Wow, amazing timing. I haven't been in this thread for a fair bit now and just popped in to post the most amazing song in the world. Yeah it's a great remix although I never really listened to the original for very long, I really like Tepr and that's how I found it.

Just listened to Alive 1997 again. Feels like such an achievement in its own way.

 

Looked at my last.fm the other day and in the prior 7 days I had listened to 130 The Format songs. That's just under 20 a day which suprised even me. I seem to be having a revival in the hype for fun.'s album.

Also, I'd pin BFP as more female wrath and controlled fury than moping. Sure it's got Marianne and the like, but you're telling me Professional Widow, Blood Roses and Caught A Lite Sneeze are mopey? They're fiery with intent to cause harm to those on the barrel end!
