It is a question of getting used to it. I took me a fair few hours before I could blast around with confidence. Also the cars handle better the more stuff you unlock for them. Keep at it. BTW, do the EA account thing even if your not playing online (just single player), they have the consistent/persistent leaderboards, which IMO is so cool. The jump boards, speed camera's, the race times are updated and compared to everyone on your friends' list immediately, it feels wonderful to try and best a Welsh speed race or an Edza jump.

No news on this coming to Europe, yet. And, yes there is local and online multiplayer confirmed
-
No it doesn't, but a 2nd player can take the Gamepad to help you out, like a co-driver.

Miiverse (A Link Between Worlds art event edition)

This might make it easier to post about getting online matches up and running. Will have to try and see. -
I know you might think I was being a bit sarcastic or trolling, but no this is how I feel. The 3DS is 3D compatible, but I'm not saying that all games should include it automatically. It's just that I am one of the minority that actually thinks that the S3D of the console is amazing. I play with on all the time. Without it I now miss it. I was playing The Wonderful 101 earlier in the day (Operation 002A) and trying to make a jump for a Heart Piece. After a few attempts I realised that I could only reach it by using the glider, and then after a few attempts with the glider actually collected it. It felt impossible to tell how far or high the collectible was, until I collected it. All the problems of 3D platforming are relegated to history by the inclusion of S3D. I would quite happily buy 3D glasses to use on my Wii U if there were an option for it. I hate 3D in movies, but for games it has now become a no brainer for me. Without it, and this a Nintendo franchise (well Game Freak) it seems so lazy. This is Nintendo's system and they should at least give us the option to turn it on or off for ourselves and not force us to their 2D viewpoint on this. The lack of 3D makes me feel, meh! One step backward.

I was on the fence over buying one of these, but leaning towards buying Y, but no support for 3D throughout the whole game, no purchase for me thank you. Love the old S3D. Makes my backlog a lot easier now.

Started The Wonderful 101, only just finished Operation 001-B - mind blown. The sheer scale and magnitude of amazing, blowy-up things is awesome. -
I haven't started yet, still waiting for that all important delivery, should be with me next Tuesday if my calculations are correct. Edit: My calculations were incorrect and this turned up in my mail box this afternoon, after work (8 p.m. tonight) it's time to bring it on! Unite Morph!

What If Nintendo Sold A Wii U Console Without The Gamepad
Londragon replied to Falcon_BlizZACK's topic in Nintendo Gaming
If the Gamepad doesn't bring anything new to gaming (I'd argue the case that games like Nintendo Land and Zombi U did, and that there'll be more in the future) then that's still OK with me. Just the fact that the Gamepad has completely streamlined my gaming experience by having fully functioning real time maps that can be scanned, moved, etc., touch screen menus, real time inventory systems, and so on, and so forth, is the biggest of gaming revolutions for me. It's like the 3D on the 3DS so many people slag it off saying it adds nothing, but I for one can't go back now. If Nintendo decide to take the 3D away from their next handheld or the second screen away from their next home console I'd feel like they've taken a major step backwards. If that's not enough, Microsoft and Sony are trying to implement second screen gaming into their new titles, but because it doesn't come in the box it's only optional for them. I don't want optional (at a vastly increased price) I want the full experience, and I'm getting it. -
Pikmin 3 Just finished this beauty this afternoon. The whole game was a brilliant laid-back experience, I took my time doing everything, with very little multi-tasking (my end results stated it took me 45 days).

In NA yes, not Europe unfortunately. http://www.officialnintendomagazine.co.uk/54029/zelda-wind-waker-hd-will-not-be-available-to-download-early-from-the-eshop-in-europe/

I can't un-see it now!

That was a good advert for a change.

I've given up now, yesterday was the first day I didn't play this game since downloading it, and I'm not going to touch it today either. Mario and Luigi, and Fire Emblem, have won me over.
-
This will probably be a Christmas gift for my son, but I suppose I'll get a good few hours play out of it too. :p
-
Can do, I just need to fill in the forms, and @gaggle64 it must be a 3DSXL, can you get back to me about it, and when did you register the console, see below for more details.

Too much talk..mine can't arrive quick enough.

Resident Evil: Revelations and Mercenaries, Pilotwings, Mario 3D Land, MK7, KI:U, Fire Emblem (new I know, but just the dog's bollocks). On the eShop I'd recommend Pullblox, and the Picross e games (if you like to puzzle).
-
Yes, by completing certain objectives from the new games you'll receive Plaza Tickets for which you can trade in for new hats and outfits. I've seen a DK, Tanooki, Luigi, Yoshi and Mario outfit so far. Sure there is a lot more (plus ones I can't remember:hmm:).

The title says Chibi-Robo! Let's Go, Photo! (Multi Platform) Multi-platform - is this coming to something other than the 3DS, a Wii U version?
-
