  1. Quit living in the past, Marrrge. Although, there probably was a thread years ago. And we can't check can we? Damn you, Xsorbit! Each series has its awesome episodes. There's no episodes I could say were "bad" or "not good" in any of the serieseseses. The last episode was quite nice, where you see a glimmer of Bernard's emotional side, which he hides throughout. I want more episodesssss.
  2. That Mancester Derby score makes me sad face. We could also do Championship, League One and Two predictions, too? As we have Colchester and Barnsley fans about. And Newcastle people, too.
  3. I would love it if West Ham trashed you 6 nil. But, it's not going to happen. I don't think they're particularly in great form at the moment, and I think Liverpool will have a bit too much for them. Particularly Benayoun and Kuyt who have looked good recently. They're hard workers and I just don't think West Ham will be able to compete with that. But, this is one prediction I wouldn't mind getting wrong, haha.
  4. That sucks. *huggles* Today has been ok, so far. My back is still a bit tired from the gym, and also my legs (particularly my calves) and abs are achiiiing from the workout yesterday. Haha, I'm in a world of pain today. I've also sent off another application off today! This is for the school I visited the other day. I sent off one application yesterday, and I'm visiting them on Monday, so that they can put a face to the name.
  5. Wohoo, Saturday is almost here. Saturday 19th September Arsenal 3 - 0 Wigan Aston Villa 2 - 0 Portsmouth Bolton 1 - 2 Stoke Burnley 1 - 1 Sunderland Hull 2 - 1 Birmingham West Ham 1 - 3 Liverpool Sunday 20th September Chelsea 3 - 2 Tottenham Everton 2 - 0 Blackburn Man Utd 3 - 1 Man City Wolverhampton 1 - 1 Fulham I've got a feeling that it'll be quite a high-scoring weekend. All the teams who played in the Champions League had relatively low scoring victories (with the exception of Arsenal) but I think they'll show up on Saturday and Sunday and give some professional performances. Benayoun is in good scoring form for Liverpool and Rooney for United, and that is why I've got for those two teams scoring three. Chelsea versus Spurs is always a great game to watch, and I've got a feeling it'll be a high scoring encounter. It'll probably be nil-nil now, haha.
  6. Happy Birthday, Nicktendohnuts!
  7. Bar Chords are a bit of a bitch. I still have trouble with them, particuarly getting my index finger across the strings. For example, I can have my index across all six strings, but it won't be placed firmly on the B string, for example. I guess maybe I have small hands, haha. I just need to practice more. To be honest, I haven't sat down properly with the guitar for a while now. A few months ago, I was really into it, but I've picked it up today for example and I don't feel as sharp as I did then. I'm going to revive my interest and actually try to nail these bluddy Bar Chords.
  8. But you are young. The older the man, then the gooder it is, also.
  9. Come join us in the past. It's very nice here.
  10. Hahaahahahaha. I cracked up when Manny is looking at the man installing the system, and then sees the Subbuteo man in his hair. "There was a little man... in his hair!"
  11. That episode is pretty hilarious. Definitely one of my favourites. So many good ones to choose from, but the quotes are particularly memorable from that. Haha! That is a brilliant quote, too. " Manny: You think I should wash my beard? Bernard: Yes, I think you should wash it. Then you should shave it off, nail it to a frisbee, and fling it over a rainbow. " Aaaahahahaha. Ooooh, that is a bit strange I chose today. I was putting it off (creating the thread) for a while, though. I do that. I need to choose the right moment. Tonight feel righttttt. Blood is a great episode. I laugh just thinking about some of these episodes and quotes.
  12. It really does. Haha. I didn't recognise that it was him, at first. Last night, I watched Copycat Starring The Sigourney of Weaver. I actually love this film. Seen it quite a few times now. It's not going to change your world, but it is pretty good at what it is. A solid thriller which you can just sit down, watch, with very little to dislike about it. I told my Mum to watch it, too, and I think she's seen it quite a few times as well. I recommend it. It's your perfect "I'm tired from work so I'm going to watch a juicy film on telly" kinda film. I think scoring it a 7 and a half out of 10 is a nice score.
  13. Hahaahah. Oh God, haha. Why am I still laughing? The Martin Luther King one is pretty brilliant, too.
  14. Hahahahaahah! "I Ate All Your Bees!" It's a shame there are only 18 episodes of it. But, they are all great episodes, I feel.
  15. Is anyone out there a fan of Black Books? Ine mentioned a while back that she wanted to watch eet. So, I bought it on DVD from HMV, and took it to the Belgiumlands for us to watch. We were in stitches. There are just so, so many things to laugh at. So many quotes that will stick with you forever. "Right now, I'm eating scrambled egg with a comb, from a shoe!" aaand "Bernard: (slurring) Old wine is good wine. Manny: (also slurring) Yes, but... expensive wine is good wine also. Bernard: Yes, but the older the wine is, the gooder it is. Manny: Ah, but by the same token, the more expensive the wine, the gooder it is also." Both from the same episode, but they had me in stitches. You can buy the DVD from HMV. You can also watch some of the episodes from 4oD
  16. That is a bit of a prickish thing to do. It's not like his music has hurt anyone's feeling. Just his personality. It was a stupid thing for him to do. A very embarrassing thing to do to another professional. Fair enough, say it to them in private (although that still isn't nice) but doing it in front of an audience like that is just very tactless. What good could have come out of it? Oh Noes, Kanye doesn't agree with the choice of award winner. It's not really down to him.
  17. It's not as if he did it for a worthy cause. I mean...I physically can't stand Beyonce. I want to attach a frisbee to her giant arse, and throw her to the moon. If I'm lucky, my aim will be rubbish and she will fly into the Sun. If we're really unlucky, she will come back as a Nuclear-Man/Beyonce hybrid.
  18. Ahh, you're lucky you have cats of varying sizes. My cat is a nice cat really, he's just pretty big now. Sometimes he comes into the living room and tries to sit on my lap when I'm watching telly. He gets on, sits for a second, then usually goes off to see what my Mum is doing.
  19. You know, this is the third time I've come into this thread, but only the first time I've read that post. Remove the sig. It's too distracting. When Ine told me she had not claimed victory, my first thought was....WHAAAAT? How can this beeee? What madness is this? But, there will be plenty of other competitions. She's got a cool fanbase and following now...it's actually a bit insane how many people like her work. I've had friends who have never spoken to her who have seen her work on facebook and they've told me to pass on the messages of awesomeness to her. So, I've no doubt she'll do well in future competitions. Still, she got a huge number of votes, which is a testament to that! Thanks for supporting her! Well done, the boy of Goafer. Yours is definitely the better one out of those winners. Well dones.
  20. Haha, I felt a little mean, but the bed is absolutely tiny. I also have the box-room in the house, and struggle to sleep in there. And, this cat is pretty big! Takes up so much room, and I felt like I was being kicked out of my bed. Ine's cats are nice, they would be your "stroke whilst you sleep" cats. Small and slender. My Cat is the elephant of cats.
  21. Congratulations, Odders. You might be a Grade 3 Statatatstisitiiciticotorres, but you are a Grade A Cool dude. On our scale, the numbers go up to 11, and then the letters go up to A. Just thought I'd give you a sense of the scale that we use...in here. I'm glad you understand now. Today was un good dag. Although, I woke up at a silly time in the morning, when the sun was not making an appearance, and my cat walked into my room. It trotted in, and for some reason that woke me up. Then, the bastard jumped on my bed. I said to him "oi, you cat, whaddya doing? I sleep in here. Go back to your cat bed!" and picked him up and put him in my doorway. I only have a tiny bed, and I don't have much room to maneuver in there, because I sleep at a funny angle with just me there. So, I moved him. Theeeen, I heard him in the doorway, still there, and now he was purring. So, I couldn't sleep because of the purring. My room is pretty small, so I leave the door open. He just walked back in, went up to my window, looked at it, then walked back out. What the hell? Cat's on drugs or something. When I woke up, I printed off my finished job application, along with cover letter and CV, and then took them to the post office for recorded delivery. Then, I walked home, got about halfway and thought....did I sign my cover letter? So, I went back to the post office, asked for my letter back...and a pen. Opened up my letter, signed the cover letter, then resealed it using cellotape. The woman must've thought I was stupid, or crazy, or both. My brother also took me to Cardiff to visit my supply teaching agency, as I needed to show them some certificates. The woman there was nice, and we had a quick chat, and then I got in the car and popped back home. So, hopefully that's all done, and should be getting some work through soon. The rest of the day consisted of me feeling a bit of sore backness from my workout at the gym yesterday. I went tonight as well, and did some ab and leg work. Both felt like they wanted to drop off. I do feel a bit tired now. I yawned when typing that sentence.
  22. It's quite true to have a hard song. That way, you can attempt to play it every so often, and if you find yourself progressing through it, then you know you're doing quite well. I'm not sure if it's a particularly solid song or not, but Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley is my song, like that. Although, really, I find it difficult because there is so much to remember, haha. However, that's coming along quite nicely. I think you find that the more you play guitar, the better your memory gets. From remembering tabs and notes.
  23. I really, really was not expecting that. Laughing so hard right now. Hard to type.
  24. Happy Birthday Providings!
  25. God created the cow and the gay in all of his image. Then, he blended the two together like a photoshopped signature using stolen images from the internet. It's not like gays created themselves. They've come from the same place we all did. From the sweaty vagina of a woman going through unbeeeearable pain. Hey God, why is childbirth so painful? Maybe childbirth isn't natural? Probably doesn't feel it. Also, why did the dinosaurs come first?
