Misfits is filmed in my home town of Thamesmead. Lovely place..... Saw the series when it was on E4 purely to see my town on the tv but actually loved the show. Looking forward to the second series. Only thing that annoyed me slightly was the chav girl... she didn't sound right. There are plenty of chavs on Thamesmead, they could have cast that better haha. I'm looking forward to our next thunderstorm here and going to stand outside in hope of gaining super powers of some kind.

I've lived in London all my life (south east London) and to be honest I'm sick of it. Overpriced housing, overpriced transport offering a shit service. Overpriced beer in pubs, Quality of life is not as good as it was. No one speaks to anyone anymore mainly due to not being able to speak English and people just seem to be down right rude. This all makes it a pretty unfriendly atmosphere in my opinion. I've got some good memories growing up in London and there has and will always be lots to do but meh. I guess I can only really speak for the south east/central. I have no idea about north London and the West apart from the odd visit to places there. Stick to your smaller towns people and just visit occasionally and do all the cool stuff. But don't live here.

Bit late... But yeah I've been loads to the one in Koko. Headline act usually off by 11. Sometimes have other bands on later but usually indie disco till 2 or 3 am. Good night by all accounts.

Screw Robben Flinkington. He was OUR player until at the last minute he jumped ship to Chelski. Would love snijder at United but can't see it happening. I have a feeling the majority of our transfers may be done already, that mexican striker hernandez looked tasty in the world cup but it will prob take a season for him to get into the league. I can see us signing a new centre back maybe. All depends if Vidic goes as the wife wants out again. I got a feeling fergie is going to promote some of the youth this year and give them ago and to be fair thats ok by me. Screw overpriced pre madonnas.

Not the best but one of my earliest gaming memories was completing chip n dale rescue rangers on the NES! Me and friend of mine used to play it for hours and hours and finally one day we got to the boss fat cat and beat him! I remember the joy and celebration like it was yesterday! I loved that game and how you could pick each other up and throw them at the baddies haha.

Great news! I knew they would never be able to shut it down after the public outcry!

Hey Diageo I was in Dublin on Saturday. Didn't realise there was the gay pride thing going on. I headed up to the Guinness factory (doing the tourist thing) and on the way back ended up in the middle of the parade. I was with my missus and we ended up having a right good laugh and enjoyed the atmosphere in the park afterwards with much music and alcohol. Most unexpected but fun. You missed out!

Of course that's not the Tories fault. However, in previous years we would get a pay increase to reflect generic inflation which covers rises in outgoings such as train fares. The pay increase would all go on covering the yearly rises in bills and not into my pocket. The rises were not very much depsite what the public think but they helped out and was needed. For the next two years I have no pay increase to cover these bills due to the Tories new budget. The next two years for me are going to be more of a struggle. I blame that on the tories. I've never lived beyond my means, never had a credit card, never had a loan, never had finance, always tried to save when I can. Yet people like me are going to suffer. booooooooooo. Anyway I'm done with this. You know my feelings. I only hope D. Milliband wins the Labour leadership and has a successful opposistion campaign over the coming years.
-
Hardly??? My pay is frozen. Train fares go up every year, Car insurance and tax has already gone up, Gas and leccy gone up. Water rates will go up. Me = worse off. Many in the same boat will be worse off too. Same old tories.
-
My bad pay is frozen for 2 years. Thanks Tories. I struggle as it is and won't even be getting the basic inflation rises for the next two years seemingly. Scew you and screw all the people that voted for you. /end rant VAT rise won't really be too much of an issue for me I don't think. But the budget does look like it will hit those on lower pay more. Same old tories really, look after their own. We'll have to see how it all pans out.

Stuwii, I suggest you go read some history on Northern Ireland before making shouty comments. A few centuries worth of history may give you a better understanding of the country and an insight into the troubles. The findings are good for the families and I'm glad they now have some sort of closure, although some will now probably want to go down the route of trying to get prosecutions against the soldiers. I think the majority of the people knew that this would be the outcome of the findings and it's what people have been saying for years. It's a shame it took an enquiry this long which cost a hell of a lot of money to confirm what the majority of people knew to be the truth. I don't think it will have much of an impact on the peace process in Northern Ireland as it's a good outcome. There are still idiots who think violence is the only way to a unified Ireland rather than going down the political route. They'll never go away, you just need to glance over the news in NI to see this. They are violent thugs who still have the mindset of the 70's and don't care who they hurt in a time when most people regardless of religion or belief want to live without fear or persecution and get on. Well, most people. I think marching season this year will probably cause more problems.

I'm not sure what the cameraman was trying to film there. Perv. This 3DS is looking good.
