Posted September 3, 2007 Are you pretty satisified with it? My currently mobo, Asus P5AD2-E, sucks something awful with Vista. So I really needed a new mobo. And the upgrade to a Intel Core 2 Duo from a P4 should make a huge difference?

And the upgrade to a Intel Core 2 Duo from a P4 should make a huge difference? I love my motherboard, metaphorically of course. I don't fuck the transistors or anything... anyway. I use a P4 1.8ghz at work, and the difference between that and my Core 2 Duo E6600 is insane. So yeah, i think theres quite a difference.

Posted September 3, 2007 Well, it came, we constructed, installed and pressed the power button 'til our fingertips grew calloused, but it's working. Unfortunately my USB network gizmo doesn't work with Vista, so I'll need to download the update onto this computer and whack them on a disc (which I haven't got at the moment). But it looks alright eh? Have some colossal pics:
