Stfu. :p Yesterday was Push Day. Day before was Leg Day. It has an impact, I tell thee. I went two games up and then somehow Ine found another gear/I ran out of steam. We're playing again tonight...my body is not ready. Angus is set to peppering.

I don't know where to begin with that... Anybody else watching the Women's football at the moment? I've caught a fair few games and have enjoyed it so far. France smashed Russia, they looked really good. What astounds me is the lack of diving, play-acting, moaning, swearing, gamesmanship, etc. It's great. It's just football.

Even pre-owned was quite pricey. I've been looking for a while. Went through google and checked every link that came up. Checked Hotdealsuk, checked Amazon, checked GAME, Zavvi, Play.com, everything. ENTER - GRAINGER GAMES. I never thought to look there. I thought they only did used. Apparently not. they had the game. £25! Free delivery. Ordered that shit up. :yay:

This is out sooner than I thought. I'll get to play this on release after all, thanks to the Ine pre-ordering it. I'm wondering about playing Pikmin 2 at some point, but I'm not sure if it's necessary.

I agree and disagree. Given that Ganondorf is meant to be a power-house, he is far too agile in Melee. I'm glad that he's "heavier" in Brawl. Same goes for Fox really, he was a bit too floaty from experience. Bowser is a million times better in Brawl. I also agree with you about Pikachu, Kirby and Zelda. Jigglypuff almost felt like a cheat character in Melee with her sleep-KO move. Very cheap at times.

Alright, what is this "Boom Street" you speak of? Isn't that the Nintendo Monopoly game? Is it actually any good then?

Online would be nice in this, but I don't think it's going to make or break the game. It seems like this is being perceived as a multiplayer only game, or a game that heavily relies on multiplayer, which I'm sure it won't. To me, this is a single-player experience first, but it can also work in multi. For the sake of more options and accessibility, Nintendo should add more online modes and functions into the game. Or, they should at least try. They're totally different games, but Animal Crossing is a blast online, as is the likes of Mario Kart. I'm sure Nintendo can make this work.

I liked that they slowed the game down a bit in Brawl. Melee was almost too frantic and "light" at times.

Ah, so it's free, eh? Can't say no to that. I definitely want both Sonic and Need for Speed, although Need for Speed is so damn expensive at the moment. Any deals going for that one? I might get Batman a little further down the line as that looks sweet. It's quite funny that suddenly I'm noticing quite a lot of games I actually want. A question: How many of you bitches have transferred over your Wii save data to the Wii U? I'm terrified of my Wii U getting corrupted and losing everything. Also, if I buy a new Wii game (there's still a ton I want), can I save the data directly to the Wii U's HDD? Or does it need to go on an SD card or something?

After 5pm, apparently. Can't wait for ZombiU. Excited. I've picked up Tekken. It was a toss-up between that and Injustice. I may wait for Injustice to go down in price a little, or wait for the GOTY edition like mentioned earlier. Tekken should be here next week. Will challenge you then, braaah.

I'm not really in the mood for a platformer, as I've got too many to finish on the Wii. But, cheers for that, because maybe I could do with it in the future. Ok, cheers. It might be changeable. D'oh, I made a mistake with that one. :p What's bad about it with Wii controller? Does it use the tilting controls? Can you use the classic controller with the Wii remote at all, or does it have to be pro? Right, clear this up for me brah, because I'm confused. Do I need New Mario to play New Luigi? Is it a standalone?

I'm sort of with you there. Personally, I'm a bit gutted that Mendes is directing it again. Skyfall had a lot of issues for me and the pace of the film dropped off dramatically about halfway, 2/3rd of the way through. Craig played his bit well, but so far (in my opinion) he's been in one good Bond film (Casino), one bad Bond film (Quantum) and one average (Skyfall). So, jury is out on that one.

I forgot all about Play.com. I didn't think they were still going for some reason. Can anyone recommend Sonic Transformed? How is it in singleplayer, multiplayer, etc? Will I get a long life out of it? Can I get it cheaper elsewhere? Worth it? I'm craving a racer but I'm unsure about Sonic or Need for Speed. Ideally I'd get both. But, money.

Hello! ASDA are doing a deal for the premium where you can get it for £199 again. I told myself before that if I saw it for that price, that I'd pick it up. I've also bought ZombiU from Amazon for £16. I'm pretty happy with that so far. I need some help. I'm on the look out for a few other games, but I also want some recommendations. I'm on the hunt for... Sonic All Star Racing Transformed Need for Speed A fighter of some type...maybe Tekken? Batman, seems to be quite cheap. Other ideas. Fuck yes. So hyped for Zombi.

We needed to win today to stay up. In the end, we lost and are bottom of the league. I had anticipated this would happen at the start of the season, there's just too many youngsters in the squad at the moment. Down to Lower League I go, where there's no pressure of relegation.

True words, @Charlie. Leg Day, Smaaash. Fuck, my legs were shaking after the squats. I've found a good way to work the calves using the squat rack, so hit them a lot tonight, too. I've been listening to the Man Of Steel soundtrack to give me some energy and that helped a lot. There's almost a fear factor with squats. I get terrified that I'm going to get stuck under the bar. It helps though, because it means you HAVE to push to get yourself out of that predicament. :p Tomorrow is Push Day. I also forgot that tomorrow I'm playing squash in the evening...how I'm going to manage that I do not know. I might have to waddle. Not much running is going to be done tomorrow. I'm expecting a loss.
