*shrugs* fair enough... I'll just enjoy the first edition of the game for what it is then, it's still awesome I just want to avoid having to buy two copies of it.
-
Exactly... so lets say the PS3 version comes out in 2010? loads of people will have played TOV on the 360 at least once by then, so maybe a month or two after the PS3 version comes out they can unleash one huge content update for a reasonable price.
-
Well... it was settled out of court because it was the kids word against Jackson's, but it seemed clear to me that the kid must have been lieing and it all must have been a scam for money. And now he's basically admitted that.
-
I reckon him lieing about it must be true because I always thought he was lieing about it anyway. So he comes out with all this now? too little, too late tbh I think he should use the ill-gotten gains - the 22m - to give to a charity because I think that's what Michael would have wanted, it probably won't happen though.

Even with all that extra stuff, it'll still only amount to a few hundred megabytes to possibly near a gig, that can still easily be stored on a 360 HDD, aren't the Burnout updates on a similar scale? And yeah the time thing... Japan got this game in 2008 and it's now finally out, so waiting even longer for this game just to get it on the PS3 with some extra content kinda sucks especially when you consider that the next 'big' rpg will be out by then.

I just had these for lunch... Sausages! They took agggges to properly cook because there were two types of them under the grill, some normal pork chipolatas and some chicken sausages, the chipolatas were really nice, especially with the fried onions and peppered tomato sauce. I couldn't eat the chicken sausage after eating the other ones though :/ so will save eeet for later in case I get hungry.

Katie, if you loved the DS version then you will most likely love this too it's well worth getting despite the odd moment of frustration on certain progress hindering puzzles. -

Bolded the stuff from that list that I'd probably be interested in, I still don't see why they couldn't add all of that as a downloadable patch... Burnout get's huge content updates every now and then so surely the same can be done for this? then again, Sony will probably flash more cash to keep even the extra content exclusive. Oh well, if I really want the extra content that badly then I'll get the PS3 version, but not before I enjoy playing Tales of Vesperia months before the PS3 version even gets released :p enjoy the wait if you're only buying it on PS3 but tbh if you have both consoles you might as well enjoy it on the 360 now and the PS3 later. Sorry Goron, all the places I know of stock eet for £39.99 but tbf it IS worth it. ^^ http://www.play.com/Games/Xbox360/4-/6080057/Tales-Of-Vesperia/Product.html

*shrugs* they should regardless because it is possible, things like the costumes will be added 'fo sho at some point but they could offer it all moreorless in one downloable patch.

Yeah, it's all on the same disc so it might as well be on there, the only thing I wish they would change about Prime 3 though is if they could make the rewards obtainable by not using the Wii-connect 24 trade feature :/ there were quite a few cool extras that could only be got that way and due to that you could only get them if you knew enough people who wanted to trade. With that said, this collection will surely mean that more people will own Prime 3 which may help but I'd prefer it if say they either did away with that one particular token or had it so you could obtain some of them by playing through Prime 1 and 2.

I have a Samsung HDTV that's about four years or so old, I have everything that can use HDMI running on that and everything that can't i.e Wii and older consoles running via a HDMI passthrough feature on my AV box, everything looks great on-screen and as for TV I use that PlayTV box for my PS3 and I've never had any problems with the image quality.

It will be, Sony wouldn't have thrown so much money at Namco-Bandai to put extra content into the PS3 version only to release it in just one region surely? Having said that though, Tales of Symphonia was ported to the PS2 in Japan only. It's neither really, I'd say an updated port, the content added doesn't really make it a director's cut, the addition of the extra character doesn't seem to make a lot of sense either.

Anyone know what the password is for the Computer? I've tried all the obvious stuff like char names etc, is the password hidden inside the same room? -
Seriously it's not worth the wait :P plus you know that the content will just be made available for the 360 version as a download anyway, and if that's not possible, then none of the extra content is integral to the main 'proper' unaltered story, don't forget, this was announced for the 360 first, the only reason it's appearing in expanded form is most likely because Sony threw money at Namco-Bandai.

Technically he did go on a high, from the morphine though unfortunately but yeah it would have been better if he had got the chance to perform again before dieing... but then again, think how bad it would have been if he'd died on stage, I think people would - at least initially - be more upset than they are now. :/
-
I'm sure they did everything they could to save him, I even heard that they worked on him for two hours before giving up... but you've gotta wonder, if he was given maybe a slightly lesser dose of morphine woul he have lived and then carried on for a good while longer, or maybe it was inevitable that it would happen soon anyway... It's just really sad... he was only 50. :/
-
Yeah :/ he was on quite a large cocktail apparently due to breaking several bones on stage seems he became dependant on them, apparently the heart attack was brought on by one of the drugs he'd been given, pretty sad really.

I find it pretty shit that Game couldn't even seem to get any / many copies of such a big game for release, it's at times like this that actually make me glad that I order from Play, they got me both AC:R and TOV to me by Thursday. Speaking of which, I'm gonna play some more Another Code now and maybe some Tales of Vesperia later. ^^

Coulda been worse, last night me and my bro were hanging around for about an hour or so at the bus station while waiting for various people to arrive, then as soon as they got there near enough everyone seemed to go off again in different directions >< regrouped a few mins late though. Anyway once things got going it wasn't so bad, there was some sort of funfair around - rides looked pretty rubbish though tbf - and some sort of fireworks display going on somewhere, there was basically a group of us just walking around the streets near the sea-front drinking various alcoholic beverages, most were drinking from energy drink bottles, Idk why though because it's kinda obvious what was in it because I wasn't too sure / bothered about the laws of where you can drink though I just drank mine out of a plastic cup thinking "well w/e as long as I don't act too drunk I'm not gonna get stopped" and that theory proved correct, there were too many people around for everyone to be policed in any case. Then there was apparently a 'beach party' going on which turned out to be a kind of gathering near a load of big rocks on the beach - these things are never planned well and reminded me why I don't usually bother going out and doing these sort of things - but was ok, met a load of random people who I probably won't meet again, most of them seemed pretty nice though and it was good to get a bit of social interaction I guess... *shrugs* After about 3am when everyone had pretty much gone their seperate ways me and my bro just ended up wandering the pretty much desolate streets until about 5am and then waited around almost another hour for a bus, managed to use my 'return' ticket which I bought the night before which was a bonus, just handed it too the driver and he was none the wiser, or maybe he just didn't care... all good though then we got home around 6am, I slept from about then til ten, got up, watched the video to 'Smooth Criminal' on some music channel, got a cup of tea and some cereal and here I am, posting about eet. *hugs Chris* don't worry, we still 'wuv joo plus if it's any consolation I don't think you're a failure, I empathise with that kind of feeling though as I've kinda felt like that myself at times, going out last night though kinda made me realise that I'm not really as 'fail' as I might think sometimes, in fact I think it's better to think of how 'awesome' you are and by that I don't mean assuming that you're 'gods gift' or w/e but it's better to think of the things that you can do and are good at rather than what you can't Imo.
