - This looks brilliant, as long as it comes out on the Gamecube (I wouldn't be surprised if it gets moved over to the Wii, at least in Europe) then I'll be getting it. 6. The Legend of Zelda: 4 Swords - I want it partly for completist reasons (I own every other Zelda in at least one form) and partly because it looks a lot of fun. I doubt I'll get as much multiplayer fun out of it asit deserves though because I only have 2 GBA's so I don't want to pay too much for it. I'll get it at the right price. 7. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - I'm getting a Wii but I'm slightly concerned that the controls might be a bit gimmicky - Hopefully I can read reviews of both a week or so in advance of launch to get an idea. If the games are both the same and the Wiimote controls don't add anything then I'll probably pick up the Cube version, if not I'll get the Wii version.
Teppo Holmqvist Posted July 23, 2006 Posted July 23, 2006 FECK ME!!!!! Teppo do you only have a Gamecube or are you just stupidly rich?? lol i probs have that amount of games for all my current gen consoles put together lol Cube is my primary console, but I have paid full price for only two games on that list; Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes and Mario Kart: Double Dash (and I regret it). Others have been bought as used or from bargain bins or christmas presents. Average price for single game is around 24 euros in that list. 3. Kirby Platformer - If this is still in the works for Gamecube, gets released here and is anything like the quality of the Dreamland games then I'll be getting it. I think all/most are doubtful. Actually it is still in theworks for Cube. It appeared on this fiscal years release list and it should be released around christmas. I'm just not sure that will we ever see it in the west.
KKOB Posted July 24, 2006 Posted July 24, 2006 same here i buy alot pre owned, i think i only really want Chibi-robo, Battalion Wars, Luigis Mansion, Skies of Arcadia and Donkey Konga 3 from japan lol
Hero-of-Time Posted July 24, 2006 Posted July 24, 2006 Just bought Naruto: Clash of the Ninja for my Cube. *crosses another game off the list*
That Guy Posted July 25, 2006 Posted July 25, 2006 Just bought Naruto: Clash of the Ninja for my Cube.*crosses another game off the list* I don't really have a list anymore. With the DS arriving in a couple of weeks, I think I may just buy my games on that. There isn't really anything on GC that interests me, although Paper Mario looks alright. Probably wont get it though.
Hero-of-Time Posted July 25, 2006 Posted July 25, 2006 If your on about the new Paper Mario then I have my doubts that it will get a release over here, I mean it wasnt even on Nintendos list of games coming out at the end of the year. Still, you can always just use the freeloader and get a US copy. I was looking at the dates for Super Paper Mario, Donkey Kong Racing and Baten 2 and not 1 of them appears to be on the European schedule. In fact D onkey Racing doesnt appear to be on any schedule so Im wondering if that has been shifted to the Wii along with that Kirby game that has went AWOL.

DanielTimothy Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 All those without Tales Of Symphonia in their lists get shopping.
That Guy Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 Having a job is the worst thing that can happen when you get 2 new consoles. My GC collection is now officially at an end now. Might chuck the GC on another TV in the house, keep all my games until the Wii is out. Thank God for backwards compatibility. Without it I'd have to have 4 consoles on a tiny table.
L.J.G. Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 All those without Tales Of Symphonia in their lists get shopping. I second that it's an awesome game that everybody should own.
Zygo Ape Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 You think its likely Naruto will get a Gamecube PAL release over here? Games website says its coming in september but i highly doubt it. I think im going to have to get myself a Freeloader.
KKOB Posted August 23, 2006 Posted August 23, 2006 My current collection, though lookng to expand and i think a couple of my games are at my friends houses :S
Mayhem Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 First post here... so hi people. If anyone reads NTSC-UK, then you might know me from there. Or not. You might read some of my reviews. Right, on with the collection... this is my current US collection. I have some Japanese titles (about 50) and a couple of PAL games (Donkey Konga 1 and 2 for example). (I note the can't link to other places until you've made 15 posts thing!) So in the meantime, click on the URL linky thing in my profile to take you to my US list
