This was down as October in the PS5 reveal event, so another delay. Looks good though.

The norm in the industry now, it's more of a surprise if a game doesn't get a delay letter posted on Twitter. Expecting Horizon Forbidden West's any day now...

Never forget.

Really fair points. I do agree the episode needed another string to its bow, like some character development for Sid, Tech or Echo. It's certainly not one I'll go back to very often, but I found myself more entertained by it than the Ryloth arc (who's whole premise has also been done plenty of times before in the animated shows). Growing up watching a few of the Star Trek shows I'm more than happy with standalone episodes that don't connect to much. The internet seems to have this weird fascination with episodes needing to either a) advance the overall plot, or b) answer some questions. I'm just happy being entertained. I was fine with that scene in Mando, like Tarkin it looked good in some shots, less so in others. I do wonder whether they'll update the visuals down the line though. No fanfare or announcement or anything, it'll just happen behind the scenes. The show isn't on sale anywhere, it's only on Disney+, so it's definitely plausible as the tech improves they could make subtle tweaks.

The guy behind the video... has been hired by ILM/Lucasfilm as a Senior Facial Capture artist! Well done him!

Another top notch Bad Batch episode. Well I really loved it, I suspect the internet will just call it 'filler', but I had a great time. Sid is brilliant, love her The Batch themselves continue to endear themselves. Well except Echo I think a lot of people have been proven wrong about this show, myself included. When it was first announced I was like meh, but it's definitely a quality show, even just a dozen episodes in.

Don't crush my dreams, there's still time for the host nation to come out to Jump Up Superstar

Yeah I noticed the effect seemed reduced, it's a shame as I loved the effect on Wii, gave the game a really unique look.

I forgot this was out so soon! Glad it's reviewing so well!

Started watching Ted Lasso, 4 episodes in, absolutely love it. So much fun

The thread on ResetEra is full of people dissecting that statement from Nintendo, convincing themselves that it could mean an announcement is imminent. *facepalm*

I remember loving it at the time, but it's basically the antithesis of the original Legend of Zelda on the NES, very linear with barely any exploration. Areas to visit accessible by a menu screen etc. I prefer the more exploratory aspect of Zelda. But generally speaking it's the motion controls that most people have a problem with I think. I don't remember them bothering me at all.

Looking forward to the (2 part?) season finale. EDIT: Never mind, there are 4 eps left, d'oh!

I adored ME2, but storyline wise it kind of felt like a bunch of side missions. Which is fine, middle chapters are often more character focused, but ME3 marries epic scope and great personal stories. Best of both worlds between 1 and 2 imo. The crew interactions and quality of the cutscenes are a huge step up too. Anyway, it's all down to taste. Amazing trilogy for sure.

Playing through the trilogy makes it pretty clear to me that ME3 is the best of the bunch (even a third or so in). I genuinely don't understand how people can disagree. It takes the focused story with real consequence from ME1 and mixes it with the personal character-driven touch of ME2, and multiplies it all by 10. The ending might not have quite lived up to expectations, but the game is so much more than that.

Looks great!

Looks very cool, and actually I feel like those button placements will be more comfortable than what we normally see on controllers. Personally I'm not really into Steam gaming (and especially not on the go) but if I was I'd definitely pick one up! It's pretty huge though, 298 x 117 x 49mm vs the regular Switch's 239 x 102 x 28mm

Really disappointed by yesterday's episode. I thought Wandavision's ending was a let down but this was even worse. There was just nothing really there, it was all set-up for the dozens of films and other shows to come. Enjoyed the show overall but man, disappointing finale. Maybe combining last week's with this one would have helped. Relieved to not see another stupid after credits scene.

Niiice! Yes please

Trapper Wolf gets his own action figure

Another nice little change. I really want to play this and Twilight Princess but the only things putting me off are the lengthy opening tutorials.

My god this series is STUNNING. Brilliant episode, and I'm a big hypocrite for loving it when it was yet another cameo-fest, in fact probably the most cameo-ist of cameo-fests

Fine. Bonneton from Odyssey or Super Bell Hill from 3D World.

and spring to mind EDIT: Oh and... Turns out 3D Mario games have great music, who'd have thought.
