righty ho! As of monday, all final year uni marks were out, and today sees non finalists get theirs. Thought I'd make a thread for it! Schoolies can add to the fun later. I got my 2nd year results today! Hurraah! got a 2:1 overall, with all but one grade above 63, which was a respectable 57. bit of a shame but my 69 in another module is more than compensation. how'd you folk do?

I ever tell you guys I saw Dilinger Escape Plan live? totally went over my head at the time, but in retrospect: 43% Burned is a fucking work of genius. Dunno if I can really handle them much though. I prefer my insanely complex music to be made on a moog :P

Shipman must count though. I mean, he killed a horrific number of people, and he looked as if he felt absolutely nothing. You know that footage of him leaving the car in a body warmer? he looks plain as day, but there's a man who might have killed 100 people. how fucking strange is that?

I think you're on to a loosing streak trying to work out why serial killers are the way they are. The majority are certainly sociopaths (Harold Shipman springs immediately to mind) who, on a fundamental level, are incapable of functioning in a way we would Identify as human. It's a strange thought, but it's pretty much impossible to imagine how they think.

I think the only relationship between two game characters I've genuinely given a shit about was The Prince and Farah in sands of time. I really loved how their relationship changes and I found myself desperately trying to stop her from dying far, far more than I thought I would for any NPC. Interesting stuff.

Prime Minister's question time was well amusing. I loved his put down of the tory euro-phobe. Classic. I'll leave attempts at ripping on Blair to the pseudo political teenagers. I think he's done far, far more good than bad, and Brown has a serious act to follow.
