Epic Rice - really nice so I made it twice. Will definitely make this again sometime as both times it was delicious, I may try something different next time I cook something for lunch though.

To be fair though it might take about an hour for it to get going if the 'technical hitches' that I recall from the few times I participated in the podcast are still going strong.

Hmm I usually get back from work at around that time today, so I'll just leave the light off when I enter the room, can't say all the lights in the house will be off but at least one less light is something.

Hmm you could do what I have done in the past and just listen to them chronologically, I find this helps for some reason, after that though I'll just listen to the ones I really like and then backtrack to the ones I wasn't so sure of and then listen to those until I either really like them or realise that they aren't quite as good as the other albums. Personally though I think there is something to like about each Radiohead album and although my favourites will most likely always be OK Computer, The Bends and Kid A there is still a lot of good to be said about Hail to the Thief, Pablo Honey, Amnesiac and In rainbows. I now get what I recall you saying a while ago about In Rainbows, it is a good album but I would always end up comparing it to the earlier ones >> but listening to it on it's own merits... it's more accessible yes and while the lyrics don't seem as good as the ones they used to use (still comparing but I can't help it) But! the overall sound of it I really do like from start to finish.

Well technically they aren't zombies, just the same kind of people who got infaected by parasites just like in Resi 4... and in that they had weapons too including guns so I wasn't shocked that more of them were 'tooled up' this time around.

Lol seriously? o.O one week they have a classic album - Pearl Jam : Ten - then the next Spongebob?!? sheesh they are anything but consistent with their dlc, still it's good because we've had a good mix so far even if some of it's been filler there have still been some classics. I'm wondering if the Spongebob ones will be free tbh though because it sounds more like a promotional thing rather than some proper tracks, like the Portal : Still Alive track that they had for free ages ago.

That always happens, at the point where the guy tells you to check your equipment so for some reason you have to get to that point and from there on you will be wearing your new outfits. Also heres a potetially stupid question ('cos it's a Capcom game) but what does everyone reckon the likelihood is of them adding even more alternative costumes to the game via DLC? I think they covered all the bases with the ones that are allready in there but somehow I can just see them milking it if it's possible.

Ok I gave the two tracks above a fair listen, even though I was tempted to skip them or mute partway through - I didn't - though I kind of wish I had :/ I was expecting them to maybe get better halfway through like some songs do but they didn't. Poker Face - just... I didn't find anything likable about it apart from when it was over. Paparazzi - I liked the beat in the background of it, but as soon as the lyrics came in there was nothing more for me to like, yes she can sing but I don't really like her voice and in my experience if you don't like the voice then that's never a good start but even then that can sometimes be redeemed if the lyrics are good but in this case, for me, they weren't. Still each to their own and if some people like her music then great I guess, but it's just not for me.

Congrats Caris it's one of those games that gives a good sense of satisfaction after gaining all the achievements, or I found at least. Can't wait for the dlc.: peace:

To be fair, I heard some of Lady Gaga's stuff on the radio also and I didn't like it even before I knew it was her who sung it, then one day I happened to catch that it was her who was singing this really repetitive and annoying song (to my ears) and I thought to myself 'why the hell are a lot of people actually rating this person?' I just don't get it and I don't want to either if the rest of the album sounds like the one or two I heard on the radio... With that said, if anyone who actually owns the album were to post links to what they deem the best tracks on the album then I would give each track a fair listen but it's not the sort of thing I would expect to end up liking or would actively look for personally.

Yeah that's the one and yep it will work for storing VC games and data but not necessarilly for extra functions like the soundtracks in Excite Truck etc - as has been discussed above - so it seems you will still need a standard SD card for those few games that support such functions, unless Nintendo is planning a mass patching session for those affected titles.

Yeah, it is a really easy habit to fall into, I totally blame my place of work >> lol more often than not I'll end up using the sandwich toaster or just having toast with 'something' on top. I will cook something more 'proper' tomorrow though... maybe... seeing as it's my day off, I'll see how it goes though, but yeah added black pepper is always a must for me regardless of the dish as it's just so awesome. ------------------------------------------------------------------- **Update** I did decide to cook something proper today so here it is... Epic Rice Main ingredients 1/2 pack of Uncle Bens microwavable Basmati Rice 1/2 a chopped Red Onion 1/2 pack of Quorn Fajita Strips Method of Cooking Prepare a frying pan of small or medium size, put some oil in and turn the hob/ring to a half heat setting; chop up the onion into strips and add them to the pan stirring them around for a few minutes until they are pretty much cooked. Add the Quorn pieces and cook in a similar fashion to the onion, basically until they have browned up a bit, add some spices to it as well if you like. Then add the rice and cook the whole mixture up for a further 3-5 minutes, basically until it's all piping hot, just remember to stir it well and you can't go wrong. Finally just whack it in a bowl and enjoy! remembering to add as much of your favourite condiment or spice as you like; I chose to add some Chilli & Lime sauce and of course the mandatory black pepper. ^^ Incidentally the bread that I had with it (pictured above) I found out actually had pepper in the crust, I don't think I've had it before and it was bought by mistake but it was really nice.

Personally I've gone for two Sandisk 8GB SDHC cards as I find them to be a relaible make and just a better card overall.

Yeah, personally I think the A.I is good but it's only as good as what items you choose to let your partner have, the A.I will start with the weakest weapon and then work their way up which during my first playthrough I didn't mind so much because ammo was kinda of limited and it meant that I had more shotgun shells and machine gun ammo to play with. But now after completing it about four times I just opted to give Sheva the infinite longbow and nothing else, much better results after that. Oh and true about the left thing, I did get used to it after playing through as Sheva once but after that I just went back to playing as Chris >> lol.

Damn right, don't be afraid what your mind conceals, you should make a stand, stand up for what you believe. We all have different taste in music and while I think it's good to give stuff that you wouldn't have normally considered listening to a chance, sometimes it's just best to stick to what you know that you really like. : peace:

Well technically anything involving food and the application of heat is 'cooking' but I know what you mean lol I should get around to cooking some proper stuff for lunch at home now and then, I think my problem is that I cook at my place of work nearly every day so when I'm at home I tend to just go for something quick and uninvolved. :/ Hmm tomorrow though I may cook a basic rice dish or something.

Truth spoken, right here. : peace: ---------------------------------------- Cheese on Toast (with Chilli and Pepper of course) It's a classic snack / meal and with good reason, cheese on toast is pro but I find it just that little bit better when topped with a little bit of Chilli and a substantial serving of Pepper also having a cheddar (or w/e other variant) Babybel afterwards is a nice way to finish it off.

I think I figued out what it was, it mentions that although you can move the channels to the SD card and access them from there, the save files will always be accessed from the Wii memory so I'm imagining that if you had a duplicate save file on the SD card then that may confuse it idk... Anyway I have deleted any duplicate saves files for VC games from my SD card and have moved ALL of the VC games I have and channels to the SD card so I now have 1882 free blocks of Wii system memory, overall I'm pleased with the update.

So is this all working properly then? I was concerned when I heard that some people were losing their data when moving certain games from Wii to SD card but that could easily be user error I guess and I see no reason why it would do that, anyway will update in a minute.

I kinda tuned out after the word 'wrestling'... still it sounds like good news for fans of the genre.

I think it's the fact that a drink which was advertised as chilled was purchased but that it turned out to be warm, so on those grounds I would say anyone who purchases a chilled drink to find that it isn't is entitled to be not best pleased, Idk if that entitles them to a refund though. It's possible that they had only been put in the chiller a few minutes before it was purchased as shops do need time to replenish the stocks and if thats done ongoing while the shop is open for business then it's always possible things like this will happen.
