    As we're all ranting about work, i'll join in. I'm one of only two experienced staff in for the next two weeks and im dreading it. Last time this happened I came pretty close to packing it all in, it just wasn't worth the hassle and stress it gave me. I had to something like 60 hour week last time to make up for the complete lack of any staff, and now were 9 full-time staff members down - it has the potential to be a lot worse. Sigh.

    All this hair talk has gotten me thinking again. I regularly go through a phase every 2 months or too of wanting to completely change my hair style. It's always between dying it or shaving it. It always ends up with Shaving Like the hair Wolfy, it suits you.

    I wouldn't get out of bed for that sort of money, I actually struggle to get out of bed for a lot more. Some bastard thought it would be a good idea to boot me in the stomach last night playing football. It's left quite a mark.

    I had this problem with my Macbook, It would just randomly lose connection every now and again. It could be as simple as just resetting your router, which worked for me the first time. The second time, was because of DNS problems, but that's also easily fixed. Judging by the fact you have connections in certain rooms, I'd rule it out being a problem with your airport card in you macbook.

    I killed a girl and I liked it. I mean...I don't kill anything, insects and animals have as much as a right to be here as I do. On the other hand, there are many humans I would like to terminate, which is on-going at the moment.

    I can swim pretty well. I used to be on a swimming team many many years ago, I also used to be ace at holding my breath underwater. I could do about 3 breadths before having to come up for air. I never used goggles, some people obviously don't like opening their eyes under water, but it's never been a problem for me, though it would sting sometimes if i had been doing it for hours.

    That was the original choice, but I ended up going for the Abacus from John Lewis.

    Trying to get decent storage is a bitch. My cabinet in the pictures is a home made one, me and my dad built it. Only cost about £100 for materials and such from B&Q. The picture doesn't really do it justice, the thing is bloody massive.

    Every One Tree Hill episode is named after a song, which is why some are a bit weird. Fall Out Boy aren't exactly known for their short titles.

    So I wasn't gonna go out last night but I did eventually, and I am glad I did. Met up with some old mates and had one of those awesome catch ups where you just seem to talk about everything and the time passes really quickly. Also got chatting to this nice girl who I seemed to have a lot in common with and could make her laugh, so possible happenings there. I also had a real kind of epiphany (read: totally wasted). I was sitting on a bench in the middle of town at about 4:45am, when it was just starting to get light and kinda of rumbled on about awesome the universe was. A good night was had anyway.

    That was kinda my plan too, suppose to have a mate's Stag night, but I really can't be bothered going out. Might just give it a miss.

    I suppose its probably down to the pretty tight-knit community this place has had over the different incarnations and years. I'm not sure if it's as good as it was with all the different factions and characters there used to be. There doesn't seem to me anywhere near as many new or epic threads as in the days of C-E, and it does seem to have drifted to be more than just a Nintendo forum, but that's probably down to the shitness of the Wii more than anything. I do miss folks like Offerman and Blackbird and assorted others. I suppose there are some alright people here, maybe Ashley, Caris and Raining? Don't know they might be lame too.

    Obviously. When shops trade six or seven days a week, you need to be able to spread your staff out, no use having them all doing the same shifts. I used to work permanent Mon - Fri before changing about a year ago.

    I believe I was referring to your limited time for sucking male genitalia because you were often found on these very boards. Alas, I was speaking large amounts of bollocks, per usual.

    Really quite upset to hear about John Hartson. Was one of my favourite players when he played for us and in his new career as a pundit, it was nice to hear one of them speak sense for a change.

    Got a Barbecue to attend today. Free food and free drink, what more can you ask for. I've not been properly smashed during the day for a long time, will be putting that right today.
