My personal feelings on the matter is that if a person is attracted to young children they cannot help it. I mean take a heterosexual instance, some people have a perchant for big knockers or hairy whatevers, they can't stop feeling this arrousement and desire for these things, even if they know it's wrong. It's a matter of a genetical mind set, like how homosexuals are homosexuals, they cannot help it, it is just has been programmed into their genetic make-up. However, I no way condone these people fulfilling their actions. Oh, and Is that really a seperate subject? Isn't Buddhist beliefs amalgamated into the R.S. GCSE syllabus as aren't you supposed to aware of lots of different types of religions? Not just one, otherwise people are ignorant about religion, then when they come across it scares them as it seems alien, and so can lead to violence or segregation. I thought that was the government stance on it. But surely you cannot help these thoughts popping into our minds? Are you supposed to confess things like that? Like what if a person confessed, "I saw Amy walking along one day and I thought really hard about ramming her from behind?!" Surely even Jesus got these thoughts as it's natural part of human genetic make up to be wanting to find a mate to reproduce with?

Here's an RPG Maker version of Shenmue. http://www.gangentertainment.org/files/games_shenmue.zip It's basically Shenmue in the style of those old school RPGs, like the pre Final Fantasy VIIs style.

Yes I concur, I agree with your general points but I found 9 also to be very easy in comparison to the other FF games. I think it was because of the battle system and the way that you gained abilities, seemed fairly simple to me in contrast to the materia system (another reason why I hold FF7 in high esteem.)

Lol (I actually did), did you just nab this from NGC? Don't qoute me on this, but I swear the tinyurl used is the same.

That's absolutely disgusting and should IMMEDIATLY be forced to disband. That's all that needs to said.

Hmm, I'm INFJ, which apparently means I'm: * Intuitively understand people and situations * Idealistic * Highly principled * Complex and deep * Natural leaders * Sensitive and compassionate towards people * Service-oriented * Future-oriented * Value deep, authentic relationships * Reserved about expressing their true selves * Dislike dealing with details unless they enhance or promote their vision * Constantly seeking meaning and purpose in everything * Creative and visionary * Intense and tightly-wound * Can work logically and rationally - use their intuition to understand the goal and work backwards towards it. Which is generally correct-ish. But the carears are drab to say the least: Possible Career Paths for the INFJ: * Clergy / Religious Work * Teachers * Medical Doctors / Dentists * Alternative Health Care Practitioners, i.e. Chiropractor, Reflexologist * Psychologists * Psychiatrists * Counselors and Social Workers * Musicians and Artists * Photographers * Child Care / Early Childhood Development

91 percent of the vote! A record! Sezar's out then.

Hmm, I'm inclined to agree. I know Pete has tourettes and such, and this could be incredibly off the mark and I will get will most probably get a bashing as everyone loves Pete, but I think sometimes he can overact it to fit that lovable rouge role. I really liked him at first but now I feel he's become a tired, and I think there is definitely more to him than just a mere jester. I feel that he is in fact fairly clever and has a good game plan going. I mean he knew not to get involved in that argument in the kitchen as it'd alienate him from one of the camps and thus he'd get nominations and he never expresses his feelings of animosity towards the housemates faces, instead bitching to which ever crowd he is with or in the diary room. I also felt none of this emotion about Richard crying in the diary room, instead I saw a man who knew he was in the wrong when he completely ranted off at Imogen and was crying just to get the sympathy vote. I mean far enough, everyone in their bitches about one another behind their back, but then they are pleasant enough to their face just to get on with things. I'm sure this does happen lots in real life in workplaces and such, there is no need to go all out on a person and get all personal when the starting argument was merely concerning alcohol. I also found it incredulous that Richard condemned Glyn for stating a fact, that he did say she was a "plastic bitch". I mean Glyn was just saying what he heard, yet Richard had the nerve to keep bemoaning the fact that Glyn had apparently "betrayed" him. How is that betrayal? That's just being honest. I also found Glyn a bit strange when in the diary room he condemned, I think it was Sezar, for talking about London and the stuff in it. Saying how it wasn't right and how he’s from the mountains. I mean, what the hell, how does he have the right to condemn people for talking about a perfectly normal subject just because he has no input into it. I'm sure he and Imogen could talk about Wales' mountains and Sezar wouldn't have anything to say, but I doubt you'd see him bitching in the diary room about it. Which leads me on to Sezar, I don't think he's a bad as people are making him out to be. My personal feeling on the subject, and I may be misguided, is that he's been given this bully tag and anyone who has ever experienced a bully it attaching those feelings of animosity towards their experience to Sezar. I know he said he was going to bully that new girl, but I read that as just him trying to assert and show his masculinity to the girls who, quite pathetically, keep rabbiting on about their "groups". The most sickening part I found was when George was leaving and Grace was crying. The viewer automatically assumes this is because she had an emotional connection with George, but no, she comes out with "now our group is weaker". Pathetic. So can people tell me when Sezar has actually bullied a person, he may well have done, I don't have a live stream. His rant yesterday towards Richard was, in my opinion, justified after the way he acted. And while he was the one that argued with Shabbaz, I also find this justified due to Shabbaz' actions and the way all the other housemates agreed with Sezar, meaning if he were to be labelled a bully for these actions then surely all the other housemates must be too. And as for Sezar, Imogen, Grace and Mikey (who is most 100% not a bully, last night he just stated a fact, what Richard said) only hanging around because they are bullies is pretty farfetched. It is merely because they are of the same age range so they can associate better, and Sezar obviously fancies Imogen, so he wants to hang around with here. The same for Grace and Mikey. I mean George was part of this group and he wasn't a bully. This hypothesis is proven in the way that Lea and Richard have formed a special bond as they are both older people. Anyway, just my views on the matter, maybe I’m just a cynical old bastard.

She was impersonating the new housemate, the Ashlieyte one, in a derogatory manner. From what I saw, implying she was something of a cheap whore, which is in fact true, as she has done porn.

I had a nightmare last night I was going to a school reuninion thing, and as I entered the room people pounced on me and began to smother me with the Italian national flag. Then I woke up, was scary as hell though, I can still hear the manic laughs of people I used to know.

How's the battle system? From what I've been hearing is that it just boils down to bashing of the X button.

It probably won't get released here is that it would be a massive translation job, with all the European language and all, and even then it wouldn't sell enough to justify the money put in to translating it. I'm hopeful for an American release though, then we can just FreeLoader it .

My thoughts on Metroid Prime 2...

Meh, you're a lightweight, the Golden Sun games were both easy...*goes and completes it...again* -
Wow, great way to intergrate yourself into a forum, by belittling others opinion. See, you are infact the "Noob" as your as so shoved up your elitest arse you cannot recognise that everything said in here is an opinion, and there is no difinitive "best final fantasy game ever". There is no set "best game ever", as is there no set "best food ever". You see the key thing here is, and take notes as it looks like you need a lot of learning in the subject, is that concerning videogame's and their credentials, everything is an opinion, not a fact. However, while I acknowledge your opinion, that Final Fantasy game's are interactive movies, but I beg to differ. See this is how you do it. You have to respect other's opinion's, and then make your own, as nobody's is the right one OR wrong. And remember, boasting about how goodyou are at videogames online where there is no proof nor evidence is viewed as a wee bit pathetic.

Interesting, this just came up A scan from the latest issue of Electronic Gaming Also, Yoichi Wada said that Final Fantasy VII (as a series) will live on for more than 10 more years. Source

Well obviously there are no details about subscriptions to the new magazine as they'd think people would have the common sense to want to view the magazine and see what they are actually subscribing too before they subscribe. 10 characters is the minimum amount of characters per post, as mine did not fill the quota I had to add in some extra characters. The words 10 characters indicate this. To make it less obstrusive I made it white. Ok?

Your current "I need to get back to" List
|Laguna| replied to Stocka's topic in General Gaming Discussion
Baten Kaitos!I got really far but I, complacently, ignored the save points as I knew I was going to continue my play session for a good while, but then there was a power cut... although that's not as bad as the powercut I got just as I defeated the final boss in Final Fantasy IX, I just sat there dumbfounded. Anywho, I digress, I also "need" to play Chibi Robo and Mario Baseball, one of the games I have wanted for ages to drop in price, but never will. I just love baseball games, stems from this amazing one I used to play on a NeoGeo in the arcades. Think it was Baseball 2010, and it had robots in it. I am also determind to complete Resi 4 on Proffesional, done it on all other difficulties. Actually one of the few games that I find myself coming back to to replay through. Generally for other games, I complete them once and they go back on the shelf. -
Can't wait till the summer, when my exams are over. First thing I'm going to do is head on down to Gamestation, buy a Dreamcast, then role on up to eBay and buy Shenmue I and II. I still can't beleive I sold back my original Dreamcast with Shenmue, and Virtua Tennis.

Ah, Final Fantasy VII, one of the best RPGs ever made. It should be remade as even today it rules over all other RPGs, except in the graphical department. It would allow all those who missed out on the game to enjoy and appreciate it's beauty. For me, part of the beauty was all the delicate smaller scenes, one of my favourite parts of any videogame is the process of getting dressing up as a woman, and all the rigmarole yo had to go through to be the woman who get's chosen. However, part of me has takena dislike to the way Square have begun to milk FFVII's popularity for all it's worth by producing numerous spinoffs, some off which are proof of a blantant cash-in due to their stodgey gameplay, I'm looking at you dirge of cerberus. Buy anywho, I digress, my main point was at the E3 Sony conference, the guy on stage demonstarted how amazing it was that he was playing Ridge Racer from the PS1 on the PSP, which leads me to think could the PsOne Final Fantasy era games be released onto the PSP. This would almost definetly give me a hard shove in the direction of buying one, the feeling of being in bed and doing such things as navigating the train graveyard in FFVII, or challenging the Triple Triad elite club in FVIII, or sneaking into the theater with Vivi and that ratboy, would be truely amazing. But Is it on the cards, because it certainly is possible.

GamesTM is HUGE, 180 pages. EDGE is about 100 odd pages I think but then their magazine is slightly longer. NGC, in it's later days really got pathetic, I mean the content was allright, but four quid for a magazine only 80 pages long! That's less then half of GamesTM. I also share your feelings of animosity towards the postmen, especially seeing as the GamesTM covers are so sleek and nice. It just really gets my goat when they fold it to shove it in the letterbox and then it consequently maintains that annoying bend.

I've heard two version about who they're going to be putting in, although I'm fairly sure it'll be two people. Anywho, some say that there are going to be African twins going in However, others claim that two former housemates are going in. Either way, the main aim of the new people will be to disrupt the cosey coupley atmosphere that has set in.

People lose sight that a game is meant to be enjoyed, not to be studied over and to practisced in a chaore like manner. It just saps all fun out of the game. And in general, people enjoy the game to begin with, so they play it more, so they get better, so they play more, and thus the cycle continues. Another minor issue I have is with the length of your name and how it always enlongments the user name box on threads, but meh, not a big issue, just a minor irratant.
