The thing is, I like the game. I like the campaign. I'm stating a flaw in it. I'll back my argument in a bit, slightly busy right now, so I'll be quoting both Aimless and Dare. I'm of course not stating the whole campaign isn't designed well, but anyone would've been mistaken for thinking I had said that.

Stop resting on your laurels, hoping for someone else to pounce on something I've said. Why don't you make a worthy post instead of just trying to instigate some exasperated one sided argument.

I know, did you see me knocking the AI? No. You all enjoy taking comments at face value I see. It just doesn't feel like many of the levels are deliberately designed to be set-pieces, they're just conjoined rooms that have randomly assorted AI bots. You don't feel that with other games. Random example being Goldeneye, there's guards, roaming around keeping areas covered, there's snipers in the snipe towers and there's a road leading to a guarded gate. With Halo you get a room with some assigned Grunts, maybe a couple of tougher enemies, and they just sort of sit there aimlessly. Some of it may just as well be a Firefight mode.

Well one of the campaign levels that was posted here just looked like a map with some bots on. Obviously you'd never be able to bring yourself to see it like that, but I definitely can.

Halo does suffer from the feeling that you're just walking around game-levels filled with bots. It doesn't matter in multiplayer obviously, but the campaign I think is tarnished because of it. Doesn't mean it isn't enjoyable in co-op.

I remember playing Worms on the PS1, not exactly sure which one. But I could understand the appeal, it just looked ugly and took a while to set up. Then I played Worms 3D on the Gamecube, and really really liked it. The campaign actually had some really fun levels, and the retro-quirkyness appealed greatly to me. It got bad reviews unfortunately. :/ Checked out Worms PSN when it released. Very good, except the omission of the parachute! How dare they!? Plus it lacked a fair few options and stuff, the maps are usually a bit too congested and weapons probably do too much environment damage.... But what the heck, it has online, so it's good enough for me.

We're gonna have to make (i.e. you'll make, i'll contribute) a proper Uncharted 2 video compilation, of tripleds, connect 4s, (and insane bbqs ahem) etc. Starring you and me. It would be sick.
Thing is, the best way of doing it and making it look proffesional would be to get the HDMI cable link up so that it doesn't look like its being filmed. Even though that probably entails some sort of software or summat.
Heck, do it without that obviously. Attach Guile's theme where applicable, but tone it down and add other awesome effects etc for slow motion replays innit?
It could be incredible. It would get millions upon millions of views.

Connect 4 sniper to be honest. 2 non scopes, 2 zoom scopes. Plus, I'd sniped 2 other people prior to that, helped capture the treasure, and ended up getting a Fury in the same life with the Hammer. In other words, I am God. I liked the Zource reaction 'no, please say no!' in the immediate aftermath of the event. Yes, Michael, yes! Too much cash for one sitting to be perfectly frank, had it not been for Mads I would've hit level 63.

This comes to mind actually: Iron Maiden had eggs lobbed at them, their power kept being cut, but they just played on and on. Eventually (right at the end of this video) Sharon Osbourne comes out and congratulates the band, but calls Bruce Dickinson a prick. Even though he was legendary in the handling of all the bullshit that was going on.
