Looking good Ashley! The snow effect looks nice, and it must have taken a while to get the eyes etc. to change shape. I do agree with speeding everything up a bit, will make it look better. =) I have no idea how you would make the chest move though, I never worked much with After Effects (that is what you are using, right?). I should probably get into animation again... and illustration. =P Funnily enough that drawing is actually a screenshot from an animation I made about 7-8 years ago (god now I feel old...). =D It's a bit shit, but it was the only good thing I made during my animation course before I dropped out haha.

Ok, this one is not that healthy (as it uses a shitload of butter), but it tasted great! Spaghetti with parsley, ginger, onion, lemon, stock, butter and chicken. Mmmm.

But if they're not the mint ones then it's not the same. Those were the best. =(

I realllly miss chocolate covered oreo's with mint flavour: I don't think you can get them here. =( Also love Reese's Pieces, which you can probably get here somewhere but I haven't looked yet really: From Belgium there are a few things I miss, but one of them is a burger which you can only get from chip shops, the Bicky Burger (preferably with cheese). It might not look nice but it has a very particular flavour and I love it so much: mmmmmm

I finished this yesterday after a play session of 3 hours and about 40 minutes. Love the game! I don't have all the fruit yet so I might go back and do more, plus I haven't tried the other two modes yet (played twice in Mission to see what it is about). Bit sad that the game is over, but it seems that there is enough left to keep playing a bit longer. Such a lovely game though, I enjoyed it thoroughly as my first proper Wii U game!

Spamming this thread haha. Today we had another delicious meal, I preferred it over yesterdays. We did the rice again, except this time without almonds and pistachio nuts, so just the apricots and sultanas (and all the spices). And then we had a king prawn Balti to go with it. Mmmmmm. I don't normally like prawns much, but these tasted great. I could have another batch right now if we had any left!

Today we made a prawn masala and rice with dried fruit and nuts. It was delicious, especially that rice. =)

I played horribly, but then I haven't really played the game much so didn't even know half of the tracks. But yeah, I suuuuuck. =P

Nah we didn't seal the meat first, we threw it all in like the book suggested, and it actually turned out really nice. The chicken was nice and soft, really nice. For the tagine we did seal the chicken first, but for that one we ended up having the chicken in just a tiny bit too long, so it ended up a bit dry-ish. Was still good though! This is our first time properly cooking with spices and all that, and so far it is going quite well. =)

I am afraid that that won't work, as we bought it in Sainsburys together with our other shopping. So all my bank statement will say is the overall price of the shopping, whithout any mention of what we bought that day (if we can even figure out what day it was). So it would be impossible to use as a "proof of purchase". =/

I get what you mean Jimbob, it is quite similar here. Unfair treatment of people. The ones that have connections can get away with stuff and will be the ones to get offered "extras", whereas others will be marked down for every little thing and will never receive any favours. It is frustrating working in a place like that, it feels like they don't give a shit about the people who work for them (and they don't). It was the same for me when I was on the phonelines, we had 1 minute to write up the log of the call before going onto the next call. If you dared to put yourself on "not ready" (for example if you were still writing the log), they would be standing right behind you to put you back on. Once one of my friends had had to deal with a really angry customer and she broke down into tears. She wanted to take a short breather to calm down, but she was forced to go straight back on, still crying. It's shit and shows a complete lack of understanding and empathy.

So Jim and I recently bought some cheap cooking books. Today we tried our first easy recipe, just so we don't have to cook with pre-made sauces anymore to try and be healthier/save money. We started with something simple as I am not an amazing cook or anything, but it tasted really nice. Jambalaya Here is the recipe (for Jayseven): We didn't use sweetcorn as we aren't fans, plus the chilli powder we had was mild, not hot. So if you want it more spicy, just use the hot one and use more of it. Oh and we used vegetable stock as Jim can't have the chicken one. =)

Jim likes to do a lot of trashtalk to be honest. Every time. And then I end up winning and I rub those word straight into his face. =P But yeah didn't win yesterday, been so tired lately and my body just wouldn't move anymore after a while. Hope tomorrow's session goes better! Though I do seem to have a problem with my right wrist hurting, hope that isn't anything bad! =( Still slowly (verrrrrrrrrrrry slowly) losing weight. Not going as great as I had hoped, but it is still better than nothing. I have now lost about 4.8kg since I started. Still about 12 to go heh. =P

Thanks for that explanation. I am annoyed. I got up in time to go buy turnips from Joan, only to run around for half an hour without finding her at all. I did bump into Katie, which makes me think that because of her, Joan isn't there. Grrrrr. I have no luck at all with this turnip business. =(

Do you need to have the game for a certain amount of time before you can do that? Because it doesn't work for me, plus the tree etc. looks smaller in my game.

Exactly the same for me, just couldn't sleep last night, even though I was really tired. I got about 2-3 hours sleep in total, but all broken up. I think the longest I slept in one go was about 40 minutes from when Jim came back to bed at 5:30. I had to get up for work at 6:30. I want my bed right now. =(

It seems a bit silly/petty to immediately dismiss someone and ignore them just because they didn't agree to go out with you yet when you have asked once or twice (this is not aimed at you drahkon but at the other comments). People might genuinely be busy when they say they are, doesn't mean they are not interested. However if they keep saying they are busy over a longer period of time, that is when you can start saying "this isn't really worth it". Remember that he is not asking her this stuff on a dating site, so it is not like she has put herself out there for dating.

It was my mom's birthday today. I had no clue what to get her (kinda hard to do anyway when you are miles away) and my sisters' didn't seem to have a clue either. So I decided to go for the typical flowers + chocolates + card. Cost me about £46 (ouch), but my mom seemed to be very happy with it. Plus the orchid I ordered seems massive, much bigger than I expected! I hope it was a nice surprise for her, don't think she was expecting anything. =)

Sorry to hear about all your troubles guys. Hope you are okay Diageo, sounds like lots of drama. =( I am currently having a bad moment, missing my home and family. Just had a short Skype session with them and they were all sitting outside in the sun, about to have a nice dinner together. I miss those moments. And I know I will be going home for a short week in August, but it's not really the same. =(
