Watch the video of the new level(s); http://www.gametrailers.com/player.php?id=12759&type=wmv&pl=game The first level Sega showed us still looks fantastic, but the other two just seem very linear.
-
No what I mean is, there seems to be a number of times when you can't move from side to side at all whilst following your path, just like you are on rails and all you are controlling is the speed.
-
New Pictures; Tennis Golf Bowling Baseball It's great that there are 5 games now! and the environments look much better! This is going to be such an awesome game to have bundled! Can't wait!
-
When watching the videos of this level, I don't really like how 'on-rails' it is! I know Sonics all about flat out speed in a line, but sometimes the path constraints look rediculous and the routes really wierd. You really can't deviate AT ALL in many cases!

Valve will be an awesome developer to have on-board!!

Looks Awesome!!

I'm quite glad he's retiring as I think Formula 1 will be alot fairer without him. Also Ferrari will effectively be a 'new' Ferrari now, with 2 fantastic young drivers who can fight equally beteen themselves within Ferrari without any rediculous Schumacher team orders! As a Raikkonen supporter I'm pleased he's going to Ferrari (as much as I would have liked him to win a championship or more with Mclaren, they have just never got the car right!). I think he's going to be joining at a great time for the team; - Years of experience and data with Bridgestone tyres (the future single tyre supplier) unlike the nearest rivals Renault and Mclaren. - An engine/engine developments that have worked fantastic all season, which is great for the 3 year engine freeze. - If they win the constructors championship (which looks likely), the team will have the first pit garages. - No Schmucher team orders Bring on the Ice-age!!

Wii sports vanished from US release lists
Retro_Link replied to demonmike04's topic in Nintendo Gaming
Yeah that seems to suggest it will be bundled! Great news!! -
Yeah I knew that scan had been around for ages (didn't realise where it was from),I read the 'new' news on IGN today but thought it was already known (because of what we learned from the scan and article)! I'm suprised there aren't any scans of the famitsu pictures yet! This game sounds great IMO, and strongly suggests Resi 5 will not be the epic game to tell of the fall of Umbrella. Instead those details will be in Resi Wii! Great news! though I'd rather that part of the story have been a full game and not part of a 'compelation' Resi about the Umbrella storyline. Looks as though Resi might be set to continue the Resi 4 storyline perminately now (after Chronicles), with Resi 5 probably set around the time of Resi 4, only with Chris(?)! and it looks as though Sony might have unfortunately got the exclusive for it!

Europe Date - November 24th Price - £149.99 Colours - Black and White Console Pack Includes - Wii, 2x Wii-mote, 2x nunchuck, Wii Sports

I think IGN have been abit misleading with what they've said there, If you look at the famitsu scan they are just screens from past Resi games and I expect the screens IGN are talking about are the same (just not on that page); The old fashion dining hall probably is the one from Resi 1, and the door that's been blown to bits by a weapon is probably just from Resi 4!

From http://www.toysrus.co.uk 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime Looks REALLY cool! think I might get this as a collectable of the future and this is definately the design they should have used in the film!
-
Hopefully we'll get official trailers for the launch games; Zelda, Metroid, Excitetruck etc... they should be no more than 2 months away! Launch date and pricing has got to be announced soon! Some new game announcements and updates on all the other titles; Mario, SSBB etc...
-
Yeah the channel 5 news ran an article on it aswell!
-
haha, oh yeah sorry bout that! I just read it as Wii's internal memory..... Cool feature!
-
Yeah they could always do a fantastic 2D adventure (as the 3D ones have never been that highly rated) and implement Wii-mote controls (like those in Metal Slug Anthology) and elements from the DS games using the Wii-mote!
-
If it's true, that's a real shame!! The amount of immersion you would have got from e.g. a FPS with the different rumbles (uzi's, shotguns) and the speaker (for the sound of shells, reloading etc.) combined would have been awesome!!
-
No doubt the continued phenomenal success of the DS,and the constant hype and positive media coverage of the Wii had something to do with the change of opinion!
-
I would guess that the sensor bar is going to be included with the console (and not sold seperatley; because it's essential), so does that mean despite the console being incredibly compact, the boxes might have to be quite abit bigger! The Wii's memory allowing you to customise your Wii-mote settings is a cool feature, but what about when you use your controller on another Wii?

Here's a link to the video over at gametrailers; http://www.gametrailers.com/player.php?id=12621&type=wmv&pl=game Game looks good, although Sonic's speed seems to be a little too slow in 'normal mode' (not in wild fire mode).
-
I think I'm definately gonna get this game! Co-op will be awesome!! http://uk.media.wii.ign.com/media/849/849911/vids_1.html

They've done great with the DS!!
-
Yeah I think it would be great for the site to have a coutdown to the Wii, and when it reaches zero, the site's name could change to Wii-Europe! (though I probably won't be here to see it because I'll be buying the Wii, plus I don't really care if the site stays as Revo-Europe!) Nintendo should make sure they go about their Wii advertising in the same way as they have the DS advertising (which I'm sure they will), which means; - Advertising between popular and prime-time show (which the DS has been great at doing), - Sponsoring TV shows; maybe taking over from the DS as Channel 4's comedy shows sponsor, which reaches a great audience! There should be a billboard campaign around London and other major cities etc... Plus I'm sure the Wii will get plenty of positive press coverage (as it has been getting already) in the papers, on the internet etc...

This trailer's been around for quite a while now, and IMO I don't really think it looks all that much better!
