You'll thank me for providing material in the big prediction shaming post that someone makes at the end of this year, where all of my predictions turn out to be wrong
-
But I love being over dramatic :p ... you all know it's true
-
Here are my predictions. You can thank me later
-
Wow! That's a terrible date! What the hell!? Who the hell releases major games in August!? I hope that's not true for Fire Emblem's sake! I would expect it in June or July, but not bloody August!
-
Oh hey, just saw someone make a good point elsewhere... I would've expected Fire Emblem Fates to hit in April (given that that is NOE's typical early year slot for RPGs on 3DS)... With Yokai Watch now taking up that slot, will NOE push Fates back to May/June now? I can't really see them releasing two first party published RPGs (yeah yeah, Fire Emblem Fates is an SRPG, but whatever), in the same month...
-
I'm not the only one who sees the irony in that picture am I? (look closely...)
-
That's what will happen if things don't pan out. Sabotaging their own releases and publicly dumping support is EA's current way of backstabbing. If Nintendo go in with EA, they're making a deal with the devil... That being said, there was one good thing that came out of EA's Unprecedented Partnership on Wii U... It introduced Nintendo to Tantalus! Without that debacle, we may never have gotten Twilight Princess HD (nor any of their future projects with Nintendo - and I do expect them to become a regular Nintendo partner, like Monster Games and NLG, from this point forward after their excellent work with Zelda TP HD )
-
Those demands all seem quite reasonable and all seem like ones that EA would ask for... There's a big elephant in the room that's missing from these demands though... EA Access. I would imagine that would be top of their agenda, well before sports apps and I would also expect EA to ask Nintendo to partially subsidize it as well; given their position of power right now, they could easily throw their weight around right now. Nintendo need EA much more than EA need Nintendo... In fact, I'd be surprised if they didn't demand an outright subsidy period. They probably get a sizable cut of Xbox Live/PSN Plus revenues (I know Activision do), so I'd be surprised if they didn't demand a similar monetary incentive here to match...

Time to show them your circle drawing skills @Glen\-i! THIS IS YOUR BIG MOMENT! Show them how artistic you can make dem circles on Miiverse! : peace:

Really can't pretend that I can make anything better for you here MadDog, all I can say is that I'm really sorry to hear this and that if there's anything at all that we can do to help ease your suffering, we'll gladly do so. You've been incredibly strong to have been able to deal with the cancer so far. Your resolve, bravery and your dignity in the face of certainty is an inspiration and an example for us all to follow. My thoughts are with you and your loved ones. May your remaining time be filled with joy and happiness.

Whelp! Only fitting that the game with the best exclusive Pokemon has the best exclusive players, even if it has the less popular cover Pokemon
-
I'd be proud if we could achieve even a fraction of what the guys at Gametrailers did. I still see them as the gold standard as far as VG related video content goes! : peace:
-
If I had the money and the time, I'd be playing this game right now!
-
Same! You did very well there @Hero\-of\-Time! Jolly good show! : peace: As for prices... Even cart only versions of games can be very expensive... (Paper Mario, CBFD or Pokemon Stadium 2 for instance can easily go for £50 and upwards, so good luck on those ones!), so I'm still very surprised you did so well on those!
-
The fact that he feels the need to write "hilarious" in his video name/description says it all really
-
Those boxes are in really good nick! (and they all seem to be complete too!) Well done @Hero\-of\-Time! (What a shame they're PAL versions though :p) How much did those set you back? (as you rightfully said, prices are getting pretty stupid now, so it's good that you're getting in before they go up even more!)
-
Absolutely disgusting! The way that Kirby&TRP has been ignored in general fills my heart with intense sadness. It's amongst my very favourite Wii U games! (easily top 3 & very likely my number 1) and a very worthy sequel to the original Power Paintbrush! Shame on all of you who haven't played it yet!

A very sorrowful bump, but Akira Saito, one of M2's lead programmers and the genius that made many of the SEGA 3D Classics releases possible has died at the young age of 43 http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1186907 May he rest in peace, knowing that he made the impossible, possible.

The N-E League highlights for last week (Toad Night) are now up! Enjoy! (Again, thanks be to @RedShell for his excellent work in making these NE League videos happen! ) And with that, we just have yesterday's one to go and then we're all caught up! : peace:

Pokemon Red, Blue & Yellow (3DS Virtual Console)
Dcubed replied to Hero-of-Time's topic in Nintendo Gaming
Oh this is cool! http://www.gonintendo.com/stories/252383-pokemon-red-blue-yellow-to-come-in-english-spanish-french-on-na-e They're actually releasing the Spanish and French versions of RBY in the US this time! (Pretty sure they only ever released it in English there originally) They're obviously just using the original EU versions here, but that's still pretty awesome to see -
The only way you can do it is either by deleting your save file from the Data Management menu, or by using a different NNID.
-
Mii! I and my friends/family kept going for years on it! Was genuinely sad when it shut down. But like @Glen\-i said, Splatoon is now carrying the torch for that, so I'm happy You'd be surprised! It kept on getting votes around the world right up until the end actually!
-
Yeah... Gamexplain are spoiling everything as usual :p Wonder how many reviewers won't try the multiplayer...

NEShow Special Episode 2 - Zelda | Zelda | Zelda
Dcubed replied to Ashley's topic in Nintendo Gaming
We're aiming for the NE League Highlight videos to be weekly, as quickly after each Thursday night as possible. All depends on whether or not @RedShell can keep up the pace though of course, the guy does have a life to live after all! (We also have last week's one still to get finished and uploaded as well, hopefully we can get that done before Thursday and then we'll be up to date! : peace: ) -
Wish I could be IN! this week, but as usual, I'm working this Thursday, so I have to miss this week sadly.
