  1. My penis is non existent.
  2. I targetted Dannyboy on night 1, and got info that made no sense. He had died and of course his information was revealed. Which didn't match what I had. So I kept quiet, my info made no sense anyway til I worked out what had happened. You mentioned you switched you and DB on night 1, so I must have gotten info on you.
  3. He is definitely a switcher, I don't know his alignment though
  4. Blerrrrgggghhhhh off protein >_________________________< Today my workout consisted of: Hang cleans - got up to 40kg. So much harder when you've not got the momentum from floor to knees. Its weird going from a clean where the bar has to be moved around you, to a hang clean where you have to move around the bar, keeping it going up straight. Snatch balance - got up to 40kg. Bloody hell. Start with bar on back, wide snatch grip. Pop the bar up as you dive under into a squat, pushing the bar up straight. This is a proper challenge for me, I have to control my superflexible shoulders, tighten my shoulders and hold everything as rigid as possible. My rhomboids are hurting already Jerk - my pt wanted to test my 1rm on this. I can confidently push press 55kg, so he was like ok, lets see if you can do 45kg. So I'm like..... CHALLENGE ACCEPTED IMMA KICK 45s ASSSS. Up to 52.5kg I think I can get up to 60kg, but by this point my wrists and shoulders were properly hammered so we stopped.
  5. I'd love a nice squat rack/bench setup at home..... I've only got the oly bar and weights.
  6. I do a cardio routine with a kettlebell, but no running lol 30 seconds swinging / 30 seconds rest, repeat that 20 times. You do whatever you can do comfortably to start with - if your first set is say 12, try to keep to the 12 for every set. Then work up to doing 20 swings in 30 seconds. The advanced level is 45 seconds on / 15 seconds rest with 30 swings. Re breathing, if you engage your glutes and core properly, your breathing should be exhale the second you pop your hips, inhale on the way down.
  7. Thanks guys. Its totally a waiting game to see if it goes in the next few weeks....
  8. Urgh. Went to my GP about the lump on my neck (3 weeks now) and she said its likely to be a cyst.. If its not gone in 3/4 weeks I have to have a biopsy done to check its not cancerous. GREATFUCKINGGREAT.
  9. Nope I didn't redirect anyone
  10. ^^ what he said Though LISS is boring as fuck, it has its place.
  11. Awww poor Danny! lol Nothing to report here..
  12. No one does them in my gym at all. My personal trainer tries to teach as many people as he can, but he shows them, they try, think its too hard, and give up. I'm his favourite client because I tried it and fell in love with it! Lifting wise I am up for pretty much anything, and I especially love explosive moves. The world needs more o-lifting! If you want to give it a try and film it I'd be more than happy to look and suggest any pointers. The progression is normally: High pull - power clean - front squat - clean. If anything I definitely recommend getting good at power cleans before attempting cleans. Is that a hang clean, starting at the knees, up to high pull and squat under?
  13. YES power cleans are SO AWESOME. What weights are you pulling? Are you doing cleans too? Or snatches? *is mad on o-lifting*
  14. Yeah its totally the right place! The fitbit is cooool. I had one and it told me that I wake up at least 20 times overnight, and got a solid 1.5 hours sleep between about 1am and 3am. its plugs through to myfitnesspal as well, so you can log your food and it gives you additional activity points. The only thing it wasn't really good for was sessions at the gym. But if you are just looking to get a lil bit more active generally, its great. @nightwolf - yesssss 5kg go.
  15. My PT did a check of my squat form now I'm getting heavy (70kg). I thought there wasn't something quite right and wanted him to check before I went on further. He said that my lower back seems to be the weakest part of me (which I kinda knew) and he also said my glutes aren't always firing together and that results in me coming up unevenly, my right shoulder before my left. He got me to go on the reverse hyper seat/machine thing and by holy hell my hams are sore. And it was scary, I kept feeling like I was gonna fall on my face @_@ Awesome, keep it up Also moar weight!
  16. My diet is pretending I didn't hear that @Happenstance
  17. What kinda weights you be doing @nightwolf?
