Slaggis Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 I think we all need Gremlins 3. Edited for truth. Though it would need to be like the old ones, not in CGI.
Cube Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 I think we all want Gremlins 3. I don't I've never seen (nor have the desire to see) the first two. I didn't even know there was a second.
somme Posted October 23, 2007 Posted October 23, 2007 I don't I've never seen (nor have the desire to see) the first two. I didn't even know there was a second. Well more fool you. :P I saw them both when I was 4. Didn't sleep without the light on for a while. lol.
triforce_keeper Posted October 23, 2007 Posted October 23, 2007 Epic movie was only good for the first time I heard "Jack Swallows", the rest was kind of crappy. Why was the fake britney breathing all over the baby (with that sort of "I'm about to eat you face"?) Because in some of her songs she does exactly that, I loled at that too.
Tellyn Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 I don't I've never seen (nor have the desire to see) the first two. I didn't even know there was a second. EGADS! You heathen!

Mundi Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 And you only should see 1, the rest of them are pretty bad imo That would be the first one
Ramar Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 jesus fucking christ how many Saws are they intending to make? I didn't even see 1 lol Snap. What do you expect, every crappy horror film has 12 sequels! On a serious note why the hell is their so many sequels these days. Back in the 80s/90s only the top bollocks of films were made into trilogies (with a few exceptions). Now every piece of crap film seems to have two sequels.
gaggle64 Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 AstroBoy teaser poster! Good lord, I didn't know there was an Astro Boy movie coming. I assume it's a Japanese production, I daren't wonder who Hollywood would hire Jeff Goldblum to play.
Slaggis Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 Snap. What do you expect, every crappy horror film has 12 sequels! On a serious note why the hell is their so many sequels these days. They have sequals because they make money, simple.
gaggle64 Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 Actually, the majority rarely do. Hollywood is just run by phenomenal idiots. Titanic very nearly never got made because producers felt that audiences didn't want to "see a film set on water." Apparently worldwide revenue for Hollywood productions are down 27% this year. Some have blamed the "Halo 3" effect attracting audiences elsewhere. Just about everyone else blames the complete drek they keep shovelling out.
ReZourceman Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 I think its been an awesome few years for films. *Shrugs*
Mundi Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 Anyone else getting kinda tired of movies based comics? I´ve found most of them pretty dull... One thing i´m not sure if i should like or hate is that most of the mainstream comics have covered and made into a movies and have theyre sequels incoming. An it´s like theyre taking more obscure comics and making movie adaptions of them for example, Watchmen and The Doom Patrol are getting theyre own movies. Both good comics but i´m worried that they will be dumped down to appeal to the mainstream audience. Especially Doom Patrol, if they can pull a succesfull movie out of it by sticking hard to the comic i´ll cry tears of joy
ReZourceman Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 Erm....Watchmen isnt exactly obscure....its classed by many as the greatest comic book ever, and would (From what Ive read so far) be perfect for a film. I say keep them coming, as long as they are good. Wanted is out next year which looks absolutely sick.
Mundi Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 I meant more obscure to people that don´t read comics. You can walk to any person and ask if they know who Superman/Batman/ Spiderman et cetera are and they most likely know it. But the same couldn´t be said about Watchmen
