Yay for Elbow love! Is that your first album by them Ine? if so then I hope you enjoy it and if you ever want to get their previous albums they can be picked up really cheaply, especially on Play.com where they are £2.99 each. *edit* scratch that... they've put the prices back up now because they seem to have become more popular.

Another Code: R, Gateway of Memory ** MARK SPOILERS!**
S.C.G replied to Tellyn's topic in Nintendo Gaming
Hmm there are possibly other small items in your inventory you can use but I'm sure I tried them all and it was the token that worked, as for finding cans, have you got the one that is outside of Bob's place? on the ground, next to his delivery vehicle? you should only need one can to get the special token, I got it from the first can I recycled outside Bob's. -
Happy 'belated' Birthday Mike! ^^

Good, I'm glad to hear that you played it properly still though three hours? I guess it is possible just about, I would have thought closer to five though, but I guess it's a smaller game by todays stadards, when I first got the game it always seemed more epic years back. :/ -

So it took you three hours to complete Another Code on the DS? did you skip any of the investigation bits? tbf I bought the game when it came out and new games like that at the time tend to take a while to complete, especially without a walkthrough, I recall getting stuck a good few times. :/ Having said that I could probably complete the DS version again - which I'm doing now - in less than half the time I reckon. -

Another Code : R is about twenty hours or so long if you skip stuff and up to around thirty if you play it properly. Another Code : Trace Memory is only about Ten hours long in comparison, maybe up to twelve or so but either way about half the length of its sequel. I just loaded up my original cleared file on the DS game and it took me just over ten hours to complete, but the Wii version too me pretty close to thirty hours to clear. -

You're welcome it really is an excellent game that you can easily lose yourself in, it's just at those points when some puzzles seem 'impossible' that the pace can slow right down, other than that, it's great fun. Fair enough, but 5/10 is still a very low score and it seemed like the reviewer didn't really appreciate the series anyway as it came across that he hadn't played the original DS title first. I really loved the original DS game, it's been a while since I last played it though, so now that I've finished the sequel I'm gonna play through the DS original again, right now! -
Favourite Little Boots tracks atm are... Remedy, Meddle, Mathematics and Tune Into My Heart. As for La Roux... In For The Kill, Quicksand, I'm Not Your Toy and Cover My Eyes. I'd say give La Roux' album a proper listen, it's pretty damn good, I care not really about what the media say, hell I didn't even know that the female in the band was called 'Elly' all I really care about is the music itself, which I like. Also I just obtained the Quicksand 'Mad Decent' remix and it's anything but what it describes itself to be lol I prefer the original track.

Lol I've just read the Gamecentral review and I don't agree with it at all... I've submitted my part of N-europe Another Code R review earlier today so with any luck it'll be up on the main site soon hopefully along with a second opinion from Darksnowman, it promises to be a much fairer review Imo; I realise that the game may not be for everyone by a 5/10 is just wrong. -
So I got Little Boots and La Roux yesterday and have since listened to both albums twice... Conclusion? I really like them both each album has a decent amount of quality tracks while also a couple of average ones, but they are both solid efforts overall; I'll be interested in seeing what they both come up with in the future... or even... imagine a collaboration album actually that probably wouldn't work, but anyway yeah I liked what I heard. As for rumblings of new Muse stuff, I'll believe it when I hear it on the radio... also those tracks they unveiled, were those four tracks the whole album listing? I thought United States of Eurasia was gonna be the last track... just seems odd to only reveal four, anyway w/e, can't wait to hear their new single but it had better be good.

Raaaaaage! our house got hit by lightning at about 5am yesterday, turns out the post office got struck and then the lightning travelled alllll the way down every single power / phone-line in the street but it happened so fast that it just felt like the lightning had only struck our house, it was fucking loud though either way! When we initially investigated there was a kind of burning smell, turns out it took out the earth trip, that was actually okay though but... it fried my router! part of the phoneline sockets are damaged atm but the main one is ok as the BT guy came round, got a dial tone on it and replaced the casing. So atm I've resorted to setting up a crappy spare BT Voyager router, it's working now - after pissing about with various wireless settings - but I bet it overheats by the end of the day lol especially in this weather, those damn things overheat so easilly. :/ Meh, anyway I are back! for the moment at least, so yay. ^^

Heya pinky, good to hear you've made quite a bit of progress since the BBQ that bit you're on, I did that recently, if you want just a clue as to how to get the pick out then look around on the ground near the drain... if you want the full solution though then click this spoiler box... -
Thanks Flinkeh and Eenuh! I'm determined to gain that extra weight that I need, will realistically properly start in a day or two hopefully but until then I'll do what I can to prepare - gotta tidy up a bit to make room for the Wii-fit board again for a start heh... >.> Good luck to the two of you in achieving your goals as well, plus good luck to anyone else who is currently trying to lose / gain weight we have an awesome community here on the forums, it's so nice that we are all suportive of each others efforts. ^^

Thanks Flinky tbh I think I may have been mistreating my body a bit too, when I'm at home I'm usually quite good as I'll at least have something for breakfast in the morning around 8am or 9am which'll be either cereal or toast and a cuppa, which isn't a huge amount but it's better than eating nothing I guess, then at around 10am or 11am I'll have some fruit - if we have any that's edible - and a glass of water, this sometimes doesn't happen, depends what the fruit situation is like, today was good though had a banana and a peach. For lunch I'll often have either a sandwich or cheese on toast or something but it can vary, then a cuppa with a biscuit or something after and then usually it's time for work and that might be where my problems occur. I work in a restaurant within a supermarket so no matter how many people are in there eating or not there's always something to do, I barely seem to stop :/ I do try and take a break before closing down, usually this happens at 7pm often I'll just have some chips but depending on what I've cooked that night I might buy a portion of w/e it is to go with it, sometimes I just don't take a break though and I think I need to stop doing that. When I get home there will usually be w/e everyone else had for dinner in the fridge, so it's not as if I'm not eating I guess... maybe I just need to eat more of the stuff that you mentioned, meat, fish, fresh fruit 'n veg etc I think that might be the first step. Another thing I think I should do is maybe certain exercises... because surely there will be certain exercises that could help me to increase my weight, will need to start getting back into Wii-fit I think lol plus that'll help so I can check my weight daily. I'm definitely serious about this though, just as we have a lot of people here who are motivated to lose weight - which I really do think is fantastic, you're all making good progress and it's inspiring - I want to become motivated to gain weight, so I'm gonna start properly trying to gain the extra stone that I need so that I will hopefully be underweight no more.
-
Congrats again Raining! you're doing really well. Fliiiiinkeh! what's your secret? I've known that I'm underweight for quite a while now and I know that I need to do something about eet, got any tips on how I could increase my weight so that it's more in line with my height? last time I checked my BMI it said that I was about a stone underweight... :/
-
I think the hype Little Boots got was deserved though, she came out of nowhere and she's definitely talanted, hopefully now though the hype will level out, anyway it's not as if she's the most hyped artist out there, there are loads of 'rubbish' - Imo - artists out there that get far more hype for some bizarre reason...

Those are some nice bonuses, the collection on its own is worth it so anything else free for pre-ordering is good tbh though I would have preferred a metal keyring featuring the Metroid morph-ball type logo. Like that basically except all metal.

Table to the face! epic.
