I noticed this at the bottom of the forums... what did I miss yesterday!? Most users ever online was 1,601, Yesterday at 11:35 AM.

After a chat in the Wii U thread about how the GameCube is the best looking piece of plastic ever and also a ridiculous cube shaped lunch box, I wondered what your opinions of console aesthetics were and also, which are some of the best and worst examples? Obviously in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter too much what a console looks like as long as it provides you with hours of entertainment but that's not to say we can't appreciate (or indeed mock) some of the best and worst looking consoles out there. With that in mind, after talking a lot about the GameCube I couldn't help but think about it's beautiful half brother - the Panasonic Q. Surely this is the best looking console of all time. What are your thoughts? Can anything beat this beast? Also, what are some of the worst examples out there. In my opinion, the European SNES models were pretty awful. Mainly because I see so many in second-hand stores now with that awful yellow tinge.

I'm quite hungover today so when I ventured into the garden earlier I just flopped on the chair and couldn't move for hours. Thankfully I don't seem to burn much now which is weird because when I was little I pretty much melted as soon as I left the house. The wonders of being ginger! On a side note, I played the demo and didn't like Monster Hunter at all, WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!?

I honestly could never see myself as being mature enough for either of those things, I swear I'm just stuck in the mind-set of a 16 year old. Anyway, I'd say as long as you and your partner are happy not having kids then there is no problem what other people think about the situation and vice/versa.

Nintendo seem to have a habit of putting a mic on everything and then never using the damn thing. Still can't wait for this game, though! I'm wondering whether or not I should get the physical or download.

Oh man, I saw this thread bumped and thought perhaps news had emerged about it As far as I know, for some reason, it's still in limbo. I'd bet a large sum of money we won't see it on Wii now, but hopefully we'll see the 3DS version soon, I was really looking forward to it EDIT: It's been 2 years since that trailer? Holy cow, time flies.

This may be too cute for me to handle.

I really can't wait for this game, it's been such a long time since I've seen something as exciting and original as this. It's the kind of thing I expect to see on a new Nintendo console!

I've been watching a lot of Saved By The Bell recently (as always ahaha) so when I saw this I had to get it. ...I still can't work out if it's hideous or not, but I like it for the mere fact that I could go to The Max and blend right in. EDIT: Just noticed my crazy alien hand. I could be the next E.T.

2:20 onwards is what makes it I really can't wait for this album, I used to be such a huge Daft Punk fan, I can't imagine how many times I listened to Discovery. EDIT: Another reason why I can't wait, its all came flooding back now from 2.25, oh man.

I hope this turns out to be great, because seriously, how long has it been since they first announced it? Still, that flying Pikmin does look quite cute. With that in mind... I still haven't played the second game :P It gives me time to catch up, I suppose!

No work, no driving and no plans for tomorrow! It's going to be a true lazy day, the first one in ages. I can't wait, I've barely even started Runner 2, Luigi's Mansion 2 or Lego City! But all of them seem awesome for the few hours I've played them. I hope its sunny so I can take Banjo out somewhere!

WiiMC is pretty cool. It lets you play most media files and ShoutCast Radio (included) is awesome if you like streaming your music! I'm not sure, other than that! You should get the Homebrew Browser and have a look through some of the apps.
