Apparently the albums pretty great (Going by what PopJustice said). It's a definitely grower (In For The Kill). I really like it now, I love that it got so high in the charts (Number 2 now in the midweeks!). Really didn't expect it at all. Have you heard Quicksand? You must. Posted April 17, 2009 Recently I've still been repeatedly listening to Royksopp as I'm just really enjoying it, Junior is still the most played out of their three albums for me but no doubt Melody A.M. and The Understanding will match it in time as there is a lot to like from each album. IIRC Be Kind To My Mistakes is from The Sensual World era. I may be lying. I'm listening to The Red Shoes as we speak. Apart from Eat The Music and Why Should I Love You? it's a good album. Very engaging. Favourite thing my eyes ever did see. Actually a stunning video. Posted April 19, 2009 Been listening to New Years Day all day today. Had sort of forgotten about them and then just had an urge to listen to them this morning. Really great band in my eyes. Hopefully they can sort out the mess that is their contract with the now dead TVT Records and get back to making new stuff. I'm taking a risk posting a vid of one of their songs on here what with the parallels that can be drawn between their music and that of Paramore but who cares. Absolutely love that song. Yeh, they do sound a bit like Paramore but there is more emotion in the lyrics to their songs (and rightly so after what some of the band members have been through).
