But last time I read that people didn't like the Hub when it was compared to the Peaches castle and SMS :/ So now we want the hub back? Who knows, for all said and done, the mario planet might be one part of the main area.

Yes and Nintendo should just ignore where Dragon Quest in English is selling more (Yes Europe has bought more of the Dragon Quest series then the US) Just like Nintendo are doing with Monster Hunter 3, and also what they did with layton series, I 99.9% believe Nintendo will bring it out in every region with number and everything. It'll just mean that Nintendo will have more freedom to do whatever the fuck they want with it advertising wise. Only things I am thinking about at the moment are two things... 1. Translation for it 2. Will the DQIX Iwata ask be finally translated when the game comes out. -
Had a big breakfast today which also ended in me having some oatmeal which i have not had for such a long time Then went and did some morning exercise, did something new instead of the same old, I know I am going to be sore tomorrow xD Went into town and started looking for another job since the one I am at is giving me shit pay and shit hours. I also applied for a short course 'Writing for television' so looking forward to doing that now. Went home and did 2km run and now having dinner, after I might go and finish the night off with some Dead Rising...got a craving for that game at the moment

I heard Japan are not having a conference, so I really don't think anything new will be shown, if anything, they will be hyping up Pokemon, Monster Hunter 3 and Nintendo DSi XL -

Went to the beach again which I thought I wouldn't, but my friend asked if I wanted to come 1 day before we left and I just went ok. Nothing organised, Friday was such a long day. Kitase is known to be still good friends with Sakaguchi, heck, in one of Sakaguchi's blog he was talking about how he was going out with some of the guys who made FFXIII for a celebration drink for the finish of FFXIII (Can't remember where the info was, it was some time ago though)

Odd really, I loved all of the Final Fantasy games from I-VI, still enjoyed VII, laughed at VIII, loved IX, broke the X disk, enjoyed XI, loooooved the XII world. Perhaps this is a pattern for me now, XIII will suck, then perhaps XV Online and XVI will be bloody awesome games.

Does not get rid of the fact it was linear. Not really, besides talking to different people and gaining 1 or 2 more items, which is like any game really (Even FFX) The Midgar section was linear, only once you got out of that place could you finally do something else besides follow the story.

For fighters, heck yeah capcom x Nintendo would be awesome. But for like a game like Kingdom Hearts, been always wanting a Nintendo x Dragon Quest game, Nintendo have a lot of game series with charm, just as much as what Dragon Quest series have had since the NES. Shit they have made a party game together. Why not get Yuji Horii and Yoshiaki Koizumi and his Nintendo EAD Tokyo team behind it. Would also help push Dragon Quest over here in the West.
